I fell in love with the fall decor! 40% off...I got everything I needed to make my centerpiece!

My home away from home! Love shopping online then picking up at store due to the amount of time i could actually spend in that place! Lol

I went to Michaels to get directions to make a fall centerpiece for the front of my house. The staff was very courteous as usual, however I did feel awful for the cashier because the scu number was not registering in their system on one of items and she had to manually take 40% off 7.99. I tried to explain the easiest way to do it but It was not computing. Allsaid and done we did end up getting it resolved all was good and she learned.

Store was nice enough. It wasnt overly busy, but checkout took FOREVER. There were about 10 customers in line, but even though there were 3 workers behind the counters only 1 register was open.

Shopping paradise.lots and lots and lots to shop around.

Store was not real busy.Most of the customers knew what they wanted, where it was and was in and out in just a matter of minutes.Not so much in my case.Asked for assistance and was told that they did not carry what I needed.Decided to walk around to see if I could find an alternative item.Came upon what I was originally looking for to start with.I think the staff needs to be better educated on what they carry.But still a good visit.

Not the most pleasant experience. This store just feels off and employees are not very friendly. Also the floors clearly need to be cleaned or even replaced. If this location would be a bit cleaner, it would be a more worthwhile experience.

They have what I need, generally. It helps to look online first😉 That being said; always friendly. Have used the pick up service and found it easy and, again, friendly. Yep, Michaels gets a thumbs up!!

I never have anything bad to say about Micheals. Ive traveled to many and they all have excellent cuservice. The staff at this one is just awesome!! Stylish Pat with the hat is funny and theres Christina and Kokorn. They helped me find everything I needed to fill my customers order. They have amazing deals and I saved almost 55 percent with the app and coupons. Thank you staff.

Very nice store. Carts were being sanitized as I was walking in. The nice lady at the cash register nearest the entrance was very helpful when I asked where the yarn section was. The store was very clean and even though theres displays in the middle of the main isle they were not in the way of cart traffic and were very well marked with sale prices. The yarn section was very nicely displayed and I was able to easily see what everything was. I didnt end up making a yarn purchase however only because I didnt see any that matched my specific criteria (Im very much what some might call a yarn snob🤣). I have used their I Love This Yarn brand in the past and do find the quality to be very good for the price. I will say the section where they keep the hooks and other crochet supplies was lacking in variety and I didnt find the brand of hook I was looking for (Susan Bates). It may simply be that they just dont carry this brand at all, I really dont know, so Im not taking away stars for that. The hooks they did have seemed to be a fair price, basically the reason I didnt just buy any brand of hook is I specifically wanted an inline hook and none of the hooks on their pegs were inline. I also was looking to buy a yarn winder but the only 1 they had wasnt what I was wanting. When I say only 1 I literally mean there was only 1 on the shelf so theres absolutely no variety or at least this day there was no variety. I highly recommend this store for any crafter. They also have a candle section where I found a great 50% off sale on scented wax tarts.

The lady i talked to acted like she didnt know where anything was... I was on a wild goose hunt

My first time going into Michaels. Didnt really enjoy it. The only employee I saw was at the register and their stock is limited to what you can get next door at hobby lobby.

Love the HOLIDAYS at Michaels. So many beautiful things to buy. I like to browse through the Christmas displays and get my own ideas on decorating the house, Xmas tree and certain areas in the house for a festive look. Especially the reason for our celebration. Family, friends, and the birth of our Lord.

Such a stupid return policy they have. Haven’t seen anywhere in USA. They return the least price that the product was ever listed in their store in the form of in store credit .I bought for 20$ and was returned 7$

Huge select of anything to do with arts & crafts, diy wedding decorations, cake decorating, sewing and knitting to picture frames & artwork...I was in Michaels for hours! Prices arent too high, lots of items on clearance.

Michaels usually has all the Arts and Crafts materials I need but they had nothing for the airbrushing so again a three-star

The stock in this store was low. Customer service was great overall. Being inconvenienced is a bummer for me especially when the website says otherwise.

Michaels has been located here since I have lived here (over fifteen years) and continues to provide quality product and service at reasonable prices and convenient displays. Recently they have started transitioning to Autumn decor, and the summer stock is on sale and moving fast! They have also reorganized the layout of the store, and I find it to have helped the flow of the store, and speed of the check out.

Big store, found exactly what we were looking for and all was on sale.

Prices are high and make it difficult for people who are on a fixed income and I myself, I am terminally ill and on disability and Im trying take make gifts for my children and grandchildren to have some good memories, but I dont think I will be able to because I cannot spend that kind of money just on yarn for the scarves that Im making!!! I just spent $58 on yarn for just two scarves and that means that I just spent money out of my food budget!!! More in store deals and coupons would be greatly appreciated!!!

Well everything was fine till checkout and then got treated differently. Not only that, had 6 people on the floor and only 1 cashier and the line was long. Ill have to think long and hard of if Ill go back to this store

This location feels a bit dirty/dilapidated and cluttered. I definitely prefer the hobby lobby right next door but would come here again if no one else had what I needed.

