Doctor Webber is great and so is her staff

I have been going to Indiana Audiology for many years and have found them to be pleasant and caring professionals. I appreciate their concern for both improving my hearing and keeping both staff and patients safe during the pandemic. They have never failed to solve any problem I have with my hearing aids. I always look forward to visiting Indiana Audiology.

Indiana Audiology has always demonstrated a thoroughly professional yet caring approach to me as a patient and as a member of the community. I have always been impressed by Dr. Webber and her entire staff. When it came time for my family to leave Indiana, the Indiana Audiology team went out of their way to see that I had everything necessary to maintaining my hearing aids during the transition, and they found and recommended to me a clinic and service in our new home. Indiana Audiology gets a 5/5BEST rating! They give you a very thorough interview to determine your listening lifestyle and needs. They look up your health insurance details and tell you up front what it covers. The hearing test is very thorough. It s not just earphones and beeps. They test listening accuracy with mens and womens voices with increasing levels of background noise and background conversations. Great technology! They fit me with a frequency-matched hearing aid right in the office on the first visit. Very friendly and professional. Would 100% recommend to a friend or colleague.

I always have very friendly and polite visits to Indiana Audiology. Two times now my right hearing aide has quit working. They were very helpful and fixed the problem right away. Both times it was a simple issue that I could have have fixed myself but didn’t realize it. They were very nice about it and we both had a good laugh. They all are just great people.

As always, I received a friendly greeting. After finding out what I needed the staff immediately went to work. I accepted the offer to wait 15 minutes and save myself another visit. Soon I received my serviced hearing aids and was on my way.Being taken care of in a quick and professional manner is the norm for this office. Keep up the great work.

I would highly recommend this group, they also gathered information from my prior physicians and insurance company without problems. Im so glad I called them!I graduated today! Ive had my hearing aides for roughly 6 months with no difficulty. Ive adjusted easily and all questions are quickly answered. What a difference living in the hearing world again has been. My son got his first pair of hearing aids when he was 4. We had to take him to Childrens hospital in Pittsburgh or monroeville due to his age and insurance, which was quite a distance for us. He is now 20. Over the past 16 yrs we have used Indiana audiology whenever he had a problem or needed a part needed for his hearing aids. They were always available and very kind when helping us throughout the years. Every employee that works there are compassionate, and always eagar to help. I highly recommend then for your hearing needs. They are the best in town.

Great serviceI am a person that needs to be very sure of something before I make an important decision like buying hearing devices. I dont commit to something like this very easily. After a referral from a friend I reluctantly made an appointment with Indiana Audiology. I began working with dr. Weber to diagnose my hearing problem & fit me with a product that would work best for me. I found that Dr. Weber works very hard for your business & doesnt rush you into anything just to make a quick sale.She was very patient & understanding while taking the time to make sure I was completely satisfied. She is a true professional who is caring & Knowledgeable & puts your beat interest at heart. The staff is great also. They are very professional & kind & did a great job handling all my needs. I was pleasantly surprised to find how knowledgeable they are! Many times a phone call with a minor issue could be handled by the stall without having to make an unnecessary appointment. Great people make a great place to do business& with a 90 day free trial & free batteries & service for a year it was a no brainer for me. The 90 days starts only after you have settled on the devices you have chosen even if it may not be the first pair you tried. I would recommend Indiana Audiology to any one in the market for improved hearing.

On March 25th, 2019.... I finally did it.....For many years, I have been hard of hearing and it seems to have gotten worse to the point I don’t want to be around people and especially out with crowds!! My wife pretty much has to repeat everything... I am saying huh? Before she even finishes the sentence....Soo frustrating for her and very frustrating for me!!!! At a recent NWTF banquet my nephew sitting across the table had to ask me three times the same question... after the last time.. I just smiled and nodded my head.... he laughed and said “Uncle Paul... do you even know what I said?” I just put my head down and felt the frustration!! He said if he won the 50/50 he was going to buy me hearing aids....As the banquet continued with all the background noise...I knew it was time to do something about my problem....I probably had my number called out for prizes... and don’t even know it... lol The next day I called Indiana Audiology and set up an appointment....Growing up... I always had this thing about people that wore hearing aids... thought they were Martians... lol Also..did not like the thought of how expensive they are!!!! But the time has come to overcome those fears.... and get my life back regardless of the cost.... I was like a kid on Christmas morning the day of my appointment.... Veronica gave me a warm welcome and then it was time to meet Dr. Weber....she explained everything so well and then did my exam. I told my wife... what if she says there is nothing wrong with my hearing? She giggled and said that is not a possibility... as I said huh....Well then the big moment..... I have signicant hearing loss in both ears. All those years of working in the mines and then power plants with coal trucks banging their tailgates over and over with me not always wearing hearing protection... not to mention all the weed eating, cutting grass, leaf blowers, snow blowers.... etc that has affected my hearing.....and the rock concerts and can’t forget I have hunted all my life!! Sooo now Sarah based on my test results and life style.... suggested the hearing aids best for me...with a few tweaks and adjustments..... I can hear again..... sooo happy I gave her a big hug..... then finished my appointment by hugging the rest of the staff-my Birthday was the following day... best present I ever bought myself!!!! Now out into the world.... OMG..... I can hear everything loud and clear! I had to tell my wife you are at a 10.... you need to bring it down to a 5.... lol We got home and my dog greeted me at the door.... she was doing 360’s on the kitchen floor.... sounded like the drum solo from the old song Wipeout.... lol I next went and peed in the toilet.... sounded like Niagra Falls.... lol When the wind is right... I actually think I can hear the Jimmy Stewart announcement on the Philadelphia crosswalks the whole way from the farm I live.... Of course I am exaggerating but I can tell you I can’t stop smiling to finally have a normal life back.... can’t wait until spring gobbler season.... oh geez I think I just heard one gobbling in Warren County....lol my wife said no wonder you never get anything.... I can now.... Really looking forward to Archey season... my favorite... Love my new hearing aids... the new technology is unreal!!! Don’t even look like a Martian.... can’t even tell they are there.... my follow up appointment is tomorrow.... expect more hugs!!! Go see Dr. Sarah Weber if you have the same or any hearing problems that affects you and everybody around you In communicating the precious sounds that you are missing out on. You won’t be sorry!!!

The STAFF is incredible and very very nice:~~...Dr. Sarah Webber, the Audiologist & owner has a ♥ of Gold and is very thorough in her hearing examination. She takes her time with the testing to make sure shes doing everything right to fit the hearing aids to the patients needs & make sure the settings are correct. I know first hand, since I was with my mom, Dee Dee McGary when she got tested & fitted for her Hearing Aids.~~...Sondra Zias, Billing/Office Asst. also was VERY helpful as well & she went above & beyond to make sure my mom was taken care of regarding return appointments & making sure she had enough batteries till her next visit. Since my mom is not on the computer, she contacted me via email & was very helpful in so many ways.~~...Veronica Cramer, Office Asst/Appts., etc... was also very nice to my mom & I as well.Because their Hearing Aids are customized for each patient, it takes perhaps a month or more to tweak the settings to make sure they are working for the patient. They just loved my mom and when I went with her to several appointments, you could feel the warmth & compassion from their entire Staff because I saw how they treated her. They take their time & explain everything in detail so that you can fully understand how the Hearing Aids work. When you become a patient, you are more than just a number, you actually feel like family!I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone in need of Hearing Aids to contact Indiana Audiology & give them a chance to assist you with your hearing issues and become part of their family!..... ♥.♥.♥
