The list is endless, so I will give the abbreviated version. Lack of communication was the biggest factor. My original contact was via the telephone with the sales manager. I provided all my desires, but he never provided a follow-up. I then just call and just spoke with a salesperson. The salesperson began with good communication and then just fell off. Eventually, I spoke with the GM (said he was anyways) about the lack of communication. His response was “those are two of my best guys so I don’t know what’s going”. He then asked me what vehicle and specs that I was looking for and I gave them to him. He said that he would return my call. Here we are months later and he NEVER returned a call. I called and spoke with another salesperson and then I began receiving calls from the 1st salesperson. I ordered my vehicle and paid a deposit. After a few times of my ordered vehicle being back ordered, I was asked to take another vehicle that was en route. I conceded, but had to pay a little more in price because the specs were not identical. The salesperson tried to force me to buy some $400 floor mats because they ordered them extra for the car. I refused. The day of purchase/lease (May 31), tthey inflated my note by almost $10 of what they had quoted and their contract no longer includes the information about the coverage of wear and tear of a leased vehicle. I refused to sign a contract until they provided me with something in writing regarding the wear and tear. I told Demond (finance person) that I would include my experience in any surveys and reviews and he got angry and said they would not give me the vehicle. He said it’s not their fault that the financial company removed the clause and they shouldn’t have to receive a negative review. He left the office and disappeared for a while and later another person comes to speak with me. Did I mention that Demond nor this other person ever told me their names or position….I figured out Demond’s position. The person was Ron Volinski and he later signed a form guaranteeing that I had the $1000 wear and tear waiver on the vehicle. The GM later sent a general email thanking me for purchasing the vehicle and said that I could contact him with any issues. I immediately responded to the email and later received a call from Ron on the behalf of the GM. I also had to go several rounds with them to get my registration papers so that my vehicle could be titled (June 16, but they did pay the late fee). I learned the hard way why this company has such low ratings.
Do not take your vehicle here for anything. They will crack your windshield, then deny that it was their fault

I had a mixed experience with my vehicle purchase from Jaguar Huntsville. My salesperson, Terry Horton, was awesome! His communication and customer service exceeded expectations. My wife and I traveled from Atlanta, GA and Terry made us feel at home as soon as we stepped out of our car. He was able to get us a great deal and even had a bow for us on top of our new car. Things went downhill when we were handed off to the Finance Manager. While completing the Retail Purchase Agreement I told the Finance Manager that I felt there was a discrepancy on the Sales Tax line item and he brushed it off and said what I was initially presented was wrong. There was a lot of back and forth and I was finally refunded the $1,430.62 that I was overcharged. I recognize the transaction was not a simple one because we were from out-of-state and the title of our trade-in was in my wife’s name. I wouldn’t have known I was overcharged if I didn’t review my paperwork and did additional research. I don’t want this to happen to anyone else. They made the situation right, but to this day I have never received acknowledgement of the mistake or an apology.

A few years later, and its probably time I update my review. 😉 This dealership has always been and is still one of the best in my opinion. Im currently on my 6th vehicle that Ive acquired from Jaguar/Land Rover of Huntsville, so I think that should speak volumes to the character and hospitality of the individuals at this dealership.In my recent acquisition of the new Velar, the staff did a great job working with us to ensure the new vehicle was what we wanted and at a price that fit economically into our budget.
I drove an i-Pace and the car was fantastic. The sales person was very knowledgeable. I would give them five stars except they made me wait 15 minutes to give me a price on the car which was the same price that I already had.
I recently bought a new Jaguar in June 2020 from Jaquar of Huntsville. Just happened to get Terry as my salesman. He was great from the moment I walked in until I drove away. We even had the picture moment with the big bow on the car. The General Manager came out and introduced himself which was a nice touch. And I was really impressed with the young man who took care of my paperwork (Im so mad I cant remember his name but you know who you are!). Great experience on the purchase of my new Jaguar.