Great deals but one of the managers was very rude at the Avon store. Took me through all kinds of issues about my internet not pulling up because their service is bad. Just bad customer service.

My mom had picked something out that she wanted and goes to the register. She had a $5 reward coupon to use. She had it pulled up on her phone because it says on it to let cashier scan the barcode. The cashier was very rude and wouldnt do it. More than likely will not be back.

I like to find all kinds of great items to entertain the kids and stuff our Christmas tree a lot of gift ideas and I always have coupons for sales

Horrible customer service! I took 8 items (along with multiple others not included in my issue) to the counter to pay. The 8 items were on the 70% off area with multiple others still in the same area. The lady at the counter began arguing with me that it was on the 40% off not 70%. I walked back there to double check. The manager was there waiting for me. She was RUDE AND CONFRONTATIONAL!!! I showed her the 70% off sign and the rest of the items that were in the same area. She responded “look at MY store, CUSTOMERS leave stuff everywhere”. I reminded her there were 8 that I took and many more in that same area and asked if she would honor it. She hatefully said no with a chuckle. I said I would be writing a review to which she responded “go right ahead”. I will NOT return to Michaels! I’ll wait until Hobby Lobby opens!

Beautiful things to see here but higher priced. Other similar stores just have more of same quality but less expensive. Nice wide isle to shop. This location was neat as a pin, well organized but not many customers shopping. Their fall decor is worth a look as I seen a few pieces not at other stores. Be sure to scope out their sale items and you might find a great deal or coupon!

Easily able to locate any thing I need for crafts. It helps using their online system that tells you the aisle in which items are located.

This place has a lot to offer, including sewing and cutting machine rentals and a comprehensive collection of yarns. Their artificial flowers selection is a little limited, but they do well in offering something for almost any category of crafting.

Got the frame I needed to frame my dad’s father’s day present. Looked great and was easy to find in the size I needed.

I come to this location often and have never had a bad experience. The staff are always nice and helpful. Ive been to a lot of Michaels and this one in particular seems to be the most organized. They always make sure to check for coupons too, which is greatly appreciated.

Store is great, they always have something on sale and the employees are helpful and know what theyre talking about.

Clearance items are always available. Military discounts. Helpful staff. Price checkers available in isle. Hobby items abundant.

I really enjoy Michaels online pickup program. Its been really easy to purchase, use coupons and save money and then pick up later at my convenience. I have never had any issues with orders and I have been buying online and picking up in store for over a year now. They also give you a week to pick up, which is longer than some places and just more convenient for me.

I wasnt overly impressed with the layout of the store or how disorganized it was. I got what I needed in the end and it wasnt the worst experience, but it was rather meh.

So much to see and pick from, so little time.

Love this place... but I’ll give y’all a tip. SUBSCRIBE to their newsletter... get the emails & discounts... never pay full price! I can guarantee if you use the coupons from your email, or from the catalog you can get so much off. I frequently buy my grandkids stuff here as well as knitting/crocheting items for myself. I can get a bucket of beads for 8 dollars... instead of 20 dollars w my coupons. Lovely store that is great to its customers! Also their hours are great! Staff is wonderful. :)Be blessed!

I was looking for unique, quality pendants or charms, but saw nothing that was eye-catching. Seems like they have chosen to shrink their jewelry offerings. I still dont like the new organization. Store also needs better lighting and to weed out faulty carts.

Always enjoy my shopping experience and browsing at Michaels. Great selection and variety of things depending on the project you have going on, or a few starter project ideas to get you started. Their prices are on the higher end... but then again this is a craft a hobby place that caters to the artists and serious crafts people with moderate to advanced skill levels, not necessarily geared to a novice or beginner starting off. However for novice or beginners starting off, it is a good place to get ideas and inspiration for projects, as well as advice.

Today at Michaels I found myself lost in ideas of making and all I was looking for was candle wicks. Cool place. I will be back 😁

I LOVE any Michaels Store Ive ever been in..This place has my heart..I love all the craft items...Im always buying coloring books,coloring supplies,stickers,washi tape,ribbon,dec paper,planner stuff...I buy a LOT from craft stores...Ive never had a problem finding stuff here.They have always had everything Ive needed.I also love the coupons you guys have..One of my fav craft stores around💜💜💜

First time in a Michaels store. The cashiers were nice and the store was somewhat organized but there were boxes of stock in the aisles unattended. My biggest issue with my visit was the restrooms. They are filthy. The toilet looked like it hadnt been scrubbed down in months. The wall under the hand dryer is badly stained with dirt was worse than most gas station restrooms. Store manager needs to scrub them down from top to bottom and set the standard for the employees to maintain.

This Michaels has a good viarety of items and I rather enjoy the layout. I can usually find what I want, but if not Ive never had issues finding an employee to point me in the right direction. Speaking of staff, every interaction with them has been good! Overall, consistent with other locations and I havent had any bad experiences in other stores either.If youre unfamiliar with Michaels, definitely check it out! You can find stuff for a home project, materials for your next Pinterest obsession, and paints and crafts for the kids. Frames and canvas and paint and pencils and all sizes of sketch books! Yarn and needles and hooks. Storage and organization. So much.good stuff!
