Literally just ordered from here and I work right next door I asked for iced coffee add sugar cream caramel and cinnamon. They dumped excessive cinnamon into my coffee no caramel what’s so ever hardly any sugar and my cheese danish looks as though it’s been dropped on the floor or on top of coffee grounds laying somewhere. I wouldn’t recommend and I’ll be getting a refund

The type of some customers these poor employees have to deal with.. On 11am Saturday, I was waiting in line inside as I saw an older gentleman getting very upset that his drink was not ready yet.. it had been maybe 3 minutes since he placed his order. The line to the drive thru was probably a mile long- and I’m not kidding, it was starting to back up on the highway. I assume the manager, Victoria, stepped in and dealt the situation extremely well. Offered a refund and everything. However the gentleman left still unpleased. She even apologized to me that I had to witness the customer act the way he did. This Starbucks is always so busy and the employees genuinely do their best and go as fast as they can. Great job to these employees and especially Victoria who is a sweet person and actually cares for her manager position.

Not sure how well run this Starbucks is as they seem to always be out of something. Drinks are good. No complaints there. I frequent local Starbucks stores in the area and there are some that get much more business than this one that never run out. Its a great place to stop for a drink, just have a second or third choice in mind just in case.

I normally love this location but today i had someone named storm at the drive thru and she didn’t look at me when she gave me my drink she didn’t say anything and i wanted a straw and she told me i couldn’t have one but i saw the straws and she told me there was a straw shortage and she wanted to save them for people that order big frappachinos that is not my problem if i want a straw with my drink i should be able to if nobody else comes for a frappachino there’s three hours left until close and there was more than 20 straws left. i felt she was being rude with me anyways i always tip bc i feel that even with bad service the service was still given !! Spread kindnessalso on a side note almost every restaurant i go to has eco friendly biodegradable straws why hasn’t Starbucks hopped on this trend ? Instead literally every Starbucks location I’ve been to including this one all of the employees are really rude about giving straws to customers.

Love the welcoming environment of this location! Morning staff is friendly, even if they are really busy. They almost always have a long line but they get it moving. I had a problem with my order and I spoke to Victoria and she was so so kind and helped me get what I wanted. Will be back to have another delicious cup of coffee

I for one am not a fan of Starbucks coffee. It is bitter and I dont enjoy having hundreds of choices just to narrow down a cup of coffee that I will enjoy. I really wish that they would do a better French vanilla that does not include any nut, flavors or hazelnut as well as I really wish that they would just have a simple cup of coffee directed towards mail shoppers, not toward women or teen shoppers. I will frequently avoid Starbucks in favor of dunkin, donuts and other small restaurants that serve coffee.

For the past 4 times I went to this location the staff has messed up my order. It does not matter how slow you repeat yourself, how many times you repeat it to them, the order is always wrong. This is absolutely the worst Starbucks. Why is it they do not know the difference between Almond milk and whole milk? It’s ridiculous! I drive to Matthews to get my Starbucks now.

So glad Indian Trail finally has a Starbucks! The manager of this store, Carlea, is the kindest, most easy going person I’ve ever met. She seems to have the utmost respect from her employees. In the short time this store has been open, she has learned who her regulars are and always warmly greets them. And the staff is phenomenal! Maddie and Sasha make the best drinks and they are crazy fast! Gabe on drive through makes you feel like you it’s not just coffee you’re getting, but you winning the lottery too! Wesley has to be the best dressed barista for sure! And Jared....customer service so good he could work on a super yacht in the Med! Viktoria is such a kind person and always very welcoming. Really, everybody’s amazing. Stop by and see for yourself!!

Normally don’t post reviews but, these employees have gone above and beyond today. They had a very long line, but still kept it moving. I was getting close to pay, when the line completely stops. Three young lady employees come out from the door and run to the car up front. Apparently the car stopped and the employees pushed it all the way to the parking lot and and even helped jump start the car with one of the employees car. Will now make this Starbucks my go to location just because of how nice and helpful they are to the community. Not to mention the drinks are delicious!

I chose this location because it is so convenient, but when I want to order ahead of time in the morning, they deliberately not post as available to order. The workers are always very nice but I am so disappointed by my drink quality from this location (13731 E Independence). This is the only drive-thru near my house and I just moved here a few months ago. I always order Venti iced vanilla lattes but from here they taste watery, mild, and not sweet enough. Im used to the ones from the S Tryon location where they are bold and the perfect balance of sweet/ creamy. I dont know how to tell them to correct it. It doesnt even taste like they use espresso.

Every time I have gone there, the staff is SO friendly! They are so pleasant to talk with, they take pictures of dogs that come thru the drive thru AND they DO NOT just hurriedly pass off my order as if to say here, get out now like some other Starbucks drive thrus do. I know they are always busy but I do not appreciate feeling like I am cattle that needs to git along. I few moments of kindness is appreciated. I hope they dont change because this is my new favorite Starbucks.

