Jon was the best. I was having so much trouble with my computer. It was so slow with so many pop ups. I hated going on it.. I was ready to throw it against a wall.. Im also new to Windows 10 and hated it. He explained it to me and made it seem so easy. Got my computer back today and I am enjoying it so much. Thank you Jon your the best.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Actually this review is overdue because the first time my laptop was hit with a bad virus but John came to the RESCUE! He really did save me from losing YEARS of valuable documents and for that I will be forever grateful!!! This visit was more proactive where my husband purchased me a new laptop and John was able to ensure everything was transferred over successfully. He did just that and exceeded my expectations on the turn around time! I love how pleasant and most of all professional he is, but you can tell he genuinely cares about customer relationships and I really appreciate that...signed, a forever customer!:)

The owner came out to my house in hopes to fix my wifi that randomly went out. We have nighthawk system which he implied was no good although it was recently just bought, then he proceeds with saying our power strip was cheap and could also be a reason (although it worked just fine the last 13 years). We went to best buy to replace the nighthawk system and bought a surge protector. He made it clear this was the issue and once we got back it would only take him 30 mins to setup because he knew exactly what it was. Once we got back 30 mins turned into 2 hours. Hes a computer doc and has been for 37 years but somehow spent 5 1/2 hours at our house and couldnt understand let alone determine the problem. He even programmed one of the nighthawks to turn blue because i informed him on it not being. Once he left the wifi was still going in and out. Next day comes and the wifi is completely down. We called and the guy in the office kept saying he is on another big job and i will have him call he never called. He stayed at our house just to receive more money (charging 130 per hour), just to find out the only issue with the wifi was the cord connected to the modem running to the router was no good! Being a computer doc he should have caught that but instead he was so money hungry that he told us everything else in the world was wrong with the wifi. I would not recommend anyone to Kevin. An AWFUL experience.

Had a virus on my old windows 7 computer, took it in and he fixed it. Took a little longer that he thought... based on my conversation with him and his demeanor....it was apparently a very nasty virus. I could see that he couldnt wait to see it go out the door....but he really wanted to be sure that I was happy with it and that it worked. It is 2 weeks later now and it still works fine. I thought it was a little expensive at $150.00 for the job....but he clearly sweated over it and it works great now. I would recommend this business and return in the future.

Fantastic! This is the place to go for anything computer related. My laptop got a virus, and they fixed it up and installed a virus protection software that very day.

Service was fantastic from office staff to field rep. I called first thing in the morning and received same day service. Kevin had our printer installed and running within 30 mins after arrival. I have been with Computer Doc since 2010 and have been very pleased with the service. The tec takes time to explain the problems I have. Also is five minutes away which makes it convenient for me. If you are looking for someone please take the time to speak with them I know you will be satisfied with the service.

I brought my computer in because it was hacked and locked up with serious issues regarding infected and encrypted files. Chris did an excellent job solving all the issues and saving everything that was on my computer. But more than that Chris spent time with me on the phone a few days later regarding new found issues with the reinstalling and connection to my printer and also issues with my personal email address. Where other tech support people failed to help with those two issue it was Chris that solved these problems for me in a matter of minutes. I would highly recommend Chris and Computer Docs to anyone and for all that was done for me the cost was extremely reasonable considering the time he spent on all these problems.

Kevin has been our go to guy for anything computer related for over 15 years. He has always been professional, courteous, honest and ethical. We are at a point that we have Kevin build all of our desk tops and, although not the cheapest, we feel the value for money spent is the best option. We have no need to go elsewhere and have no reason to even consider other options.

If i could give 0 stars I would. This guy is a fraud and Con artist. Came out to my home to wire internet to specific rooms. Charged me for his work and left. Always had problems with the connections. Had another tech come and look at it. Turns out he just used my existing phone lines which made a mess. Never installed any new CAT lines to the rooms. Stay away at all costs. Look him up at Waxhaw court house. Bad News

I have used them twice to fix issues, once with a desktop and once with a laptop. Was pleased with both experiences and thought the customer service and pricing was good.

As Im no computer genius I have to take my equipment in for maintenance. The last 2 computers I took in came back with a diagnosis that my computer was shot. As I mentioned I cant fix these things myself but thought it was awful funny how they were in a big hurry to sell me one of their Refurbished models since mine was no longer with us. The skeptic wonders if they were trying to help or sell me something.
