No customer service skills what so ever at this place. Ladies are rude and make you feel uncomfortable. Wasn’t even greeted and kept just talking to each other and not paying attention to customers.

Horrible customer service the “mgr” Martha really does not need a job in customer service.

This Footaction in the past has take some hits on the review section. Im not a big Footaction person myself. BUT I believe you have to give created where created is due! Under the new manager: Chase the store has made a complete 180 degree turn in the right direction. The staff is upbeat and professional. Chase is a great manager and very polished. They did a superb job helping me with my purchase. I went to them for a recent shoe that released on the Footaction app. The app malfunctioned when I got to the store. Chase when above and beyond to contact the correct party to sort the situation out. You dont find customer service like that to often. You can believe what you want about this store but this Footaction is killing it. As far as Im concerned all those that are still hating on it have not been there since the new management. That works for me though because I can keep racking dope kicks while everyone sleeps on this spot.Cheers Marc!

The Store Manager Ashley is the WORSE in customer service. Using his sarcasm to belittle and humiliate kids. He claims to be the manager and he is no where near trained for the job to represent Foot Action in a positive way. I dont recommend this place nor take your kids to shop here.HE DOES NOT TAKE HIS ROLE AS A MANAGER SERIOUSLY. HE SHOULD NOT BE WORKING FOR FOOT ACTION. As a consumer we should be greeted and always feel welcomed. We did not feel no where near that I then requested to get his area managers information and gave me his name and number telling me his area manager did not have a satellite office he works out of.RUDE, RACIST AND SPEAKS TO KIDS IN A VERY HUMILIATING WAY.DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

The amount of backdooring sneakers at coveted releases is ridiculous on the release day for the shadow ones I waited until 3 so all pairs on reserve would be fair game but in walks in one of the workers buddy’s who “has a reservation” which I know is false because you lose it at 3.The worker daps him up and he gets the remaining pairs just poor business practice
