Representative was very professional, helpful and informative. Made my shopping experience a complete joy! When I left the store I did a little happy dance. Excellent customer service skills. Very kind and understanding to all customers that were in the store and on the phone. Way to go Sally!!!

Overall the experience that I had with the staff was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I had come in and originally rented a sectional. Come to find out that the sectional I rented was too big to fit in my apartment. So the delivery guys who I have to say were very professional and on time, took the sectional back to the store. I called and spoke with the manager and she was like hey come back to the store and we can get you something else. So I went to the store and after measuring several sofas and sectionals I finally found one that would fit thanks to the help of the manager and the delivery guy. After getting everything situated I was told I wouldnt be able to get the sectional until Monday. I asked the manager if they could deliver it the same day. The manager went to speak with her driver and came back and told me they could come out today. So they did finally come back to my apartment, after one of the delivery drivers just got back from delivering a refrigerator, and delivered my sectional and it fit and I am a very satisfied customer. I really wish I could remember their names but they know who they are and I thank them so much for making sure I left satisfied.

I just want to say that Stephanie, Sally, and Alex at the store on Noland rd are rhe absolute greatest. I called and told them what i was wanting and by time i waa able to get to the store they had everything ready for me when alex made my delivery i had just lost my kitten and he cared enough to help me look for her he was so sweet and told me to make sure i let them know if i found her or not. They were all xoncerned and worried they are all three very professional and kind have very customer service oriented. I will tell everyone i know to go see them for what ever they might need. If I could give them zero stars I absolutely would. I placed an order for an LG TV when I called they told me they didn’t have any LG‘s but they had a Samsung I could have. They delivered it yesterday and it’s an off brand TV that I’ve never heard of and the cable company has never heard of. They left without checking it and it had no sound. The cable company couldn’t get the sound to work so I called them today and told them to take it back. I was told it would be sometime next week. I called and asked for the Regional Manager’s name and number and Stephanie refused instead they told me they would not rent to me again. Funny they rented my entire home of furniture and several tv’s in the past. That’s customer loyalty. This is not the same pleasant store and staff that it used to be. If this is now their idea of customer satisfaction they are going to fail.

The staff at this location are the greatest. They go out of their way to make sure youre happy.

I waited for the item I ordered and had to wait over a week for it to arrive and two months into renting Im having to call because its broken down and now Ive made a payment on something I cant use waiting on parts and havent heard nothing back from them had to call them to find out what was going on I feel Im getting a run around on getting it fixed have to go get the part and fix it myself this is rediculous way to keep a good paying customer happy.never again will I purchase anything from them they need better communication with customers and fix what breaks or reemburse for time unable to use the item .get it together rac

Awful customer service. Ive never been late on a weekly payment and if I was late it was because their auto pay didnt take it out of my account. I have been renting from them for about 4 months and my loveseat recliner is giving me issues and they will not fix or replace this item. Understanding the covid makes things hard but I just had a rep from that store hang up on me after I told him I will not keep paying on something that is already wearing.
