Cheap quality stuff for the price they were asking and I put a queen bed on layaway and come to find out the mattress was refurbished when I came to pay it off. They tried to up sell me on a new mattress but I wish they wouldve told me it was used in the first place.
Greetings everyone,Where should I start. In 2018 August I bought a whole bedroom set for about $1600 plus warranty of $150. Which is a lot of money for such a poor quality furnitures. It’s a beautiful set don’t get me wrong, but poor quality. However one of the items it’s a nightstand lamp for about $80. Which stop turning on in about 2 months ago. My Falls church location close out currently, which I can explain myself why. I called the warranty company they said, I have never been register.Since then I have been trying to contact every single store, supervisor, the corporate and even the owners.I get put on hold, then surprisingly hang up.No one respond my emails, text or voicemails.BEYOND DISAPPOINTED, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, ABSOLUTELY CARELESS, I WILL NEVER-EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM JMD FURNITURES AND MAKE SURE I TELL ABSOLUTELY EVERYBODY ABOUT THIS UNFORTUNATE POOR EXPERIENCE.
Purchased a 5px bedroom set with queen mattress. The furniture it so bad that my bed slays broke after 2 weeks. Mattress I can feel the springs and I checked the law tag and I see the bed is refurbished. Very disappointed at this place
Took the plunge and ordered 4 Noosa wicker outdoor armchairs for our beach-house, sight unseen. Couldt be more delighted - not only great product but superb service helping every step of the way to ensure the delivery happened as planned - which it did, right on time. Horrible service, purchased a bunk bed, broke in 2 weeks. mattress are used witch I didnt know. Ill just go to vc next time
