I was visiting family, and we uncovered some forgotten trophies and mementos. Since I couldnt take them on the plane, I wanted to ship them to my home in Ohio. Many items were fragile, and one was particularly large. The man working there that day was very knowledgeable and helpful. The box arrived today and I saw what an amazing and thorough job they did packing all of the items. Very pleased.
I love Addi and Leo! Their whole team is friendly and ready to help. I’ve done everything from shipping, printing, notary service and faxing. I never leave disappointed or frustrated and always know I’ll be taken care of!
Their website gave a price of .85 cents to make 5 copies. When I got to UPS store they charged extra $2.25 (receipt says for computer use) to email document that needed to be printed. When I mentioned price the website gave they claimed it was for another UPS Store. I wouldnt of wasted my time coming to this store had I known they were going to charge such a ridiculous fee.

Every time I go into this store, the customer service is terrible. There is one gentleman there that is nice but everyone else is rude and unfriendly, including the lady that helped me this last time whose name tag said “co-owner”... I would think that if you’re an owner you would want to exhibit outstanding service. And to clarify, I only drop off Amazon returns, which are super easy. It’s convenient to my office, which is why I’ve been going there but from now on I’ll choose another drop off place even if less convenient!
I had a unique situation. Leo was able to help me package everything up and get it sent back in a timely manner. I did not step foot in the store due to my situation but Leo was there to answer the phone and help take care of my needs.

Did an Amazon return and per the instructions, didn’t need to package it up, just scan the code. Loni was efficient and only took 1 minute.

There’s a reason this location only has 2 stars. Every other time I come in, there’s an issue and judging by the other reviews I’m not the only one. Rude, condescending and will literally argue with you over a strip of tape.I recent found an place called “PostNet” literally down the road over by hobby lobby. If you’re seeing this review, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS THERE. I promise you you won’t be disappointed. They’re sweet, very customer service oriented and only 13 cents to print off shipping labels. (: I’ll never come to this UPS store again.
Worse experience ever! The people were rude, unhelpful and laughed at me when I left frustrated with their service. I would go to ANY and EVERY UPS store in DFW than go to this rude unprofessional place. If I could’ve given negative stars I would they don’t even deserve to have 2 stars for -2 star service.

Missed driver for pickup. Went to UPS location 1418 West Pipeline, Hurst TX. The person behind the counter told me he is unable to print a label or scan the barcode Amazon sent me to print. Unable to help in anyway and was extremely rude. Before I had even placed the package on the counter I was told I’m suppose to have it taped already (so you mean to tell me UPS cannot offer tape for the top of a package). Extremely upset with this location and the customer service that goes with it. I will not return. I will also inform corporate they may need to send customer service training to their employees at this location.

This store is probably the most horrible UPS store I’ve ever been to. I was trying to return some Amazon products that paid by Amazon. I brought it in the same box Amazon shipped it to me in and they told me I had to buy a roll of tape in order to return it. I called Amazon and they said they had never heard of being charged for tape, to which the store manager replied it’s a Amazon requirement. To me it seems they just want to sell me a roll of tape. Attitudes of both the employees were confrontational and disrespectful.
Addi was very on edge and not welcoming or polite. Not going back for their services at all. Addi mad a very bad first impression for that office. I ship items everyday but never again at this location.
Everyrime I take something here, they give me a reason that they cant ship it. Ive never met an operation so determined to make me spend my money elsewhere. Go somewhere else please.
Item delivered from Amazon via UPS broken and box barely together. Go to return and receive a printed label. Arrive with said item and label; told to find a box. Come back a second time so they can view the item I am returning WITH box and told to buy tape. Amazing how much time I have wasted trying to return a broken item. Friendly in a slightly condescending way, but not actually helpful.
Frustrating and disappointing experience. I will never opt to pickup up packages there ever again.My package was returned to sender before i even had a chance to pick it up. I came into the UPS location on Friday, Feb 19th and picked up one package fine. Then i came into the office on feb 23 to pickup another package and they already had returned it.It doesnt make any sense!
The location is convenient, but Im disappointed with the lack of service today. I walked in the store to the open sign lit and the door unlocked at 4 pm carrying a heavy box. When I walked in I was asked how can we help you? I placed the box down on the counter and said that I needed a return to be shipped back to the seller. I was told oh were closed now its exactly 4 pm. When I grabbed the box to head out one of the employees then turned off the open sign and locked the door. Then I proceeded to walk out at 4:01 pm. That is poor customer service. Had the light already been turned off I wouldnt wasted my time or energy.

I was returning a package to Amazon. The box was open. They said they dont have community tape and said I could buy some tape to close the box. No thanks. Luckily I had some tape in my truck.
The manager and his employees at this place need extensive customer service training. And Amazon needs to end their contract with them. Avoid this place like the plague. Enough said!

It was a huge disappointment to arrive at this location before 6PM on December 31st to see that they were closed when there was no notice. There was a sign that said they would be close in January 1st and hours of operation that they close at 7PM on the day that I arrived. When I arrived there was a customer standing there calling them. We then saw the manager and an employee ignoring us and the phone. Then another customer arrived and by then the manager walked to the door and did not open it and gave us hand language that they were closed and we were pointing to hours on the door. He was very rude to ignore the phone call from one person, to not maybe open the door to explain what the situation was, and to ignore his own operation of hours. We all agreed that we would complain. I will never go to this location. If the manager does not care about losing business well he can continue to run the store how he is because he will keep losing business by that behavior.
I only use this store for Amazon returns. I visited a couple of Sundays ago early in the morning to avoid the heavier weekend traffic. There was one customer leaving, and the employee told me to go the wrong way to reach the counter sooner, which I did not do, as that meant I would need to get way too close to the other exiting customer. The employee then scans my return, prints the receipt, COUGHS ON IT WHILE IN HIS HAND, and hands it to me. Oh, and his nose was hanging out outside of his mask. Seriously?! Disgusting and dangerous...
The line was very long upon arrival. The gentleman working the counter at around 2pm on 8/18 was very fast, friendly and efficient. I was extremely impressed and thankful at how quickly he managed the line.

