The first time I came they helped me out very well and they were really nice. This second time that I came, some lady named Amanda was the one who helped me out, but is seemed like she was having a bad day. I wasn’t ready by not having all the information she asked for, I apologized several times to give me a minute so I can pull up all the info from my phone. But was just there standing saying nothing, made me feel like she was impatient or in a hurry. Kind of rude. No one was behind me, store was empty. I was the only customer. Hope it won’t happen again. She needs to put a smile in her face for the customers, or stay home
First and foremost this has been one of the best FEDEX locations I’ve been to and in my line of work IVE BEEN TO PLENTY! To know the store hours is different from the drop off hours. Unfortunately I’ve had the instance where I get there late to drop cause they close at 8 but fedex picks up at 7. Good thing is the fedex at the airport (located north of the airport not inside) last drop is at10pm for next day delivery. Which works for me. As for the staff omg I cannot say enough when I say every single one of them is AMAZING. I’ve been coming here for 2years and Keith has always welcomed with a smile. Dawn is a total sweetheart and just a joy to speak with. Kat is always so knowledgeable and always going out of her way. Management will always greet and ask if there is any one that needs assistance.
Keith is extremely helpful and patient! He ensured all my prints were awesome. Long line and gave everyone the best customer service and time to meet their needs.
Hello everyone am 11 and I never had a bad experience with FedEx this was a frist for me, we got to FedEx and we had flowers and we wanted to ship them offand any way there was a FedEx delivery man outside and we asked him if he would if he would ship it for us he said he would, but we had to pay.And we did and one on the Assigentmangers was so rude to us. And told us we could not ship it 1 star for you you lucky it wasnot no star😪😑😕.It was a old Male who was rude. If you go walk out because it is a bad place to be if you in a bad mood they are rude and the have terrible customer service is the worst, This person was a manager he said we can go to the airport sorry am not catching a plane.
The competitor chased me away and went in they Took care of all my problems and customer service was out of this world with definitely out of this world would definitely shop there again

A+ to Dawn! Was sending a package back to AT&T and she was quick, friendly, and knowledgeable. Got everything worked out even when I didnt have all the paperwork and had suggestions ready in case she wasnt able to process it. Had me in and out in a couple minutes!
Walked in here this morning at 8am to print out a resume and felt like such an inconvenience to the two ladies working here. The absolute rudest customer service I think Ive ever experienced.

I wished Id gotten the dudes name that assisted me. At 1st you were very cordial we stood 4feet apart. I had on 2masks you 1...the problem occurred when I was asked to leave the counter as I started to sort my letters to mail- I was standing 4 feet to the left of the counter you were behind the counter measure the distance of that counter were I was standing & were you are located as the cashier- with a shield..Im not near you Yet You told me to stand back on a dot & when I asked why? You stated because you need to be 6 feet -1st I know the CDC guidelines 2nd you should of thought this with your 1st interaction with me rather than after I get started at the counter- Also to stand at a distance to yell out personal information in order to get letters mailed? Nah -thats not taking into consideration the customers privacy- 7:33pm

This location sucks! Shannah or however your spell her name, and also Amanda are very rude and condescending. I understand working at a shipping center might make people miserable in their life, but dont take it out on other people.
Sharon the manager is rude and in helpful. When requesting how much two packages cost she got mad at me because I wanted to know how much each piece cost.

If you want to print a piece of paper, they charge you like a dollar or two... lol...Like... its better to literally just buy a printer, this place is so overpriced.No idea how they stay in business.They must have more reasonable bulk offers, or something.I will say, however, if you need to get something in a really heavy stock, or a specialty packet, or hard plastic, then it makes more send to use a place, like this.I just wish they didnt try to scalp you on super low-level print jobs.

