BUYERS BE WAREI purchased a vehicle here only after to find 2 recalls and parts shortages can’t be fixed right now. Had a 5 day return policy that’s a joke. I drive OTR and didn’t make it back before they closed on last day so when I reached out to them that next morning,it’s O to late good luck to you.Now I’m stuck trying to get all 3of the warranty they added on my loan off which totals up to $5280 just so I can sell it maybe. These people are slick and you have to be watching there every move.Would not buy from them.

Had a great buying experience, however, their vehicles are UNSAFE! They claim they go through inspections but a major issue found in my vehicle that went undetected, when I only had the car a month. All they do is delete the codes!!! We caught them redhanded when the battery died before we even left the property! Was told the issue was a minor tire rotation. LIES! It was the back tire transmission, if continued to drive, it would have KILLED ME AND MY CHILD! They refuse to fix the problem. The insurance and warranty programs are a joke. They do not care about customers at all. All they care about is the mighty dollar. They pretty much just tell you good luck, not our problem! Worse customer service, after car is purchased! I say, save your money and dont work with these people. The insurance they MAKE you have through them is the worse of all! Do NOT RECOMMEND they dont value you or even your life when they sell you dangerous vehicles!!

I scheduled an appointment for Friday between 6:30 and 7pm CST. When I arrived Deionte assisted me immediately. He was friendly and professional. I also got the pleasure of speaking with Chelsea. Although I didnt get to work with her (because she had a client), she greated me when she walked past me. She too was very polite and professional. After being in the store for about 10 minutes Alberto came back with his client ( Alberto was who I was waiting for since I had spoken to him first earlier in the week and scheduled the appointment with him). These 3 representatives of DriveTime are amazing. They all looked neat and clean. They practiced social distancing and provided masks and hand sanitizer. They spoke professionally and engaged in friendly conversation. They were very attentive as I watched them with their clients. If Im not mistaken all 3 of us drove off of the lot. I had gone to 12 maybe even 13 different car lots in one day to no avail. I kept googling different car lots and found this place. Decided to do an online approval application and RAN to the lot as soon as I saw I was approved. We sat down and talked about what I was looking for and finished out the application process. The girl I worked with was the absolute SWEETEST! She made sure I was completely satisfied and not only that, she heard how much my insurance quote was and she found insurance for me for HALF THE PRICE OF WHAT I WAS LOOKING AT!! That is the BEST customer service I have ever had. I have always been terrified of big fancy car lots but now, I’ve found the car lot I will keep going to! Taking my fiancé up there next to get a car. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend!!!

My husband and I along with my mother had a very pleasant experience here yesterday. We even had to go back home to get some information and they were ready for us when we got back. But my salesperson, Andrea, assured me that she could help me and provide me with what I was looking for in a car. When I first walked in to find a car I automatically assumed that I wouldnt be approved for one. It was my first time applying for a car and I thought that Id be better off going to a run down used car lot. Surprisingly I was approved for a few cars with a down payment at 600.My sales rep Malcolm Parker was the BEST! He made sure my payments were affordable for a car that I actually wanted. Malcolm was very entertaining and did his job well. I can gladly say Im a proud owner of a 2013 Hyundai Sonata, and for it to be my first car I feel great. Thank you Malcolm, you were awesome.
