Dr. Cowburn found 3 different problems with my eyes over the years that needed surgery to fix. He always recommended excellent surgeons for my particular needs! Without a doubt hes the best optometrist in Indiana.

I had been seeing an ophthmologist and Dr Cowburn addressed the several issues I was experiencing quite clearly and with expertise. He takes the time to listen and respond. Yet the office visits move very efficiently. There has been little wait time in the office for my two appointments.