Went scan and submitt paper work for new job. I paid the higher minute rate to use scanner. The scanner at my station was not plugged in. Finally got help only to find the scanner was attached to computer at another station. Clerk suggested I scan using self sevecopiers instead. So okay paid $6 for nothimg. Moved everything to copierGeedter wasnt working. So moved everything off top of printer. Scanned one item successfully. Then got software error. Found someone to help, the proceeded to turn off the mahone. All this with 06% humitoty and front doors propped wide openOh. And had to have my mask on. Very poor customer service
Management was unwilling to help this customer locate his package or offer any other solution than to contact customer support. I have had the worst experience with this company! No wonder amazon is doing so well because they actually help their customer base & not hold a package hostage!!!
Terrible customer service. I was approached by a rude male cashier yesterday, gave him my name then he DISAPPEARED for several minutes. Eventually I asked the other person that was standing there, busy on 2 computers, for help. I then gave her my name and she grabbed my order of 3 sheets of paper that was directly under the comp the whole time. If you can, go somewhere else.Side note - they require you to stand on a purple dot, which is great for social distance EXCEPT that the far right dot put me in the way of another employee twice with only a couple feet between us.
As I walked towards the door holding a package, one of their employees was right in front of me also walking inside, turned back and clearly saw me just steps behind her, she even smirked as she let the door close right in front of me. She then quickly walked behind the counter, whispered something to the other employees there working and they all looked at me. Of course, then I was rudely told by one of them that I have to go to the Post Office to ship to a PO Box. No have a good day. No sorry we cant help you. I was not welcomed or greeted at all. Have never been treated so rudely in all my bad customer service experiences that sadly exist in the retail world. I will not ever return to this location. Whoever manages this store, training on professionalism and good customer service is in dire need. I also recommend that a sign be posted at the entrance of the store stating Fedex does not ship to PO Boxes.

This place used to be my go-to for printing and shipping needs. I went there yesterday and had an absolutely horrible customer service experience. Amanda was unhelpful and unapologetically rude. So, today the manager Keith, reached out. I remember him as he has helped me in the past and has been pleasant to work with. He asked me to give them another chance and called me back to let me know that my flyers were ready. So, I went to pick them up. I waited 6 minutes. The store was not busy. Not one employee greated me. Amanda walked by three times with not so much as a hello or I will be right with you. It seemed kind of pointless to wait around while none of the four employees in the store seemed to care I was there, offer to help, or even acknowledge my presence. I will take my business elsewhere. If you need to have something printed or shipped, I suggest the Office Depot right across the street. There is a reason why people have started printing things through online vendors, and the epitome of that reason is evident by the service provided by employees like Amanda at this FedEx Office Print & Ship Center Location. If you do not believe me, sort the reviews by newest and you will see a trend in the last month.
I have never been treated as rudely as I was by the lady working at this FedEx location tonight. I make copies in here all the time, but since I use the do-it-yourself machines I rarely interact with the employees.I went in to print a quick document from a thumb drive, and make 5 copies. After I hit print on the document and got ready to copy, I realized the machine was giving me an error light and hadnt actually printed from my USB doc. I told lady behind the desk. She acted frustrated that I was asking for help. After looking at the printer, she said, You dont have any paper in it. It was said as if it was my fault that it was out of paper.After she loaded more paper, she asked if I needed to make more than one copy. I told her I needed to copy 5 pages. She told me that they close at 9pm, and that I should just let her make the copies. When I started to explain what I needed copied, she said, I dont understand what youre talking about. I looked at my phone, the time was 8:57. I told her it would probably be faster if I just made the copies on the machine she had loaded with paper. She told me I couldnt because they close at 9, and she had to close NOW.My wife and I started to leave, but when we got to the car I was still upset at how rudely the woman had spoken to us. I went back in with the pages I needed to copy, and told her, This is ridiculous. If you had had paper in the machine I would have been finished and gone long before 9pm. She again just said, Were closed! I told her she would hear more about this. Her reply was a very sarcastic, Fine!

