Scheduled recall work at Bob Sight Kia in Independence. Ive never stepped foot in this business..but the service was excellent..the employees very helpful.From now on all my maintenance and future purchases will happen here...they were that impressive.

I recently visited bob sight kia on Noland road and met with Sabrina to go over vehicles and to get my car sold she was the BEST sales associate I have ever worked with she showed me all the options on my vehicle got me in the vehicle I wanted and the price range I was going for. I didnt feel pressured at all working with her on getting a vehicle. I was in and out in about 2 hours with test driving the vehicle signing my paperwork and selling my vehicle to them quickest paperwork I have ever done! Bob sight also dont add on all different fees like the surrounding dealerships. I highly recommend working with SABRINA!! Shes awesome and was so pleasant to work with!!!!! Thank you Sabrina!!!

I flew in to KC to purchase a vehicle. Nawaz Ally was very helpful throughout the process, helping me get everything ready to go before I ever showed up. He sent me pictures and videos on request, and always called me back when I had any questions. The paperwork took a while to handle, but I was buying from out-of state, so it was understandable.

I am absolutely in love with my new Kia Soul. I hadnt even considered this car until talking to Sabrina. She made the process of trading in my truck and purchasing a Soul smoother than I could have ever hoped for. I have had it a couple of weeks now and have nothing but smiles every time I drive it. I am so happy with everything about the transaction from the time spent at the dealership being faster than any other experience anywhere else to the features explanations she was able to give me aboyt the car while test driving it. I can not recommend this dealership or working with Sabrina enough. Fantastic experience all of the way around!

Went in to get some open recalls done on my vehicle, they called me to inform me both my tail lights were out and what it would cost to fix. I declined because Im a mechanic myself and pay pretty close attention to my car, so I was suspicious. I looked up my home security footage from that morning and could clearly see when I pulled out of my driveway all of my lights were functioning properly. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I showed them the video, and went out to test my lights in front of them. They were working just fine, chances are, they wouldve charged me, and not even touched them. Its a shame flat rate shops treat people this way. I wouldnt recommend getting any work done here unless its free based on this experience.

I love this service department! The employees are friendly yet professional. I never feel pressured to have additional, unnecessary work done on my vehicle. They schedule their appointments according to the job they are performing on your vehicle.Therefore, your wait time is based on the job (your vehicle) not on how many appointments they have scheduled that day. They do quality work here and for an added bonus, my car gets a complimentary car wash.

Not a good experience at all....1st found damage on the brand new car I was purchasing that the salesperson new nothing about...the car had been used as a loaner car...they agreed to have it fixed.. 2nd money put down was not reflected on my contract for the car and I had to call to get that fixed...next I requested the car be completely detailed....when I got it back it was done very poorly so I took it back for the 2nd detail....then the next day I was still noticing stains on the leather on the drivers seat...and started looking closer and laid the passenger seat back and it looks as if someone has vomited down into the seat!!!....I called Bob Sight Kia and was very upset...all I received were excuses and they said if I wasnt happy with the car I could bring it back!!. I told them that I wanted to have a professional detailer to clean the seats and re detail the inside....they will only pay$200 towards it and the detail shop is charging $350....so Bob sight kia tells me that I need to pay the difference out of my pocket or I can again just return the car!!....they are taking zero responsibility for anything and could care less about me as a paying customer and they I just paid over $38,000 for this car....they charged me full price for....with body damage as well as interior damage as well. I will never purchase another vehicle from this place nor would I ever recommend anyone else to purchase a vehicle from them.

They were super great when I went in. Accepted my trade and gave me a decent deal right away. But as soon as I bought the car it seemed like they didn’t care anymore because the deal was done. I got my title 1 day before my temp tags expired and I wasn’t able to go into the dmv the next day. They didn’t seem to care that I will now have a late fee and had to have expired plates for a few days. Pretty disappointed.

Sales experience was great, Brian (Nick) had us in and out with a final sale in under an hour.Service was a total nightmare, it was very difficult to get a hold of anyone. The lady that was in charge of our case (Brittany) never returned our calls.What we are most irritated about is that when we brought the car back for the leak all they did was wipe off the area (again, as we previously did the day we bought it) and then left our car sitting in the lot for a week when we were told that the oil pan gasket was getting replaced Brittany said that the parts were in and that’s what was up... but that’s not what was up.After it was supposedly repaired and ready to go. When we arrived the car hadn’t been touched and immediately leaked oil after driving 50 feet. We showed them the leak and requested it be fixed because wiping it away didn’t do it.So we had to leave the car again When we went to go pick up the car nobody could tell us what repairs were done so we had to contact the Chevy dealership for information.UPDATE 8/10/2021: Increased rating from 1 start to 2. Management has reach to us and they are working on getting the correct repair done on our car, unfortunately it’s still leaking.

