Only one person was working. He was friendly, but my issue was not solved, although it was not his fault, they just didnt have what I needed. Ill be going to a different Verizon store in the future.

Pedro was fantastic! He explained everything completely and answered all of my questions in a professional manner and was helpful in every way. I am extremely happy with his service and I will be back.

Visited the store at 6:30pm and it looks CLOSED. The lights in the front of the store are turned off, there is no visible staff, and the left door is already locked. When I first checked I thought the store was closed but I tried the other door and it opened. After coming in I stood there alone for a bit before Keith came out from the back room. He pointed me in the direction of the cases I was looking for and then took a seat. We commented that it was so quiet in there and he explained that he turned the music off. He was no help, and I felt like I was bothering him by being in the store. I mentioned that I need to look at screen protectors and he failed to sell me on one so I decided I’ll just order online from somewhere else. If I was the owner of this store I would be wondering why we are so slow and not making much money.... it’s because you look closed and your employees aren’t “selling” they are clerking.

I made the mistake of downloading a beta version of Android 11 on my phone. After work it decided to take over. It decided that I was blind. and it would not let me dial .it would not let me do anything. it would not let me unlock my phone. It wouldnt even let me answer a call from Verizon customer service. I didnt know what to do. I didnt know there were no technical people at these stores anymore. but God allowed me to have the most wonderful young man who I believe is a gamer . He played with my phone for 5 minutes and unlocked it for me. He didnt know what he did. I didnt know what he did. But I so appreciated him taking care of that for me. If I knew his name I would say it but I dont. He had never seen anything like it either, all kinds of green boxes and touch this twice and swipe this and it never let me do any of it. Thank you whoever you are young man for opening my phone and unlocking it for me. Later when I went to Verizon on phone to their customer service they helped me install the update that took care of this problem. But thank you thank you thank you.

She did a really good job of explaining everything and made the process really smooth. Her coworker even helped her when she wasn’t with other customers to make everything go even faster. Taggart was very professional, patient and very polite but not only myself but Verizon customer representative was she had to contact because of the difficulty Im trying to switch SIM cards dont know fault of his own I recommend asking for him whenever you need anything at the Verizon store and Independence.

This is 2nd time we have had to visit this store, 1st time the young man intimidated my husband by making him feel just because he is elderly he wasnt able to understand his phone, it wasnt ringing...the young man took the phone, told him he had clear the unwanted icons every day..WRONG..we took phone to Walmart, they checked it, the volume button was sticking, unable to ring aloud..today we went in too sign up for Auto Pay, as were getting it set up, hes sitting on stool with 1 leg propped up, eating his lunch & drinking his drink..its hard enough to hear with the mask on, let alone with a mouth full of food & drink..I reported him once to another employee about 1st time, too which he assured me he would speak with him..but todays activities was too much..Ive worked in the public eye for many years, a representative of the company, dealing directly with a customer, should NEVER be eating/drinking AND speaking at same time in front of that customer..he never cleaned his fingers/hand before touching my phone to help with autopay..I used the sanitizer on a wipe before leaving store..I was a tad appalled this afternoon..

Went in with my wife to switch her time Verizon upgrade my phone. Steven took all the time we needed to pick out our phones, as well as find us the best deal we could get.Steven answered all the questions we had about all the phones we were looking at.

There are three phones you can buy. Other than that the place is empty.If Im looking for a phone and am going to buy it to have it shipped. Why would I call you. We come into stores to buy it now and leave with it. You dont even have display phones to look at.
