After they have given my husband the wrong mask for 2 years in a row. He went in to talk to them and one of the gals there was very rude. She also must not have know what she was talking about at first because she said his info is not in our system and then when he asked a different question she found his information. Then proceeded to argue with him about the price of what he would be expected to pay and when he explained to her our deductible had been met she would not accept that answer. He came home and we called our insurance and they said our deductible was met. Will be going somewhere else for our supplies now

COVID restrictions have been lifted, and these folks hide out in the space and refuse to answer the door. The phone number calls into a call center, not local.When I bought my mask back in March lady charged me over $100, would not bill insurance like when it was Allina. Get my EOB and I was responsible for less than $30. My flex account needs the substantiation but first I need to get the $80+ returned to my flex account that I was over-charged.

Loves to overcharge for everything. No wonder my insurance cost me a $1000 a month. Looking at the invoice for my daughters breast pump. Found it almost $200 less from the company that made it. They charged my insurance almost $450 and I still had to pay a deductible.
