I reached out to ASA after being with the same audiologist for over 30 years. Dr. Todd was patient, took the time to get to know me and learn about my hearing loss. He then went above and beyond to find me the best hearing aids to help me function at my highest capacity. While he could have recommended devices from a brand he normally carries, he went with the best device he could find, which was a different brand. I have been beyond satisfied with the level of professionalism Dr. Todd and all the staff demonstrate. The offices are clean and well maintained. I would recommend anyone who needs an audiologist to call ASA.

I went through more than one test on my ears. This was to make sure that all the test agreed. Then I was told that as of yet I dont need hearing aids. I wasnt pushed to get them it was my choice what I wanted to do,

Got an appointment with ASA Audiological and I had extreme ringing of the ears and anxiety. The staff welcomed me with a positive attitude. Thomas Todd is one of the very best audiologists I have ever had experience with. He is thorough, attentive and very understanding. He takes the time amidst his busy schedule to make sure everything is completed before I leave the office. He always offers additional appointments in case anything goes wrong. I always receive excellent care at ASA in Indiana. The audiologist provides a very thorough evaluation & provides answers to all my questions. Staff is very professional. This office provides the safest environment I have encountered during the Covid19 crisis. The staff greet you outside the main door, and they open & close all doors. There are few surfaces I touch. Paperwork is sent to my email & completed before arriving. The nation could learn a lot from this offices example. I would recommend this office to all my family & friends.

Do not take your children here to get their hearing evaluated. The man is saw has no personality to work with kids. I left feeling very discouraged and put down. I’d suggest a facility who specializes in pediatric audiology so you don’t feel like an inconvience.
