So I got the kyrie 8 which I tried once and hated it. But they let me switch it out for Curry 8 and it bought the Jordan why not zero 4 they have amazing customer service cant wait to go again.

I went to foot locker looking for Jordan 1s and they had none. Once they restock Ill give it a 5 star but Im disappointed that they dont keep around a big stock of the most popular Nike shoe.

Spencer is the only GREAT employee here. I’ve been a long time footlocker customer and Idaho falls was good with customer service they had just 2 guys most the time and I was always helped but until they hired more young kids that just stand around together and look at each others shoes away from the customers so that we the customers have to go up to them for help (unless you are a attractive female) this was what I hated about other footlockers in the past and out of all the guys Spencer is still the only helpful one the rest are just goofballs standing around thinking they look so cool.

My wife went in, stated the staff kept flirting with her, kept bringing out the wrong size and color just to keep her there longer, made her feel extremely uncomfortable. Never shopping at that dump again!

They got some cool looking shoes. Especially when at the mall to just look around.

Id rather buy my shoes from a sweat shop employing young children than support this establishment. Do yourself a favor: use Amazon instead of here. Less expensive, and easier/better return policy.

The manager of this locker for feet must have had one too many lobotomies. I can only guess that when foot locker interviewed this fine specimen that the only question asked was are you completely devoid of any type of customer service skills? To which he unequivocally replied Deeeerrrrrrrp! I am so disappointed I wasted what would have been a beautiful Tuesday morning wheeling my grand mother around the grand Teton mall.
