I had went to 4 different places to get a ball park estimate on a ring I wanted to sell. Just like two others out of the 4, the guy was very helpful and friendly. He told me what it was worth and what I could probably sale it for.

Excellent! They have given me fair prices for the older jewelry that I have sold. They also called me to tell me that one of my friends stole my jewelry and sold it to them. My relationship with them had become close enough that they remembered my pieces and did the right thing by contacting me. They have my business for life!

I brought in my wedding ring that is a 3 carat TW emerald cut diamond ring. The retail price is over $14,000 and I was offered a measly $1,100. You got to be kidding me that they offer you the most for your gold and diamonds. The shop is less appealing I would travel to Atlanta if you want to do business with a quality jeweler. I am not desperate for money I just wanted to get rid of something from my past so I most definitely passed on their offer!

Local store. Commercials are hilarious. Owner looks like a cliche prospector, completely by accident. Always shown wearing his super duper gold detective head gear to check out your used diamonds and gold. Sporadically features a homeless clown in ads, cause thats what appeals to kids these days. Clowns. Sorry Simons, the 1950s just called. They want their ideas back. Radio spots are even better cause the owner actually sounds aggravated. I always hear these other places flappin their jaws about how they own a refinery! Well if they actually own a refinery why they this and that and etc etc.. Everything about this place is hilariously campy and outdated. Love it.

Their claim that they pay the most is absurd. They buy stolen items and resell them to the public. No knowledge of how the jewelry industry works and downright disrespectful. The clown in the commercial must have taken over.

If i could give them 0 stars i would they had my weeding ring for 4 weeks and it was a simple repair i started calling the third week they had it and it still was not finished i picked my ring uo today after 4 weeks and still they did no repair and use every excuse in the book not the same as when simon was around

I went to grogan jewelers and was offered 485.00 for my gold and diamonds.... Since I work close to Simons and kept hearing the commercials about top dollar, I decided to bring the same items to them, they offered me 185.00. I would not recommend Simons Jewelers and their TOP DOLLAR claim.

Went to a different place at first one called wholesale jewelry an the guy thats on the commercial tried to rip me off I took my business to Simons an got a great deal I will recommend this place to anyone trying to get a great deal for their stuff.I will be going back
