You can’t find a better body shop anywhere. Brad & his brother do exceptional work. And let’s not forget the Lady at the front desk when you come in. She treats you like you want to be treated. Just a great place to have your car or truck worked on!

This place did an amazing job on my 03 Tahoe. There was a big corroded spot around the handle on my hatch and they made it butter smooth and matched paint perfectly. Wouldnt go anywhere else!

Overall this experience was one of the worst Ive had. First, it started off with them forgetting to put part of the work on the estimate and having to add that on. Then, the day it was supposed to be done it was not and I had to wait until the next day. When I went to pick it up, the work was not fully done and they had painted the wrong fender. When I asked them about this the customer service was very poor and they had a poor attitude while yelling at me even though they messed up. They agreed to take care of it. When I went back the next day to pick it up there are tape lines in the paint showing it was a rushed job. When I asked about the paint line they came out yelling at me, telling me I need to pay my bill when my bill was already paid. Then, they said they were done. Overall I dont know why they feel they can talk to anyone like they did me. I would not use them again. The customer service was the worst I have experienced and not professional. The parts of the work they did have more than one tape line, that part looks terrible.

I wasent impressed with the work or the service.simple things like detail the interior clean seats and dash full of dust and also,paint chip,and right side tail light bulb burned out.but was notified car was detailed and everything checked out good.didnt take pride in work

Excellent Service. Dropped my car off to have the bumper replaced with very short notice, they managed to get it done over the week while I was gone. Estimate was entirely accurate, and a fair price for the job, the work was done exactly to my expectations, and the gentleman I spoke to was very friendly and helpful.

Had to have the radiator and other cooling system components replaced and the front of my truck repaired/replaced. Got it done in about a week and the quality of work was perfect. Nice staff. This will be my go-to place if I ever need any work done in the future. Thank you, Indy Body Werks.

I had a repair needed in a pinch for my daily driver. They got it in and repaired ASAP, even though they had a lot of other vehicles to work on. They gave me a very reasonable price as well. Looked to be good honest people. I will certainly be a returning customer

Excellent work and communication. I had a unique situation where my car was damaged on a jobsite and there were alot of moving parts in the payment. The guys at Indy Body Werks handled the situation great and my car is back and looks great

Purchased simulated HID lights from Pep Boys to be installed by Indy Body Werks. Afterwards the lights did not work. We have made multiple attempts with them in person and over the phone to fix the issue. They want to blame the manufacturer and they got irate in person and over the phone when trying to resolve this issue. I was extremely shocked with this type of service that we received. Oh and after taking it to a Toyota certified center to look at the issue, we found out that Indy Body Werks was at fault for the installation they did. Then we mentioned this to Indy Body Werks and Indy Body Werks said we normally dont do electrical work. Folks they are a body shop which would include fixing electrical systems. So they basically just told us that they are not a qualified body shop. Dont go to these people. They dont care about customer service or even working with you to troubleshoot their own problems and they certainly dont fix their own problems. Im sorry I ever dealt with them!

Made an appointment to get my car detailed. My car was not properly detailed. Seats were not cleaned then he brought my car bck to me with my mats bck in the car on top of drenched carpet instead of letting it air to dry. Ketchup staims still on the side of my arm rest. Couldnt see everything because it was dark when he brought my car bck. Didnt give me a receipt. Jst cash in hand outside in the cold. Honestly i feel like i been had. Plus charged me $125 The worst experience i ever had. This cant be a certified company. I wouldnt recommend this place to anybody.
