I have NEVER in my life heard a shoe salesman tell a customer no to just try on some boots. My boyfriend needed a good pair of work boots and since he hasn’t bought boots in such a long time, it was hard for him to feel the comfort of the boot. When he tried on this boot, he told me and the shoe salesman that his toes were a little too loose but we both ensured him that he needed the space for comfort. So he decided to get the boots with that obvious uncertainty look in his face. We left and just went across the street and walked around the mall a bit. He decided the boots were slightly too big and it wasn’t going to work. So (not even an hour) we go back to exchange the size. The shoe salesman clearly was upset with us but he pulled out the other size and then he did a return on the boots. After the return, we asked to have him try the other boot and the shoe salesman says no. (Quick note: the boots were over $200) I understand why he was upset but if those boots fit him just right, we would have bought them and left. He would have made that $200 sale. But instead, he did a return and lost $200 and a couple of customers forever. I was a shoe saleswoman in my past and if you don’t want someone to return an item, YOU TELL THEM BEFORE THEY PURCHASE IT!! Especially with shoes?? And here’s another thing. We TOLD him we drove an hour to that store so he KNEW we couldn’t just go home and walk around the house and try it out that way. So that shoe salesman needs a speaking to on how to communicate better with customers or go find a new job!!

Have been going here for a very long time. Never had a bad experience. Frank & his staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable and always willing to make sure you get what you want. They have ordered jeans in a certain size for me, several times, Im just picky about the length.....Will keep going and recommending

Good service and product availability.

Virtually no adherence to Covid protocols. The gentleman who helped me did not wear a mask. I have heard that others recently had the same experience at this store. At this point in the pandemic, there is no excuse for businesses not having their employees wear masks. Disappointing.

I Came in to buy a pair of winter coveralls, They have a great selection of brands and sizes. the pricing is great! The coveralls i purchased in store were actually cheaper than what they were listed for on amazon. I was really impressed with this place, fantastic selection of heavy duty clothing. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The knowledge and helpfulness of the older gentleman who helped me was incredible. I wasnt able to decide right then on a shoe, however he helped narrow down my choices and his knowledge of the shoes made all of the difference. I will most definitely be returning if I decide to go with the Danner boot. 5 stars!

Im assuming that you might be able to buy shirts and boots here. Maybe even pants. If they so sell those things, Im sure youd like them.

Small store full of work clothes. I went for work shorts but they didnt have any, clerk said they usually do have them but they were out. They have FR for oil field work.

These guys have it all! If they dont have you size they dont mind helping you find it or if they can they will order it.

Have gotten 3 pairs of scubs and wash them once and have riped all in washer. Have fallen apart in washer will never get stuff from there again.. and reported them to BBB.
