Jasaman in the print and copy center is nothing short of AMAZING. We watched her perform flawlessly as She was able to run the entire area with multiple customers needing different tasks. Jasaman has an superb ability to multitask and paired up with her personality- is an incredible asset to the office depot team. The print job turned out great as well. Thank you

I went to the store after seeing that they had the Calculator that my college algebra course required. I had trouble finding the calculator and I received the best customer service. And it helped that the Calculator was on clearance and in a pretty color as well. And it came with a warranty in case I had any problems with it, to be replaced for free or my money would be refunded. The store associate named TJ was the most helpful and she went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything I needed with ease. I have not had such great customer service in my life and it was very refreshing to have that type of kindness as a customer. She recommended the rewards program and I definitely signed up after that great experience. And it will bring a lot of savings as a college student. I will always come back to the store and recommend it to my classmates.

Previously it was always enjoyable and efficient shopping. Yesterday it was disturbing the peace. Lone male had issues finding Brother printer cartridges. Online inventory didnt even come close to store inventory. Sad demise in sight?

I ordered a product from office depot online and went to pick it up curbside like they advertise. I have several health issues that dont make it a good idea for me to be outside during this COVID-19 time. I waited for over 30 minutes for someone to bring it outside to my car, called the store twice. First they said they would be right out with it. After a few for minutes I called again and they said they were too busy for someone to bring it out to my car. I finally went in to pick it up, it was just.behind the counter. Hardly anyone was shopping inside. If you advertise that you deliver curbside...THEN DO IT!!

Hunter is an ace at printing my furry art and didnt think I was a weirdo. Hes good at handling the many customers building behind us and answering the phone as we tried to make a print of a Beakmans World character.

I used to need flyers for my job at a salon, so I would email my templates to od and pick them up here. Now I sing in a band and need to print out lyric sheets. So I emailed them and went to pick them up, like has always been my mo. And the guy printing them says, Couldnt you just put these on a thumb drive? Because this takes too long. Well, NO. I like to email them, because its convenient for me. So now I feel like I have to go to another store, because my methods are inconvenient for him. Which is kind of a problem since this store is literally 2 blocks from my house. Sorry! I wouldnt want to put out anyone in customer service.

After visiting another Office Depot location I found the right laptop to meet my personal needs. That location did not have one in stock so I was told to visit the Hurst location. I walked in to the Hurst location and searched for a salesman on the floor but couldn’t find one. I walked back to the registers and asked if someone could show me a laptop. The cashier called on the radio for someone to come but got no answer. He asked me to return to the laptop area and so I did. I could see the cashier throwing his hands up as he attempted to call on the radio. Then, he preceded to chat with the other cashier while I waited for someone. There were some employees near the office section that were putting items on the shelves but could not find any other customers in the store. I decided to walk out and find another laptop some where else as my $500 was apparently not good enough for this Office Depot to collect from me.

Print and copy dept. At office depot on pipeline rd., HURST,Tx is too slow to clear customers.Only one lady is handling all matters. She is vietnamese/Asian.She is very helpful.Other people like Victor is dumb.He is really helpful and courteous.Office depot did not train him for this job. But still he wants to assist at his best.

Making photocopies on your own, takes a long time. Now the photocopier takes a long time. I had to copy several pages from a book around twenty pages but i was not able to finish cause the store had to close. Their self service photo copiers are not efficient. They take too long to print multiple pages. I will most likely look for another place to do my printing.

Staff in the print area is not very friendly. Acting annoyed that we would dare ask them to reprint a image when clearly the printer they used was running out of ink and we were getting fading on our print. To print 7 images literally took 20+ min and started working on another customer when they were not even done printing our documents yet. Store looks run down and 5 min away from going out of business. Its clear amazon has made a huge dent in office depots business model.

Helpful staff. Added a cashier when the checkout line got long. Reasonable prices.

We print our marketing materials at this store and we absolutely love it, they always do an awesome job, all of the personnel goes beyond customer service

I have heard rumors of employees profiling customers from many of my friends at this specific Office Depot. I thought they were rumors, but my recent visits may prove otherwise. I kept seeing this employee eyeing me and getting close to me at random times. He didnt even ask if I needed any help, he just kept staring at me. All the while ignoring other customers. Im giving this a two because I didnt feel safe the last three times I went there.

Absolutely horrible business center unprofessional staff they like to argue with their customers and keep you waiting while they wait on customers that came in after you.... Tell you its jammed and he is working on it but instead of working on it he waits on other customers in front of you.... When I asked for my USB stick back since he wasnt working on the jam he argues with me about it..... He just didnt get it being jammed is one thing but telling me its jamming and telling me you are working on it when you clearly are not is another and then you argue and raise your voice at me when I ask for my file back that I need to go as my time is valuable too......

The staff here are not very friendly and the store always seems worn down and dingy. It’s okay for grabbing something you forgot but I’d rather go elsewhere.

Speaking mostly about the print center here. Ive had very good experiences and Ive walked out in frustration. The staff has always been courteous, but when I just need a few copies of a file and theres someone holding up the employees it can get upsetting. (Yes, I know they have a self service area, but Google Drive doesnt play nice there)

The store and products are good. The employees on the other hand appeared to be loss prevention officers not customer service helpful.

They are always so helpful and polite. Their knowledge of their products and its location speeds up the check out process, especially when youre in a hurry.

Worst store ever---Myself and a friend bought the Realspace® Magellan Collection 2-Drawer Lateral File Cabinet, 30H x 23 1/2W x 16 1/2D, Gray Item # 867884 about a week ago. We used his debit card, but it was a purchase for me so I kept the reciepts. they didnt have it in stock so we had to have it ordered and shipped to my home. I asked Allen the store manager to sell me the floor sample, he said only if i paid the extra $60 that they charge to put it together..WORST STORE EVER. I went back on Monday to get a rebate of the difference since it went on sale for $97.99--Marissa said since my friend wasnt with me they could not rebate the difference, I didnt have the debit card with me. I said then just give me a store credit for the difference ...she refused. She said to call some # like 1800 go depot, the person at the 1-800 # was no help...I am REALLY annoyed that we didnt get to enjoy the $30 savings...I have bought a Magellan L shape desk, office chair, a file cabinet, hanging folders, and other office supplies all in the last 30 days....from this VERY CRAPPY STORE.....you will not like this store at all. Everytime I go in, I am prepared to met by very dull minded uncaring employees.

Was going to purchase a wireless key board for my cell phone and asked the cashier if he could sync it for me. His response was “I’ll have to charge you for it!” Needless to say I didn’t purchase it and won’t be shopping there anymore! Poor customer service!

We buy stuff here somewhat often. A major complaint I have, however, is that we are rarely, and I do mean rarely, greeted or asked if we need assistance. Many employees stand around making small talk with each other or other customers, but rarely ask if we need help.
