Im a small business owner that heavily relies on my computers to function properly. I had someone that worked on my systems in the past but I lost him to a corporate job about 10 years ago. Ive been searching for a competent replacement ever since.Fast forward to this weekend when I dropped my laptop from the kitchen counter during a busy period of work (it always seems to work that way!). I brought the laptop in, he provided me with some options, and they proceeded to save my bacon in less than 24 hours. Im elated with the experience and even more elated that I finally found an excellent repair shop.Theyre honest, quick, and reasonably priced. I wish I could give them a 10 star rating.

After reading several reviews decided to try this business as my laptop was in need of repair. Inadvertently I had destroyed the area to insert the ac adapter and charge my laptop. I was not disappointed in any way - laptop repaired expeditiously, price more than reasonable, and I am back up and running. Just does not get better than this. Thanks Rodney. Highly recommend.

I recently purchased an HP computer from Walmart for my classes I was taking to complete a Masters degree. The computer died and when I called HP they agreed to refund me. I didnt want to take a chance with another of the computers that i purchased so I went to IT COMPUTER Solutions. I needed a computer that day, the young man was friendly, helpful and immediately got me a computer. He tried to upload my stuff from the old but it had a problem with the hard drive, I had a computer that day and was able to upload my school stuff and get to work. They were helpful, kind and got me what I needed immediately. I recommend working with them because they understand urgency and will do their best to help you when you have a computer issue. They helped me out of a problem as my semester had three weeks left.

IT Computer Solutions is a wonderful business that truly needs more attention. My laptop had continual battery problems, and with all classes being online that posed a big issue. Rodney, Michael, and others were so helpful and professional at all times. They were both thorough and helped to get my laptop back to me as soon as they possibly could. Excellent job. Im a small businesses owner, who had no access to my business emails for weeks. I had other IT companies in the area come out or either remote in and could not figure what was going on. I contacted IT Computers and within TWO hours they had me up and running again. Rodney knows computers, has replaced the screen in my laptop twice now. He also can fix software bugs and normally has good used laptops for sale. Very convenient, and normally fast service.

Went here a few months ago because of good reviews but got charged $130 for something that took 1 min to fix. it was one wire pugged out of the mother board I only found out about that weeks later when i accidently unplugged it again and got the same exact error code this time I tried fixing it myself and realized a wire was unplugged from the mother board. Most shops would fix that for free but this guy took advantage of the situation I would understand if he charged me $50 for a diagnostic fee but $130?? Really? Careful guys he seems honest and he is nice but hell pull as much as he can from you.

GREAT genuine service. 10/10 recommend for anyone including those like me, who don’t have much background knowledge with laptops etc. Rodney was very very informative and patient with all my questions and took the time to make sure I was content with everything being done. I left this place confident in the work they performed and above all else HAPPY. As a college student, I use this laptop quite often so it is important that I can make it last! I brought my desktop PC in for a power issue and was given excellent customer service and got my issue resolved quickly with a two week guarantee that if the issue comes back up I would be able to bring the desktop back in to be looked at once more at no extra charge. Well its been two weeks and the issue has not resurfaced. Thank you Rodney and Ben for all the help. Would highly recommend.

My wife was having problems with her lap top. It kept shutting down so on my advice she took it in. They updated the software and removed a dying battery. It works great now and is back to normal. Also this business worked on my Galaxy Note Book about 6 months ago, Some how the password would no longer work and I couldnt even get into any programs. This business was able to unlock and reset so I could once again get into the programs.

Took my HP in with power issues. Everything was explained an cost was discussed. Told it would take a few days, an I was ok with that. Pleasantly surprised getting a call a few hrs later telling me it was ready.Thank you again for the help..

I am so glad I called IT Computer Solutions to help solve some softwares issues that had been a problem for months. My only regret is not calling sooner!Rodney is very professional. Called and made an appointment the next day to troubleshoot my newly built computer. They were very professional but also personal with helping me and my computer problem. I said I would like the computer fixed asap but didnt expect it to be a next day fix! Rodney was very nice and made sure that my computer was troubleshooted to isolate the problem. Afterwords he explained it to me in detail what was wrong so that I understood the issue. I would recommend this place to anyone needing to fix their computer. Im so glad I was pointed in their direction and will call anytime I have a future problem.

I went in to get my laptop that crashed and broken Ipad screen and couldnt be happier. Rodney was Awesome in explaining windows crashed on me and changed my screen fairly quick, fixed my laptop got it running faster than before. I am happy I found him and close to home. We recently purchased a refurbished business computer from Computer Solutions. It works beautifully and it was a very fair price. We went back 30 days later and asked for some assistance to transfer files from a flash drive. They very graciously assisted us on the spot. That is the best service ever. Great people, Excellent service, reasonable prices. My desktop would not display an image. After a few hours of messing around with it I thought it would be better to take it to someone more qualified to deal with it. They called me next day with the problem, price, and how long it would take to fix. The problem was with my video card, and they were able to get a new one within the next few days. When it came in they had it ready within the hour of arrival.

Good experience. Promptly fixed my MacBook Pro keyboard and charged my less than they quoted! That doesnt happen very often! They were prompt and communicated well. The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars is because both times I went to the store that was supposed to be open at 10 am, it wasnt. The owner/staff were late both times.

Ive used these guys four times exactly. My first build ever I had a rough patch with getting drivers, things online and SSD partition. These guys are great. The two guys in the back are always nice enough to explain the processes to me and so far, Ive maintained my computers health and more. These guys are affordable yet they do a 200% good job.

This last time I used them, I wanted the Bluetooth compatibility for my pc so I contacted IT Computer Solutions, we set up a time to bring my computer. Turned out my windows 10 was not properly installed which gave me limited functionality and no feature. So Rodney’s work not only fixed my Bluetooth functionality but properly installed my Windows 10 product too. I am pleased with his work and would highly recommend him to anyone!

I have used IT Solutions probably as long as they have been open for my computer repair needs, both laptops and desk. When Ive had a virus on my work computer, and have taken it in, I have had timely service which is critical since I needed the computer for work. When you are on the clock and your computer is down, service counts! I have recommended IT Solutions to many friends and I would not do that if I did not feel they would also receive the excellent service that I have received. I will continue to use IT Solutions for my computer needs in the future.

DONT bring your PC here. My laptop would not start up, and I really needed all my files on the hard drive. I discussed this at length with the staff. They called the next day, and NONE of my files were there. They wiped the drive clean and re-installed windows, with NONE of my files. Admitted it was there fault, they just forgot. Came back 2 days later, with a couple of files restored but not even close to all that should have been there. The word docs they restored cannot be opened. They ended up charging my $100 for something I could have done myself.My whole reason for bringing the PC there was so they could restore my files. They promised to do it, and did not. These people are incompetent, dishonest and have no concept of customer service. Save your money, find any other PC repair company but DO NOT USE THIS ONE.For more reviews, check out YELP. I am an old guy who has been involved with computers since 1979. Seen a lot of problems in my day, but never found anybody so knowledgeable as Rodney Smith and a very bright young man (Brian, I think) at itComputer Solutions! My machine is a Lenovo laptop about 4 years old that had become so slow, I had decided to buy a new machine. On a lark, I took it to Rodney. He installed a solid state drive, removed some viruses, and lots of junk that had accumulated over the years.