Service manager should be fired. If he spent a little more time focusing on his job this place wouldn’t screw up so much. And ladies- stay as far from this sexist, try to scare you in to more billable services place as possible. It’s not worth it. There aren’t many but you can find an honest service center that treats you with respect and won’t screw up your service.
Took my car in with a leaking coolant problem. They fixed that but I drove away with a check tire pressure light and a weird feel to how the car drove. I guess they messed up the wheel change or something.. not so happy considering the expense I paid for them to fix it

Purchasing a Land Rover, the most expensive car I have ever owned, has been the biggest disappointment ever. From having to return it to the dealership the day after purchase for a engine warning light coming on, to several trips back since then for squeaks, rattles, noise it makes under the hood, telling us we are driving on the wrong side of the road frequently, doors not unlocking, side mirrors not opening, tail gate not opening. The service department for the most part has been very friendly. Although most things that we have brought it in for, we are just told it didnt do it for them. So it never gets fixed. We bought a vehicle because our son had been diagnosed with leukemia. We needed a reliable vehicle to get us to and from Birmingham. The one thing I was very disappointed in with the service department was when LR had our vehicle...working on it. Our son started running a fever and we had to get him to Birmingham quickly. The service department told us they had our car ready and I explained the situation and ask if they could meet us somewhere and I was told they could for a fee. So much for purchasing that reliable vehicle we needed. We had to drive to Huntsville and then head to Birmingham with a sick child in the car. The only thing our vehicle really has going for it ....is that it looks good.

2010 XKR. Awesome car, awesome color. So far happy with the car, not so thrilled with the dealer. Check engine light and windshield wiper issue on drive home. Called the dealer and never received a call back. I guess pretty typical... Money in hand, responsibility gone.
The Service Department goes out of the way to make sure that your car is repaired to your satisfaction. The Service Department has always treated us like family. The sales department has changed a lot so we purchased our F Pace out of state.

I didnt even have an appointment, just dropped in because I notice something wasnt right with the coolant overflow tank.... They fixed me right up and washed the car inside and out for me. Service department was unaware of technical service bulletins on vehicle. Did not perform correct repair or follow proper procedures for the work they did perform. When asked about it service advisor suggested that there were other problems that would require further diagnostics. Was able to fix their mistakes with a short Google search. Will not be going back and wouldnt recommend.
Preformed a great job in serving my vehicle. The service advisor kept me updated through out the process via e-mail and texting. Highly professional.
The people in the service department were very nice. However my diesel f pace was improperly serviced. I had to drive 64 miles one way for them to bleed the air from the lines. It was with my time my expense for their error. It was my childrens time away from their studies and my time fuel and mileage added to my car. All at my expense.
Did not fix the cause of of mechanical failure. Only the symptom. However, they did try to up sell me on repairs that were not necessary. Left off fastener on underbody cover. Had to return for them to correct.

Unbelievably awful experience. I contacted a salesperson by the name of Jake in regards to a 18 RR. After a busy spell, I contacted him two weeks later and then didnt hear from him. I contacted another salesperson who called me back and told me that if I wanted this RR that I needed to pay 5k over market value to buy it. I have no idea who these people are, but they are clowns. It sounds highly illegitimate and circumspect for a dealership to act in such a manner. Good job JLR Huntsville! Keep up the good work!!!

We bought our third in a series of Jaguars from Century Automotive in February. Its a 2014 XF with only 9711 miles. WE LOVE IT! The sales manager and staff are great to work with as is the service department. When we are ready to purchase our next vehicle, we will return to Century Automotive.

