Have always had great experiences with Penske service and with the purchase of a used Odyssey van. Smooth well run operation with a high focus on customer service/satisfaction. They fixed a problem for me that was not strictly their responsibility - above and beyond the call of duty. Highly recommended.

We were actually at the Penske. Honda dealership. We were interested in a Ridgeline, and drove 18 mi. to check the inventory. We also checked on Odessy vans. We were there half an hour, and not one salesperson (except the one who accidentally ran into us) offered any help or asked what we were interested in. If someone expects me to purchase a $40,000+ vehicle, they could be more courteous and more customer friendly.

Today my visit was with Penske Honda Service. My appointment this morning at 8:00 A I knew would be rather lengthy because it was a lot of diagnostic testing. I was reading a new book in their very nice customer service lounge, when my name was called. I knew that what they discovered from testing would be expensive. Do you ever notice how they have a good news way of delivering the expensive news. The gentlemen that I had the pleasure of working with today went over and above. He arranged for me to have a very nice rental vehicle saving me from staying in their louge the rest of the day. By keeping my car overnight & having transportation to get home is a win- win for all!

It’s a long story but I had to purchase three vehicles within a month… I was in an accident for the first two vehicles and my current third vehicle I was given An amazing price For coming back for business and in general they work with you.I’ve purchased the number of vehicles in my life and Joe over at Penske Honda used vehicles, which is just beside Penske Honda new vehicles, is the best I’ve ever worked with. He was honest and responsive and he worked very hard to make sure we had a great vehicle and a safe one! My son has autism and there are particular things the car had to have… Joe made sure to show me vehicles in which my son would be comfortable and safe. To this day I can call him if I have any questions and I also purchased an amazing warranty package which is totally worth it everything from a flat tire to the engine and transmission and this is a used vehicle...It’s a 2011 Honda pilot and it’s a gorgeous silver. If you go on Penske Honda’s website you will be able to look at the used vehicles and the new vehicles and unlike most places they are actually on the lot I saw my current car on the website, asked about it and drove it and purchased it the next day!***DONT FORGET TO REQUEST JOE!!! Bought a used car July 7th 2020, paid cash in full. Its now Oct 1st and still no Title! Turns out dealership didnt have it. In addition, within 3 WEEKS of purchase, brakes and rotors start grinding. Sales Boy Brian Berger says take it somewhere else we dont service Kias we only sell them. $385 repair, no help or reimbursement from management. This might as well be a fly by night buy here pay here lot. I just filed a complaint with IN Sec of State. Im in my mid 40s and bought plenty of used cars through the years...I wouldnt buy a car here if your life depended on it!

They were dead but we had to ask for a sales person. Mark Robinson helped us and was incredibly rude. He cussed at me for wanting to look at three cars. Ended up walking away and buying a car from Ray Skillman. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

Penske used cars is such a rip off. I took my money over to Indy Honda Fishers which is about a 10 min drive north of Penske and purchased a brand new 2020 which was almost a $130 difference in payments. Please pay attention to the warranty expiration dates when purchasing their used vehicles

Long-time Honda owner. Bought a Honda Certified vehicle with extra coverage. Fighting for over a year to get a pre-existing issue fixed that was pointed out before sale. Assured it would be taken care of but they cant figure out the problem. Left 5 messages with no returned call. Untrustworthy and unreliable.

I took my honda pilot for service not only they did bad job but left bolt unscrew which caused me couple hundred dollars to get it it fixed at the mechanic shop. They have nothing to offer bad service. They are clueless when it comes to car service. These people dont deserve 1 star rating.

Requested information on a jeep. Received a very generic reply email regarding none of the information request. Weeks later after no communication I found a hard inquire on my credit. Not pleased and they missed out on a potential sell. Thanks for nothing.
