I Absolutely Loved the HUGE SELECTION that this Walmart Super Super Center has. I only had time to make it to the kids section and glance at the Ladies section. I was So Impressed with the SIZE and SELECTION at this Walmart and I could spend a Full Day in there and still not see everything. So I am planning on making a Trip to Hutchinson Soon to Shop at the Walmart and hopefully have time to checkout some other Business that are in the City of Hutchinson.

Again, everything is available. Good products, good people and alot of Hotties.Pet friendly. It is really nice to see others bringing their 4 legged kids too. Lets all continue to take back our America.

Store is clean. However, they had the bathroom stall doors open. Men and womens. They were full of people. I closed the womens to give us some sort of privacy. 4 employees came out of stalls. One a manager she opened the door BACK up. There was a young girl in there. WTH. And then when we asked for help in electronics the lady was nasty and rude. Hutch Walmart needs to step it up.

Some people are nice but most dont care and are not afraid of losing their job. Speaking to management does no good.

Just like a lot of places there was not enough cashiers open. There was plenty of the self check out places open. BUT WHY SHOULD WE PAY THE PRICES THEY WANT TO HAVE TO CHECK OUT OURSELVES? GRANTED I KNOW GOOD HELP IS HARD TO GET NOY ONLY ANY HELP AT ALL NOW DAYS. BUT COME ON.WHEN THE LINES AT THE CHECK OUT WITH A CASHIER IS SO LONG & I MEAN LONG GET MORE HUMAN CASHIERS!!! YOU LOOK AROUND AND IT IS THE ELDERLY AND DISABLED/HANDICAP IN THESE LINES.I RATHER SHOP AT THE WALMART IN NEWTON OR THE ONE AT PARK CITY. PEOPLE ARE LOTS NICER & CLEANER.

Cashier who is a young, tall guy with dark hair named David is an exceptional employee. He was friendly and helpful to me. He made my checkout experience a joy... GIVE THAT YOUNG MAN A RAISE.... he certainly deserves it!!!THANKS DAVID!! 😁

Everybody always gives Walmart a lot of hate but its not really that bad. The staff are always nice and talkative if youre not rude and short with them. They do have good deals a lot of the time and stuff is pretty cheap unless you want a lot of name brand things and then you get what you pay for.

Frequent this store as well as two in Wichita, pretty often. Out of each this is the most unorganized store. I will find the products I want and the isles they are located in on my app. You would think that would save you so much time.......... And I have to go on an actual manhunt to find products because theyre never where they should be stocked and always strewn through the store. Super unorganized, and super upsetting when online I can find items only located in this store for a certain price and I am always told I cant buy It for the price the app states...... Even though it says IN STORE PRICING ONLY....? Plus I had to return a pair of shorts I bought because they looked maybe altered? Or very poorly constructed, but more so as it som on altered them. Didnt know I needed to inspect all seems before purchasing. They were supposed to be a size 12, and one leg was cutting off circulation.

The receiver was very nice and helpful. So far, all the Wal-Marts have been a decent place to deliver.

Dont go to this store enless just have to. Been stopped to have my cart looked through while checking receipt. Lots of items under lock and key. Have to go hunt down an employee to get them unlocked. Have employees staring at you while doing self check out if your worried about theft why arent employees just checking us out. Im guessing there loss prevention solution is the treat regular good customers like thiefs. Thats what it seems anyway!!!!!

Was depressed when I went in there, but after walking around shopping for only half an hour I heard so many sad stories from so many sad and frightened people that I immediately felt better. I felt sorry for those with burdens to Bear but it helped me to realize that I have nothing to feel sorry about, at least not today. More realistically, they had a great selection and I enjoyed my time shopping.

They put my groceries in my trunk, and I never even had to get out of my car! They do an awesome job!

The young man that was the greeter was very very friendly. I appreciate the smile! The store is well stocked and clean.

Trashed my watch trying to put a new battery in it. Said they didnt have the right battery anyway.They were nice enough to tape the parts together.Watch was probably 6-7 years old anyway.Bought a new one somewhere else

Customer service horrible! I was returning an item, saw the line so I continued to shop. I went up to exchange my item out but was told he Might check out my other items. No one in line and 2 service people ..he said no he wouldnt check out my items he sent me onto a cashier named Stephanie he asked her to check out my items she ignored him so I asked her she said NO.with no one in her line so I said ok Ill go to another checker. Stephanie processed to go find people to check out. I checked out while Stephanie was still waiting for some person to deliver something to herself to check out!! I live out of town. In Hutchinson for a wedding! Disappointed very rude!!

I don’t know if it’s the location but I was amazed at the attention to customer service the Hutchinson store employees offered. Diffidently one of my favorites.