I tried to get a document for my all lines insurance license notarized but this location refused (citing they didnt see me sign document). Then the location informed me that my witness had to be present too? After looking information up on google, my witness doesnt have to be present and resigning the document would be acceptable. They did nothing extra to try to help but the next notary accepted with no issues...pls avoid, pass comments say it all.
I had 3 Amazon returns and a cable box to return. The associate Keith provided great customer service and was very patient with my questions/many transactions needed. The young lady seemed like she needed a little bit of training on how to politely let a customer know they are in the wrong. One had no ID and the other didnt bring boxes for his Amazon items. I would return to this location as long as she is not the one helping me lol
Just tried to bring in items with an RMA form the store I purchased from provided me with and instructions that UPS would “pack,label, and ship” my items but the older male employee argued with me that I had to have it packaged and then told me I could buy an envelope to pack it “myself” and I tried to point to the part of the instructions where it says UPS will “PACK, LABEL, AND SHIP” and he still refused and said they didn’t do that. In fact he wouldn’t even look at the paper just brushed me away to move on to the next customer. I even explained to him I had just done the same transaction the previous week with the EXACT same paperwork and the associate then helped me and proceeded with the transaction with no issues. He didn’t care. POOR customer service and super irritated that I have to go to another UPS where they will actually DO their job and perhaps will read the instructions???

My wife dropped off a package with a pre-printed label paid by the recipient. She wasnt offered a receipt by UPS staff. When I called later that day to confirm its shipment, I was provided no support. The representative said a receipt is always offered, then claimed that curbside dropoffs arent provided a receipt, then contradicted himself. When I asked to speak to someone else to track the package, he hung up on me.
Very friendly & polite from the moment I walked in ! Had five heavy packages and was offered there dolly twice. All of my questions were answered to my satisfaction 😎

The service here was fantastic! Leo help to me get an important package shipped. He suggested I use a UPS Box which was a stronger, better fit then the box I brought with me. The size difference saved me a few dollars which I used to get extra shipping services. I will definitely return here. You just dont get that service at the Post Office.
The young Hispanic woman needs to fix her attitude.Im a loyal customer of UPS and have only seen such rudeness at the Post Office. Maybe she should work there instead. Im sure shell fit right in.
Sales associates were extremely impolite and need a refresher in customer service. An older gentleman simply asked if they did notary and the younger lady, Hispanic workers response was youll need to get in line. I asked the older African American lady for a dolly and her only response was were using it. I carried the box in solo. They had me buy an entire roll of tape for a single use and I get it, they need to make money but their attitude stunk the entire time. Very unwarranted rudeness all around. I worked at the UPS store in Bethel, Alaska and we would NEVER. It starts at the top.
One of the very best UPS stores Ive ever frequented! The employees here keep the place very clean and tidy! Also, the customer service here is top notch and Ive always been greeted with a smile! Kudos to the entire team and their management!

Went in to fax 2 sheets. Blonde girl faxed them then turned around, laid sheets on counter and began to wait on someone behind me. I walked out after saying thank you. She came chasing me out to the car stating that I didn’t pay. Well you didn’t even say anything after faxing my papers!! Then charged me $3.52!! Never again!!0

This notary was most professional when using her Stamp to assist me in transferring my auto to another party. All went smoothly and took less than 10 minutes. Will use this service in the future.
I presented valid photo ID, which is my permanent resident card and it’s extension, that is also issued by government and USCIS, which I can use to work, travel etc all the same. However, due to the ignorance and discrimination from the employee who handled my private mail box rental here, I had a sour experience.I cannot believe someone would actually deny me services which I am qualify for, and that I want to pay for, all because she holds prejudice against me. There is no check up with the her superior, and she did not bother to go through any sorts of rules on paper.All in all, I am glad now that I won’t be doing my business here. Bullet Dodged.

Horrible customer service!!! My first and last time visiting a UPS store! I came in with two shipping labels for the same company and the blonde female refused to let me condense them into one package even though the company said I could use only one label. Then she told me that I needed to separate the items into two separate boxes. I asked her if they sold boxes she stated yes, but she would not help me tape and package up my package. How are you a shipping company but you dont help the customers tape and package their shipments?! It needs to be already taped before they will ship it. You guys need to be like FedEx. They actually help their customers. Needless to say the box I was carrying was very heavy and I strained my back carrying the box in the store and then having to carry it back out of the store. I did go home and package my own box and then I took it to my local CVS, where the staff are nice and helpful. No problems. If you dont like tapping packages then you shouldnt work at a shipping store! Smh
The service here is always quick, and they usually have several people working the counter. It is my first choice when I need to return Amazon packages.

I come to this place often to ship items but today was a terrible experience. The associate who “helped” me was incredible rude and implied that I was dumb. Then he refused to ship my package and someone else had to do it. I’m appalled and won’t be back here.

The store’s notary public seemed confused and chose not to assist me with my notary needs. The store seemed disorganized and uninformed, and the notary never read my one-page document in full.
