They are usually pretty good. These are tough times so sometimes it gets a little busy but that goes with the territory.

Pharmacist is very unprofessional. Watch her belittle several customers and then say “ if they don’t like it they can go somewhere else, we have enough customers” never will I set foot in a rite aid store again.

This place has some catty, disrespectful women working in pharmacy. No empathy, just excuses and Im better than you attitude. First and last script I fill here

Doctor sent my script 3 times. Over 3 days. All said they were successful yet they claimed to not recieve it. Luckily it wasnt emergent. Still hasnt been fixed.Hit or miss on the customer service but more bad than good and it was so bad that my doctor when calling in a script was questioned and second guessed by the pharmacist. He wants me to go somewhere else and stop wasting his and my time.When a dexcom 6 script has been ordered and sent 3 times it has to be there especially if it says it was successful. They got all my other meds. Its not like anything I am getting is narcotics. They are simple health sustaining scripts. Your one pharmacist is the rudest person I have ever dealt with.Im considering just going somewhere else.

My husband went here for a vaccine. They were very organized, professional and friendly.

The workers in the pharmacy have terrible attitudes(very sarcastic at times if they dont want bothered) and often make mistakes.

This pharmacy is a joke and unprofessional. Ive been trying for a month or more to pick my medication up at this location instead of Indiana. They never have my medication and tell me they need to order it, which would cause me to go without medication for a day and half which I cant do. Mind you I have told them everytime I need that same script filled every other Monday. So instead of me waiting and going without I have to drive over 2 hours from my doctors office to Indiana rite aid. Also there is still no note in my file to have my medication ordered for every other Monday. Just today punxsy made me call Indiana myself and I had to call each pharmacy 4 or 5 times because Indiana couldnt find my script in the system. Took me that many times calling punxsy to finally get someone who knew what they were doing to call Indiana and handle it. I even spoke to different pharmacists at punxsy location and am still having troubles with them.

The head pharmacist helped my dad, explained to him how the different drugs interacted with each other and had the prescriptions ready in a timely manor. 5* for A+ service.

I never had any problems with them they are very helpful. The only thing we have a problem with is when they call if you dont answer the keep calling and if you have several perscriptions instead of only calling you once they call you for every prescription. So if you have 3 perscriptions you get 3 calls. But other than that they have always been nice and helped me with anything I needed.

Stopped in for a few items. Large store, clean and well organized location with friendly staff and plenty of parking.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

I hate this place, they will call my personal phone and leave rude messages if I can’t come in for my prescription because I work unusual hours out of town. It’s a revolving door, and even today I went in and she said when do you need this? I said it’s usually a half hour but okay if it’s longer. She snapped and said, it’s going to be at least an hour. Okay, it’s has NEVER been more than an hour.

Rude, unprofessional. Took all my prescriptions elsewhere. Dont waste your time. They dont want your business.

Chose this pharmacy as it was the closest to my house with a drive thru window. Ill be moving all of my familys prescriptions. Never gotten a prescription in under 2 hours, staff is always rude. Last thing you want to deal with when youre trying to get a sick kid home from the doctor or you have a migraine and youre out of meds.

Employees have always been an immense help. Pharmacy is swift.
