The service is the worst I gave ever seen, in my twenty years of receiving oxygen. The costumer service is awful. They are rude, no one should have to explan how much oxygen they need. Every week I have to argue with Steve as to why I go through so much oxygen. My house burnt due to arson. I moved into the most beautiful apartments I have ever seen thanks to the Davenports who own the Plaza Towers. I have experienced life now because of them. I use portable oxygen to visit with other tenets downstairs and thats why I use my portable oxygen. Do not use them unless you have to like me. My insurance is only excepted here and they seem to know it .

Never really had an issue with them. I mean sure, their prices could be better but my grandma has been using them for years and Ive been dealing with them on her behalf and its usually pleasant, quick, and easy.

One star is being generous. NEVER do business with Lincare EVER!!!!! I received a new CPAP machine on July 22nd. I was told how much my bill would be and how much the three payments would be. They keep telling me I owe $1400+. I called them on 9/1, 9/16, 9/22, 10/29, and 11/12. All kept telling me that it will be taken care of. I still havent even used the machine. Its all in original packaging. They wont take it back and give me my money back. And now they say I owe an additional $200.

The customer service and quality care is unacceptable at the Hutchinson location on 1st street the manager acted like she did not want to take care of my request on getting my breathing machine chip read for my Dr. At the Hutchinson clinic. I told her sorry she was in such a bad mood and she laugh and told me to have a nice day sarcastically when I went to the car got in and told my husband how she treated me we looked up and she was in the window of the business laughing and waving mouthing have a nice day. we have a INR machine and Bipap through this company! If you dont like your job find one you do like. People are not your stepping stones! we are human! our insurance company pays you your wages and all people deserve quality customer service. When you work in the medical field it requires you to be kind and helpful and respectful of others not angry and mean. With your attitude I am not sure there is a job any where that would allow that kind of conduct that you show today believe me when I say i will tell our Dr about your conduct

Horrible service-left a message and the call was never returned. Ordered a CPAP machine several weeks ago and called to find out that they require some additional documentation not ordinarily needed by other providers. Specifically Dr notes prior to sleep study. Even though they have the sleep study were going to require me to take another sleep study per their guidelines not insurance requirement. Would not recommend them for any health care equipment or needs. Went to Health Equip and had absolutely no problems with the documentation needed to get CPAP machine.

Worse company i have ever hadto deal with

My portable concentrator broke in February I brought in to lincare and Hutchinson and they were going to fix it or send it off for repair. it was a almost October and still no concentrator. VERY POOR SERVICE!!!!

Ive been going to Lincare since the day I got my first CPAP machine now Im on my second CPAP machine. Im so so happy with them they are great people great they never do get mad at their pactice

Terrible service, dont return calls, dont deliver oxygen onsch

Horrible place. Horrible employees. I listened to the receptionist laugh in the face of an 86- year old woman who had a problem.
