WHY WHY WHY would any choose to fill scripts here? Just tried calling pharmacy. After 2 minutes of BS prompts when I just wanted to speak to someone in the pharmacy. Once through the prompts I was on hold for 7 more minutes. This is the 6th largest corporation in the world and care so little about customers that they cant provide adequate staffing to answer phones. There are plenty of better options in town. Im done with them.
This pharmacy needs to fire all of its employees and hire people with real social skills. Rudest customer service ever. And the prices are astronomical. Go to any other pharmacy, please. This place is repulsive.
We received our prescription stating no refills when we should have had one on the RX. After bringing this to their attention they initiated a new prescription with no refills, which resulted in me receiving three robo-calls a day. Upon trying to sort it out the women was rude and directed me to call 1-800-shop-cvs, and that there was nothing she could do about it. Save yourself the hassle and go to another Pharmacy.
Could not talk to a person after 20 minutes and 4 phone calls. Kept looping, then disconnected.
Problems, problems, problems. Plus COVID testing at the SAME, single drive -up window which causes HUGE lines and delays.
The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, please use literally any other pharmacy. I spent 15 minutes waiting for the lady to talk to me at the pharmacy while she talked on the phone with her friend.
Trash pharmacy. The younger girl I talk to is nice, usually in at night but that’s about the only positive.I went in four times within a week span and each time I had no perception filled. They told me they received the e-script but my doctor ‘cancelled’ the order. They didn’t have one of my meds stocked, yet never told me to transfer to another pharmacy.I understand it’s difficult to get newer, expensive medication but it’s at the very least customary to transfer the script OR EVEN CALL!I’m understanding, I’ve taken various difficult-to-obtain medications over the last three years, so it’s safe to say I have had many pharmaceutical issues. But this place couldn’t even fill WELLBUTRIN for three months. Never did more than the minimum to help me. Completely unprofessional...
I booked an online appointment time for 12:10 to get a drive through screening required for schoolI arrived early to a line of 5 vehicles, and waited over AN HOUR for a swab that took under 1 minute to complete, by myself since its a self swab kit.I now need to reschedule an additional appointment I had booked WELL after this one and will be missing class because of it.Go somewhere else if you can.
Went in for a sinus infection that occurs for me once or twice a year with allergies and weather changes. No actual symptoms of COVID or exposed to COVID. Wouldn’t see me at all until I had a COVID test. They shouldn’t be open if they can’t see people in person without a COVID test. Literally any symptom is a “symptom of COVID. Went to IRMC virtually instead and was done within 10 minutes and got the medicine I needed. The lady working in the clinic was also very rude and would not listen to my symptoms from a patients perspective.
Really rude customer service.
Rude customer service. Not patient or understanding at all.
Very efficient and personable. Both pharmacy and store associates couldnt be more helpful.
It took 9 full days to get my Coronavirus Test back. I was told it takes 2-4 days normally and in high volume it would be 5-10 days. So, if you are thinking about getting tested here... be prepared to wait 9 days!!!!!
The pharmacy is poorly run. The staff is very rude. Prescriptionons are never on time.Living in a rural area and being disabled makes this very difficult.I suggest going to a Giant Eagle pharmacy. Also, Mathew who is the lead pharmacist is particularly rude.
Hey a COVID-19 tip, it’s 6-8 days now and they didn’t tell anyone that. Other than that the guy was mad nice to me.
I enjoy shopping here.
Have had problems everytime I have had something filled. They found they had entered 2 separate accounts for me months ago and never resolved this problem which led to them just putting scripts randomly in one account or the other, informing me that I had no script or insurance, then when I pressed they looked and found that I in fact did. I finally ask to have all of my scripts transferred to rite aid. I had to look the number up for them and the next day they still hadnt called and informed me that I had to call rite aid myself and give them CVS number... Now 2 days after scripts were written CVS still has not bothered to transfer my scripts!!!
Drive thru has to be faster.I mean it cant get any worse.
Trash. Cancelled my refills and lied about what happened.

I have been a patient on prescription medications for fourteen years due to chronic illness and CVS in Indiana has given me the absolute worst experience at a pharmacy I have ever encountered. In fact, it is the worst customer service, lack of professionalism and lack of professional knowledge as well. I had a pharmacist tell me she spoke to my doctor and give me what they had agreed on as a course of action for me to follow for several days only to find out at my appointment the following week that NO ONE from the pharmacy ever contacted my doctor on the issue at all. I ended up in the ER over that weekend due to the issue as my doctor was not on call that weekend to get in touch with when the advice did not agree with my chronic medical condition. When questioned about this, the pharmacist changed the story and stated it was a staff member that she had spoken to. However, the number given to the pharmacist to call was my doctors personal cell number that only HE answers and no one in the office had spoke to anyone at the pharmacy regarding me as a patient or that issue at all. So TWO lies. The same date I requested this pharmacist to let me know the dates that two of my prescriptions could be refilled. I was given the same date for both. I did not need them filled until THREE days later than the refill date I was given, so returned then and was told it was STILL too early. When I questioned this, she stated yes my insurance would refill them but regulations wouldnt for two more days on one. I was out of this medication, it was a weekend and I needed it as I have a chronic condition. She was less than happy when I asked why she had told me I earlier they could be refilled three days prior and had a witness with me that confirmed that. I stated I would come back in two days for the other script, but she could tell I was upset that I had been told the wrong information. She refused to admit this, told me that I WAS being difficult and THEN crumpled up the valid script from my doctor, threw it at me in front of everyone in the pharmacy and stated she was not filling that one for me either. I stated that by refusing to fill a valid script from my doctor that was eligible to go through my insurance on this date she was violating my rights as a disabled patient...her response to this was get out or Ill call the cops. Seriously...the worst and most unbelievable experience in customer service, unprofessionalism, not to mention being lied to, given false medical information by a pharmacist stating it was via my doctor which caused my condition to worsen to the point of needing emergency treatment.*I did complain to the pharmacy manager after the initial incident and got no response or concern at all from him. My advice, go anywhere but CVS!!! This complaint does not even include any of the times they have sent refills to incorrect physicians for me, etc. The pharmacists I have encountered at this CVS have no compassion or care for their customers at all. They also DO NOT take any time whatsoever to LISTEN to patients and what they are telling them or trying to explain to them. They also do not admit to mistakes, lies or if they give any incorrect information to a patient. Anyone who needs to have a pharmacist who will be there in any way to ever help them, dont ever think you will get this kind of service at CVS.
Manager is disrespectful, cruel, and rude. Interrupted me repeatedly, would not allow me to speak. I waited patiently for my husbands perscription to fill before requesting any assistance. Upon arriving at the front checkout counter the man at the counter was absolutely disgusting to me, causing me to have a panic attack and break down in front of him, employees, and several other customers. How embarassing!!! Ive been filling perscriptions, shopping at CVS, and using their rewards for years... NEVER have I been treated this way.
Will find anotger pharmacy id rather pay a little more and have people that are friendly.
Been going here for years. Been getting the same med filled for years. And now all of the sudden for the past 3 months I have had to fight with them to fill it. Next month Im going to rite aid. Im tired of fighting to get MY script filled from MY DOCTOR.
The worst pharmacy I’ve ever delt with.
I have to wait at least 10 minutes to get waited on and get my meds 100 percent of the time.
Getting prescriptions at CVS most times requires a long, frustrating wait, in a line that continues down between the shopping aisles. The clerks are overworked and it is a madhouse.I really have no choice due to my prescription plan,
Incompetent and rude!
