My boyfriend and I went here to get our ring sizes, but we got so much more! Rebecca was the jeweler that assisted us, she was very kind and so so knowledgeable. After giving us our ring sizes, we began looking at rings so that when my boyfriend decided to pop the question hell know what to look for. While looking, she came over to see if we needed assistance, and that turned into her educating us about diamond color and clarity, ring band shapes, and even the types of rings you get for each step of the journey (proposing and wedding bands). As far as my husband purchasing my ring, everything was great. Cameron was the best.The reason for three star reduction is because my husband and I just went in for 6 month ring inspection and apparently they are supposed to sign the warranty booklet which we were not told or asked the last 2 times I came in for a ring inspection. The ladies that were there tonight were just not nice. We asked for a receipt at least that the inspection was done, for which she said they would not honor it anyways. Only this warranty booklet which one could easily lose. The warranty is not tracked digitally if you lose it and then your diamond come loose or lost, you have nothing. I’m so disappointed in this experience especially after spending as much as we did with them. We did not feel treated well.Businesses are really nice when you are spending your money on them. But my how things change after you make a purchase.

Came in with my Tahitian pearl engagement ring to be sized (not bought from Grogans), they were BEYOND helpful!! Not only was my ring sized flawlessly but they took the extra time out to make sure my pearl was secure in the setting! Also, they made sure I knew exactly how to properly care for my beautiful ring so that it will last a lifetime! Professional, accommodating and just plain friendly! I will be back to Grogans for my jewelry needs!!

Mary Ann is my favorite! She is always funny and happy - she is also extremely knowledgeable. AMAZING!!! I got the engagement ring of my dreams from Grogan! They helped my fiance pick the perfect ring! I needed to get my ring sized and was dreading having to give it up for a few days for repair. I went in and they were so wonderful!!! They could see how excited I was and went above and beyond and got the ring sized in no time at all! AND while I waited they offered me a drink and I got the iciest most perfect Coke on a hot day! Really great staff and service and selection!

Grogans has been wonderful to work with. They were helpful through the entire process of shopping for and purchasing a diamond and setting. Their maintenance service is also fantastic. They stand by the products they sell which is evident by their servicing agreement (free cleanings and inspections. If you get it inspected at the suggested intervals, they will cover any issues due to workmanship). Cleanings and inspections take no time at all (usually less than 5 minutes). They have always been friendly.

I LOVE GROGANS!!!!!!! They make me feel like family and they are very accommodating and the customer service is stupendous.

Best jewelry store in town. Adrianna is a gem, Cameron is the young man you want to ask for, Joel best jeweler around can fix anything and will work with you on turn around time. Will be doing more shopping there. The only reason I gave this a 4 star rating has nothing to do with the store or people it is their web site. Searching the web site they do not seem to have all the store offers. Advice. Go to the store if you still do not see what you are looking for they will get it for you at no cost to you.

Walked in just looking and husband surprised me with a new engagement ring, for our 11 year anniversary. We ended buying a ring, sizing my band, and getting him a new ring as well. Staff was VERY nice and didnt judge us for how looked, or dressed, or that we had kids with us. Wonderful experience and hopefully we will back in future for other pieces! I will be suggestion to everyone.

Horrible experience with this store. My boyfriend went here to purchase an engagement ring for me. They did a good job of helping him pick out the diamond and setting, but once they received payment the service went down hill quick. They placed a large diamond in a cheap silver band for him to propose to me (the one he picked was on order) other jewelry stores place such a large purchase in a real band so it would not hurt the diamond or even lose it. The store claimed the band arrived and they would set it, but they placed the diamond in the wrong setting without even checking, it looked horrible! They then ordered the correct one and placed the diamond back into the cheap band, but this time the diamond was placed so crooked it was a shame to say a professional mounted it.I then stepped in and asked for a refund and took our business elsewhere. This was an absolute nightmare to deal with during this special time in our lives. Keep in mind the store offered us nothing in return for the week we spent dealing with their mess ups! I would never recommend anyone to do business here, management and quality control doesn’t exist in this store.

I love this store. I received my engagement ring last weekend. It was everything I ever could have wanted. It was a custom piece that I have been wanting forever. I also love that they have a free warranty, and the jeweler was able to adjust my size very quickly. Thank you Grogans for being my jeweler for life!

Fantastic store. My fiancé and I were looking for moissanite engagement rings and walked in and asked and they said they can absolutely do them! We spent probably over an hour looking at settings and discussing all the options. There was no pressure to buy and no pressure to buy a diamond, which we got from some other stores. My ring came in even sooner than they estimated! They are wonderful to work with and offer free cleanings anytime. We plan on buying our wedding rings there as well. Go visit them for any of your jewelry needs!

This place is awesome everyone is super nice! Joel has resized my ring twice and just today soldered the three rings in my set together, its so much more comfortable now and he also cleaned it for me so it looks brand new! No one has ever cared at all that my ring wasnt from them and everyone is kind and welcoming. There are alot of jewelry stores around and even at Bridgestreet theres more than a few and this is the only place I will go. I highly recommend them!

Got my ring resized within 1 day!!! And after waiting for 2 weeks at Kay only to be told they couldn’t resize it. Then they cleaned my other ring for free! Couldn’t be happier with the customer service! If I could give another star, I would!

Grogan is the only jewelry store we will shop at. I suggest them to everyone. Anytime we have ever had a problem they went above and beyond to solve it. The ladies recognize us when we come in for our free ring cleanings and always offer to find us whatever we are looking for if they dont have it on display. They have customers for life in our family.

Absolutely the best! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and unparalleled in customer service.To be a little more specific an error occured with my fiancées ring, to be exact Fedex failed to pick it up from the Florence store. Instead of a, welp Fedex will pick it up the following day attitude the sales associates finished her work shift and then drove to Athens and back just so my fiancée could have her ring back as promised.We have dealt with other jewerly stores in Huntsville none of them had that attitude like Grogans did. Once these other jewelry stores had made the sale they were apathetic to any issues we had with the sizing of the ring and the fact that the rodium wore off (in less than a month after purchasing the ring) We had the protection package for the ring which made no difference with the other store.I am glad Grogan was there for us when we came to them. They listened and were able to fix our issues with the ring. When an error did occur during this transaction (Fedex not picking up our ring) they went above and beyond to fix it and made sure we were happy.Thank you Grogans!