I had an amazing experience with my Salesman, Matt Zartuche, and the finance officer, Daniel Kennedy. They were both amazing and over-the-top. However, if my purchase was dependent on the General Sales Manager, Ron Volinski, I would be the proud owner of a Porsche right now.
Purchasing a car is a headache inducing process most of the time, especially if the car you want is out of state and you have to drive several hours to buy it. Jaguar Huntsville went above and beyond to make this the best car buying experience I have ever had (I bought 6 cars before this). From the sales team to the finance team, everyone was top notch! They were honest and up front about everything and I was able to work with them over the phone/email to get the paperwork done before I went there. Once I arrived at the dealership, the same level of service was displayed. I was in and out within an hour with no hassles or surprises. If I am purchasing another JLR product, I am definitely going to drive the few hours and get it from this dealership! Also, shout out to my Sales Guide - Matt Zartuche, a great guy to work with!

Hello,I bought a 2011 Jaguar from Century Jaguar in Huntsville in 2012 for my retirement after serving over 25 years in the military. On 2 June 2017, I carried my car to Century Jaguar Huntsville for a minor insurance claim that was recommended by USAA on 2 June 2017 for tepair and my 2011 Jaguar was stolen the same night around 8:00 PM and driven through their back fence at the dealership according to Century Jaguar Huntsville. They didn’t know my car was gone until 3 June 2017 until after one of the employee from the BMW dealership came to work and seen the fence damage and watched the security video according to Century Jaguar Huntsville. They did not know how my keys ended up in the young kids hands that stole my car. They said they had an Security guard on duty but when asked the name, they said he was fired and they couldn’t remember. After my car were recovered by the police on 3 June 2017 prior to the individuals being chased that wrecked my 2011 Jaguar and damaged the front bumper, front light, left and right fender, hood, front glass, roof, driver side interior door panel, console, name and drawings on the passenger side front headliner with a small tear on the driver rear, rims bent, parts under the hood damaged, exterior driver/passenger side doors damaged, front grille cracked, bumper front damaged, tow cap loose, bumper sensor damaged plus other areas of the vehicle. Tom called from the dealership plus Barber Jones the owner called concerning the stole 2011 Jaguar on 3 June 2017. Dave the manager of Century Collision Repair called on 5 June to apologize and said it look good for a car that was stolen.George Jones the owner also called on 5 June 2017 and stated that my car parts would be replaced with new original equipment manufacturer parts and put on the frame machine plus all electrical and engine, transmission, suspension system plus checked for any codes using a diagnostic machine and a complete service. George Jones lied about doing the things promised to include Dave and Tom. The only person that tried to do the right things was Tim Bolinger that work in the Collision Repair. I would recommend anyone not to trust either individual other than Tim Bolinger concerning their words.This dealership has no type integrity in treating customers right from my perspective because of the things done to me a Soldier that spent hard earn money for my retirement dream car. Go anywhere else other than Century Jaguar to purchase or service your vehicle. They are not a trustworthy nor sincere dealership but a 🐍 Snake in the grass waiting to bite if they get a chance.The question to as is how many other customers have been done wrong and never written a review.

I took my vehicle to the dealership on November 19, 2019 for routine service and a problem with a burning smell when the vehicle reached operating temperature.. The routine service was completed OK. But the burning smell was identified as a leaking pinion dripping on the exhaust manifold. I was told a part must be ordered and theyd call when the part was received. It is now Dec 6, 2019 and I havent received any updates from the service department.

I live in Virginia and went to Huntsville to visit my son. He wanted to stop in at Century Automotive to check on leasing a F-Type Jag. While there, we met a very nice gentleman, named Matt Zartuche, that gave us a deal we couldnt refuse, for a 2015 XK Jag. Matt is a very personable, hard working young man and paid attention to all the details and concerns we had about buying an automobile, from out of state. The entire staff that worked with us assured that we had a great car buying experience. I really had no intention of parting with my 2009 XF, but we love our XK and are glad we stopped by Jaguar Huntsville!!

Honestly Im not a huge fan of Century Automotive, in general, however Don Baker, in the Jaguar/Land Rover Service department, is top notch in my book. He is the only person I will deal with there. He makes sure everything is ok, before and after any appointment I have!