This place was spacious and the service was expedient. This shipping center had been open until 10:00 p.m. on the night that I received service, which was really convenient for the circumstances I found myself in. I would return to this location.
I went into the store on the way to a job interview, and I was in a hurry to get copies of my resume. I was assisted by Bri after having difficulties uploading my file to the copier.She was fantastic! She printed my resumes on nice resume paper, and they looked really nice. She even told me to take one of her pens so I’d have one for my interview. Above and beyond! There was another young lady that helped her as well that was very nice as well.
I use them quite frequently to pick up and ship various items. I have always been greeted warmly and been taken care of in a timely fashion. They always put extra tape on the packages I ship at no cost. Also, they are always happy to just look at my phone for the shipping address rather than making me read it out loud.All in all, 5/5.

Went in the night before my dissertation defense. I needed copies of it copied and bound. This was the only copy store still open and he got it done for me. This was even after the word document printed out all crazy and he was able to convert it to pdf and print that version for me. By the time we finished it was after closing time. I am very grateful.
I come here to print and scan documents. They have the rudest staff or racist. They look at you ugly don’t even smile or greet. They’re all very loathsome! If you hate your job look for another one.

I went to FedEx Office by the parks mall and the people were much nicer. It was also very easy to have my documents printed by emailing them to the store and they printed them out. Here, after they directed me to the computer that charges by the minute, I left without any printed documents but nice charges on my card. Not good service. Im sorry....... no service.... never coming back.
The lady that helped me did fine. She wasnt super friendly but not really rude either so I can handle that... BUT 75 cents for a single color copy is ridiculous. I wish office depot was opened as early because this was emergency situation. But yeah I wouldve left had there been other options.

I go to this location frequently to drop off boxes or packages that are too big to fit in a drop box and every time Ive gone into this store Ive been treated rudely. Today in particular I walked up to the counter and the employee audibly sighed when I walked up and pushed me off to another employee. I will try to avoid this location at all costs.

This fedex has the most unprofessional rude staff I have ever delt with as well as racist. Kat did not want to help us. We have a account with fed ex but she could not find it and became very rude she eventually found it after giving it to her numerous times. We will not be going back to this fed ex location.

We received a Door Tag that said to pickup our package at the store. On the second day my wife went there, ...but the package still had not been put in the pick-up locker. The person there was not very helpful. My wife was told to come back tomorrow, it might make it into the locker by then. However, the package would be sent back on the 6th day if not claimed.I returned on the 5th day to find the package was already sent back that morning. The sales person and the Manager Jason said, it was too late.After much arguement and pushing, I found the package might still be at the Station. After still more arguement and pushing the Manager reluctantly called the Station. The package was there, but now I had only a few minutes to get there.The lack of helpful cooperation from the Manager Jason caused so much inconvenience, extra driving and wasted time!

We went to have Fed Ex print a copy of a Garmen GPS manual in Spanish to include with the GPS system we bought for a family member who is computer illiterate. It was a PDF file of the user manual that I downloaded from Garmens website, something that is intended to be printed, especially for a customer with this background as the only manual that came with the unit was in English. The clerk refused to print the manual citing copyright infringement as if it was some type of literary work! I have used Fed Ex at another location for many years and never had a problem like this. The last time I had them print out a trade booklet that was no longer in publication with no problem. It is my opinion that the clerk was lazy and didnt want to bother with it.

Horrible customer service after spending over $500.00 on color copies. The three ladies including the store manager could not even assist me with printing receipts. I had to say something about being ignored before the store manager finally assisted me with terrible attitude along with her two team members. Never again!

Twice, I was in a hurry and the young man working alone gave me top service and assisted me in the operation of the hardware, so I could get my legal documents shipped overnight. You must be patient when there is one person.However, a third time there was a girl in the back of the room working on a large project and was not very friendly when the boss asked her to assist with the customer crowd. No smiles, but she was helpful.