Highly disappointed in service. I pad for brakes, rotors, oil and filter changed also control arms. I received a call and was told that the caliber was locked and needed replace and was unsafe to drive it if wasn’t fixed. Payed to get it fixed! They gave me my car back with the typical blowing the ac on high to not hear the car mechanically. Fast forward the wheel still has a rattle and brake and rotor was never done on the drivers side. I found this out while my car was on a lift at Midas. My wheel is still locked after paying to drive safe. I guess they thought I was returning to my hometown by reading my license plates. Sad because if I was I probably would’ve died. I’ll rate lower if I could. They always say it’s best to go to your dealer but for what if they rip you off. I need to be compensated or work corrected but at this point I don’t even trust you all. BBB needs to be contacted.

The sales person was very rude, she wanted to pick the truck I wanted to buy. When I told her I wanted a Ram she said that the truck was not for me. She wanted me to get one that was 45000 and the one I wanted was 50000.

Sold a great car here and great staff. Wish we could have kept it we had way too cars to move up north.

Used to really like this dealership, I bought my last 2 cars here...but, I really,sincerely feel completely taken advantage of this time...added about $4,000 on to the price by being what I consider to be dishonest and adding things to my bill such as maintenance and oil changes...I had mentioned the 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty and I sure got it FOR AN EXTRA $3,000 and even more for oil changes Ill never use...at least I really love my car...the K5 is an awesome ride!! but you can get one at any KIA dealership so Id suggest going anywhere else to avoid issues like I am having

My mom bought 4 kias from Bob sight.....so I thought I would buy my sportage here too....I have had several issues.....paid to have breaks fixed...they did a great job.....ac full broken but paid to have inspected and see what is wrong.....they didnt......its still broken.....had my alignment done.....shakes worse then before....told them about it specifically JEFF.....never fixed......then 2 days ago my car starts smoking real bad and car died almost a full fire.....Now I cannot get it looked at until monday.....a full week....and no loaner no nothing......these folks keep doing this and I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

We found a used car at this dealership that was perfect and looked REALLY nice! We worked with Brian and he’s a very honest, upfront guy. No hidden fees was the best part. So many places we went to had hidden “financing” fees and auto repair fees (among others). This place is the price it says it is and their car selection was top notch! However, when we arrived, we found that these cars were located at a sister dealership many miles away in another suburb! Our genial sales representative, Jon Massey was top-notch, even taking his entire morning to meet us at the other location, go on test drives with us and help us from start to finish with honest and friendly service. He was never pushy or brash, and really helped us make the right decision between two really nice vehicles! There were no hidden or unadvertised extra fees, and no fast-talk. Jon seemed genuinely interested in us and in what we wanted throughout the process. We cant say enough good things about our experience with this dealership, and, especially, with the over-the-top, amazing service by Jon. I will recommend to everyone I know needing a car, new or used!

If they tell you that you need a repair done, please go get a second opinion. These people will give you false information to trick you into getting a service you may not need at the moment. Double check everything they tell you because they flat out lie at any opportunity to make some money.

We test drove a 2018 Kia Niro plug-in hybrid, and liked it, but werent ready to buy and had more cars to see. George was great - available and helpful, but not aggressive or pushy. And they had a 10-year/100k mile warranty for a used car, which we thought was a great selling point.

The salesman Bryan, which helped us was very patient, as I looked at three different cars. He answered all my questions, and did not pressure me at all.( That I really liked ). When I called the next day about a car to test drive he was very accommodating, on the time convenient for me. Everyone we dealt with was very professional and courteous. At the end of the day we walked away happy with 2 new cars. Our salesman Jon did everything he could to make sure the deal happened.

I realize that with the shortage of semiconductor chips it had made it a seller’s market on cars. But we made an appointment and when we got there they acted surprised we were there. The salesman couldn’t answer basic questions about their inventory. The finance department closed before the dealership did, so the lead salesman had to complete paperwork. They never ask how many months we wanted the loan so they put it at 72 months which we didn’t want.

I brought a car here. Basic care insurance is scam. Service department is a joke. Learned my lesson!

Good dudes over there. Had an inspection that was half the price here than at a Toyota dealership I went to. Shows that these guys have integrity to not over charge .

Horrible!!! Do not buy a vehicle from here. They will sell you on the warranty and even push you into buying the bumper to bumper warranty and then when something is wrong you will have to wait 3+ Weeks to get in regardless of how massive the issue is! On top of that, I guarantee that the issue with your car will not be covered under either warranty! They do not offer loaner vehicles for you to get around while your car is serviced or waiting for your car to get into service although they say that they offer this when you buy the vehicle. I will never buy a vehicle from this company ever again and will be sure every person I know goes elsewhere as well!

