I ordered something, never received a call, called to confirm they received the order and ask why I didn’t get a call. Agent on the line did not inquire my name so presumed I was calling about a similar order and proceeded to tell me make excuses as to why they weren’t able to deliver. Apparently it’s the customers fault for not picking up unknown numbers. When I asked why they didn’t leave a message since this appears to be how everyone is treated, he proceeded to say something about why that can be debated but “all drivers left for the day” because “one had an emergency and…” Extremely unprofessional.
Looking for some furniture updates with less hassle than conventional stores.
