I went in to buy a chain for a pendant I purchased elsewhere. Jeff Rudd helped me pick out the perfect chain. Plus, he was professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He treated me like I was the only one in the store. I will definitely go back for my next jewelry purchase.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR RING TO GET RESIZED HERE.I took my ring to be resized on July 24th and I was told that it would be ready by August 4rd. All I brought in was a simple wedding band. It is now August 17th and every time we call and ask about it they give us a date that they guarantee it will be done and then it isn’t. My wedding is this Saturday August 21st and if I would have known this was going to be this big of an issue I would have taken it to a local jeweler. I’ve had much more detailed rings done in 3 days and they have taken almost a month to complete this ring. They did not tell me when I took it in that they ship it somewhere else to get resized other wise I wouldn’t of let them because it is my grandmothers wedding band and I don’t trust it being shipped because things can happen. I am furious. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

I’m very disappointed in Zales! I wish I could rate them a ZERO!!! I spent good money with them and also payed extra for next day shipping and it’s almost been 6 days and still no item!!! I will never shop with Zales again.

If I could give a zero star rating, i would. These people are incredibly rude. They promised my rings would be ready, from being sized, on a certain date. Of course, they are pushing me back another week. Worst of all, the associate made it out like it was my fault. I bought and paid for a wedding set. I knew it would need to be sized. I sure as heck didnt realize that attitudes from several associates would be a part of my sales experience. NEVER AGAIN! THIS DIAMOND CARD HOLDER JUST SHREDDED HER CARD!!!

I would NOT recommend Zales to anyone. We have been completely disappointed in their service. My engagement ring has been gone for repairs now for SIX weeks and its still not back. Stay away from Zales! We will not be buying our wedding bands or anything else from there.

I had lost one of my sapphire stones of my ring and as you can imagine your heart sinks when you realized you cant find such a small stone even after crawl throughout your floors. On top of that you are uncertain of the warranty you put on the ring. I approached rhe store and the tenant was very helpful and knowledgeable about the procedure, cost, coverage and all the info in their system that I left the store with a big smile and the assurance that I was going to get my stone replaced. I definitely recommend the store to anyone who looks for good quality products and customer service.

Very nice today. Had to send my ring off due to stones were loose. I was told 3 weeks when it came back they had to resend it back which took another 7 days. When I called after the date it was due back was told they sent it back no one called me to give me this informationI wasnt happy but now have my ring back so be prepared for it to take longer than they say

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. They do not care about their customers and obviously dont care about their ratings. My husband bought me a ring that needed sized. Was told i would have it back in 2 wks. It turned into 4wks. I got the ring back, my brand new ring, scratched up and the engravings were so messed up you couldnt read it. I was NOT happy. Know what they said? We will send it out again to get fixed, itll take 4wks. I know itll turn into 6wks if not longer, if they dont lose my ring or mess it up once again. No compensation on my end for their screw up either.Think thats all they did? Nope. Paid a large payment down. It wasnt showing on the account that it was paid at all...even though they took the money from my account. Over a week later and everyone at the store is rude. Anyone in the phone is rude. Well, can you give us your card number? Well, you have that already because you took the money from my account. Whats your banks number? Are you kidding me? Been on the phone 5 times and at the store 3 times...still isnt fixed. They are trying to pocket $500 without letting it reflect on my account and that will not happen with me.Trust me...do not ever even walk into this place