Excellent service at Bob Sight Kia. Bryan Nickerson was my salesperson and he did a phenomenal job! I had a million questions and he answered them thoroughly and went over every little detail of the car, warranties, pricing, etc. The other sales staff were very welcoming and nice, as well. The person who did my financial paperwork and run down (Mike) was also super helpful and kept it very straight and narrow. I will be shopping with them again in the future! Also, I bought a 2019 Kia Optima and I definitely recommend looking for cars that are Certified first before non-certified vehicles.

Worked with Bryan Nickerson after my fiancé was in a car accident that totaled out my 2012 Kia Soul. He was able to get me into the exact car I had been looking for and it had all the features I was looking for as well! He was amazing and helped out during the entire process! Update: we have been trying to talk to the finance guy for over a week now. We have no issues speaking with the guy that initially showed us the vehicle. Price was listed at 8500 for the car we put down 2k and somehow our paperwork with the bank said we owe OVER 10k. The finance guy was not straightforward about the additional 4k that it would actually cost only stating that it would be a minor additional 20 on the payments monthly. I specifically had asked what the total cost would be. I feel lied to and we definitely would not have added extra services if we had known what we were getting ourselves into. Sombody needs to be reaching out to my husband and I immediately. This is ridiculous. Everything seemed wonderful and straightforward to be dealing with some backhanded swindling. 9/21/20The dealer was very factual and to the point. Im not a fan of overly chatty salespeople. Finance guy was concise and friendly. Everyone at the dealership that I interacted with came across as friendly but not in your face like Ive dealt with before. The only thing that was dissatisfying was the detail job. Candy wrapper was left in the center console and there was still some fur and minor gunk left in the center console/dash area. 9/4/20

From the first call to inquire about availability of the vehicle I found in their website to signing my final paperwork, the staff was kind and considerate. The receptionist greeted me warmly at walk in, Matt was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and warm to deal with. The finance manager was professional, courteous, and expeditious in the process. Imagine my delight to find out he was a neighbor and our kids were the same age! Truly a wonderful experience all the way around and a true delight after I had experienced less than stellar service experience at a previous dealership! Will definitely be back to see Matt when it is time to trade!

$250 for a transmission fluid change and flush. When you buy a newer KIA what they dont tell you is the transmission is sealed and you cant take it anywhere but them so they can charge you an outrageous fee to get it flushed and changed.Just absolutely shocked because the new KIA suvs run hotter than most so you are going to have to get regular oil changes and transmission flushes if you drive more than usual.

Id give no stars if possible, went and test drive a car Saturday. Monday morning I confirmed Id be there at 3 pm, got my pre approval, then got a call at 140 that they had sold the car. Worst place ever. In response to your reply, I already had an appointment set, youre more worried about money rather than the customer. Thanks for the hassle

Our experience at Bob Sight Kia was phenomenal! Our salesman Jon Massey was incredibly helpful with our Telluride purchase, kept in touch constantly with us and made the whole purchase process amazingly easy. I felt like he actually had a vested interest in our purchase going smoothly and it showed through many times. He definitely wasnt just going through the motions like many salesmen do. Our interactions with Finance Manager Mike went great as well, very smooth process and no additional nonsense pushed on us. And if the customer service wasnt enough, they also had the best prices we could find in the city. Having dealt with a variety of different dealerships around the KC area over the past decade, I would say that this was my best experience hands down and would recommend them to anyone interested in buying a KIA!

Recently purchased a used truck from this dealership and let me tell you, the service is as good as it gets. I live over 9 hours away and saw the truck online. I contacted a salesman, Nawaz, and he was able to answer every question I had about the truck and sent pictures to me via text everytime I requested one. He was totally honest about the condition of the truck and did not withhold any information from me. I decided to make the drive to buy the truck and when I arrived at the dealership the truck was freshly cleaned and serviced. Even had a full tank of gas! I looked over the truck and gave it a test drive and everything was just like he had told me. They worked quick and we had paperwork done in less than 30 minutes. The truck made the long drive home just fine. The salesman even called me the next morning to make sure I got home safely. Nothing negative to say about my experience.

I was getting an oil change, tire, rotation and new filters. Two people came in the lobby wait area with no mask. One sit 3 feet from me and I told them its required they wear mask I told the front manager. He said they do ask them to wear mask, but nothing was done and the waiting room was full. I went outside since I have asthma. I called and demanded everyone wear mask to manager of the service department. He said hed look into it. Then I told them I was calling the health department and authorities and the news . After I said that they asked everyone to wear masks.