Went to go grocery shopping with my mom, when came to check out we were highly upset..We park by grocery department we had walk all the way down by clothing to ile 11 ..We cudnt understand how man it takes to stalk self check out lanes ..There 4 ppl on one damm lane..I seriously hate walmart, I really miss kmart ..

Employee searched my bags before I left the store. This one thing Wal-Mart does ruins the shopping experience. Makes me feel like a criminal.

Found all items I wanted. Used the self check-out line and there was no waiting.

I went to the Auto Center to get new tires. And the associates working this morning were incredibly rude not only to me, but to the woman behind me. The employees seemed inconvenienced by me being there, and when I tried explaining something about my car to her, she cut me off immediately and said “ya I already know”. The mechanics there were amazing, but it’s unfortunate that the employees who deal directly with the customers, make the experience uncomfortable and unpleasant.

I actually found an associate to help us find what we were looking for! She stopped what she was doing and took us right to the item. Usually cant find help around! Awesome!

Great to see the local HFD out collecting back to school donations

I had problems with merchandise not being properly stocked on shelves. A lot of empty shelves. Very limited on some items. But check out went very smoothly considering the amount of merchandise I had. The workers were polite and respectful.

I do not enjoy going into Walmart supercenter they have one or two checkouts open all the time you are forced now to use the automatic check outs . The only reason why I go to Walmart supercenter is for the pharmacy.

Walmart always has the items I need. Their prices are wallet friendly. Sometimes there are items they quit carrying that I wish they would bring back. It forces me to go to their competitors in order to get what I need or want.

This place is a joke. Want you to check yourself out and then wants to check your receipt to make sure your not stealing. I believe if they were paying me more I wouldnt mind checking my own groceries.

Very unhappy with pick up order. I was missing my coffee and they did not give me my money back . I wont be ordering again.

Got help from Marion in the phone area and he is absolutely the best help I have seen in any walmart here and in Washington state! Bought a new phone for my husband and he stayed and helped us get it working even though he didnt have to.

The customer service clerk I encountered was not overly friendly. But she knew how to do her job well and made my overall experience a good one.

Stanley Fatmax rechargeable 2200 lumens spotlight originally $54 after tax..on the shelf in automotive marked at $29.98 for over a month now. Just purchased one tonite for price marked on shelf.. They have 4 or 5 of these left.

Open registers. Tied of waiting in line. Will not wait again over 5 minutes. Will leave cart in line. Every time I go in to Wal-Mart in Hutchinson I spend 3 hundred dollars. I will not wait again over 5 minutes. That is one or two times a week I go to that store. I can go to dillons if it goes that way

They are in the middle of a remodel and, having been an overnight remod employee, I can say they are doing an amazing job with it. All the departments are being kept organized during transfer, the floors are beautiful and very clean, and Miss Betty in the sanitation department is keeping the bathrooms spotless and scentless. Better than my own home which is cleaned daily. (High praise to this woman). The store employees are knowledgeable and friendly without being unprofessional as well. Very beautiful store. The GM should be very proud of his crew.

I arrived at this store at 6:15am & tried to go inside i was informed I wasnt a senior so I wasnt allowed inside till 7am. While waiting till 7am I saw 30 people way younger then 50 years old enter the store with no problems. When I went to the doors to try to go in again at 6:58am I was then informed it was still 6:45 & I had to wait cause I wasnt a senior. When I asked about the other 30 that entered when not a senior I was informed that they are special members of the community.

Best walmart trip ever. Now this is probably the largest walmart in the world. It was about a mile frome the cosmetics isle where my brother got his lipstick he needed (he still claims it was chapstick) to the beer isle but the adventure was worth it. My friend irritated my stepdad so bad by offering him a busch light that he ripped open the box to his eyedrops. So many questions here like why did he do that and why is he asking us why he did that not to mention why is he so angry with busch light? Anywho 3/4 of a mile to the register but we made it and the transaction was a success even though my brother in law tried his hardest to botch the whole transaction anyway he could.

Well stocked and great prices. I do wish the associates were better at customer service. Sometimes its hard to get help in a timely manner. Im not impressed with the new bigger self checkouts. Seems Walmart wants customers to do their work for them so they dont have to hire more help. If you want checked out by a traditional cashier you will wait longer. There is a lot to like about Wal-Mart but they need to go back to traditional cashiers and hire enough of them to make checking out faster.

Wish they would get some 3x and 4x clothes in ... Between Hutchinson, McPherson and Wichita stores they have every size but those.... I for one dont like to shop on line... Old school here

Have a wide selection of products. Usually decent customer service and assistance.

Its usually clean and decent to shop. If you try to call to check on anything in a specific department it takes a while to get an associate to answer the phone.

It was very general and while that allows for a great selection it limits the ability to find specific items quickly.