Love love love this location. Usually go to the Starbucks in Monroe, but I was closer to this one at the time. The service is quick despite there being a long line. The staff is amazing and I can tell they want to be there. Was pleasantly surprised to see Victoria, one of my favorite Monroe workers there. Will definitely be back!

First off the manager in the drive through whose name is JOHN is the absolute greatest manager I have ever come across. I ordered a Salted caramel mocha frappuchino and it was perfection to the TEE. I definitely recommend this place and ask for JOHN because he will take care of you.

Staff is friendly enough if you talk to them first. Three staff members were sitting in the dining area on taped off chairs when the dining area is officially closed for sitting. This seems rude and inappropriate for the current circumstances. My drink was perfect.

This Starbucks has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Both times I have been here the guy at the window has had an attitude. The first time I asked about the buy one get one fraps on Thursday and he answered me with an attitude saying that it was discontinued even when I had the promotion on my phone. My second visit I asked him a question about my drink and he rolled his eyes at me with an attitude and ignored me. I asked him for a receipt and I never received it. The worst Starbucks experience I have ever had and I will not be returning. I’m pretty sure the workers name was John at the window.

The staff seems very friendly. It seems like the quality has gone downhill quickly. I have had them make the vanilla sweet cream cold brew incorrect over a dozen times. Im guessing the person who makes the sweet cream doesnt sweeten it. Ive talked to the manager about it but they havent corrected the issue. Ive gone back to the Sun Valley location and never have issues.

I was excited about this starbucks since it on my way to work. But I’ve order 5 times from here and all my coffees didn’t have whipped cream on them and it made my coffee fight light as in weight and I open it and it’s like I only got 60% of my coffee. For how much I spend I don’t even get what I paid for. And they know it’s not enough and they still put a cap on it like it’s okay that this cup isn’t full of coffee. It like having a bag a chips full of air. And I can’t make this up this happen 5 times. I’m so disappointed in this Starbucks fir how much money I spend.

I came here on this morning (Christmas Eve) and they gave me the wrong drink— I didn’t say anything because the nice gentleman in front of me paid for it so I was just going to let it go and take advantage of a new drink! So I drive all the way out of the parking lot of fitness connection and a Starbucks employee (a lady with brown hair I believe) chased me down to give me the right drink. Talk about customer service. This locations employees go above and beyond to ensure good service to their customers. Thank you to the employee if you see this. And thank you to the gentleman who paid for my drink in front of me!Ps sorry I accidentally took the handoff mug you guys give the drink in, it was a chaotic moment and neither of us noticed lol.Merry Christmas!

The lady that took my order Noelle was very rude. The rest of the staff seemed unfriendly and out of sorts. Maybe I’ll just stick with drive through for now on

I had no choice but to give one star, I did not want to give any. This location is absolutely terrible. Service is slow, I am lucky if I get my coffee 20 minutes after it’s been ordered. The woman with the black hair has an attitude every time I come in. I asked for half and half and she rolled her eyes. I guess it was too much for her to actually to her job. Today did it for me, I will never return to this location again.

I hate how this place works. I ordered from there online app to pick up during the pandemic. So it will be easier and faster. However they didn’t have any sort of instructions or possible way for me to pic my drink up and the line was a mile long outside. I had to get to work and with me waiting in the line I would have been late. There door shows that it made it seem we can go inside to pick up and a limit of people were allowed but the had the doors locked making it unable to do so.Update: I went back after work to talk them about the ordering problem and a really nice guy said that since I had paid for it but never received the drink he just remade my drink for me and gave it to me. It was nice that the issue was fixed but it doesn’t solve the problem of them having a messy control of how things are done especially if nothing is noted on the app.

Two stars given solely based on the fact that other Starbucks’ in the area save the name of this franchise. I have stopped by this location four times total since the opening, typically ordering my usual, and grande latte made with almond milk. Every single time, without fail, my order has been wrong. And we aren’t talking little things, multiple occasions I received a caramel drink, and once when ordering a vanilla iced coffee, received it with no ice, no sweetener, and no milk. One lady working there, when I asked her what coffee they had on drip for the day, did not even know what drip coffee was! Some staff are kind, but either were extremely poorly trained, or do not care about their work, other staff are rude. Today was my last visit to this location.

Day one of my bad experience, I waited in the mobile orders pick up area for seven minutes… Multiple people made eye contact with me but never helped me get my order or told me to hold on. The very next day, day two, I was first in line at the mobile order pick up counter. Two other customers walked up, The staff made eye contact but still did not help… When they finally did help, they helped the other two people that were there after me before they helped me, even though my order had been sitting there the longest. The very next day, day three, The staff made eye contact with me but still did not help me pick up my order. Someone came over to set another order on the counter and I stated my name to do a pick up and he would not help me. I had to reach around the Barrier to grab my order because I could no longer wait around and just be stared at and not helped. I’m getting Pretty annoyed with the lack of customer service at this location.…
