I called about a month ago to get a quote to have a business sign installed. I spoke to someone and even sent an email of what I was wanting. A week goes by and I call and was told they would have to rent a special truck because of how high I needed the sign installed and was told I would get a call the next day. Is it just me or do most business signs hang up high so possible clients can see the sign. You would think this company would own a truck for jobs up high. Most signs Ive seen cant be installed by a ladder. Well I never received a return call so a few days later I called again only to be told the guy handling the quote wasnt in the office so I gave my name and number and never received a call back. Apparently this company must have won the lottery or something because they sure dont seem to need any money. They arent getting my business or anyone that walks into my shop in Independence MO business either because Im telling everyone I know about the experience I had with this company. Good luck! With your terrible customer service I cant believe this company will be in business much longer.
