We had an amazing experience as first time out of state car buyers at this dealership. Greg and Max have been absolutely fantastic to work with. From the virtual walk-around, to overseeing the loading of the vehicle onto a transport carrier. Greg has kept us informed throughout. Amir in finance was exceptional to work with, and although a shipping mishap (finance paperwork) delayed the process, he and the team went above and beyond to fix and make it up. My Mercedes ML350 was great for a while (other than the constant need of gas because it seemed to get about 13 mpg) until one day after there was a hard rain. Im not sure if rain somehow entered the vehicle or what, but the computer system seemed to shut down and the vehicle would not even shift properly. It would go to around 30 mph and the rpm would be up too high. To even get it from reverse to drive was difficult because it seemed to be stuck. I COULD NOT FIND ANY MECHANIC THAT WOULD WORK ON MERCEDES OTHER THAN THE DEALERSHIP. I had it towed to the dealership because I was afraid it would blow the motor completely if I drove it. After 1 week at the dealership, and a massive $2,400 bill from repairing other things that had absolutely nothing to do with why I brought it in, one man finally told me it was due to a $5 sensor in the rearview mirror. While repairing that, they broke my front windshield and had the audacity to add that to my bill also, and the labor cost from repairing a windshield they broke. The symbol of a Mercedes may look good while driving down the road. The cost of owning one or having to repair one, not so good.
Very shady dealership. I was told by the sales manager Mac or Max can’t remember his name, we would receive a phone call back about a jeep, never got it. Finally just went to the dealership and wanted to see the jeep for myself. We negotiated the price and I even signed a letter saying we agreed to buy the jeep. But it had to go through safety inspections first. I Wanted to pick up the jeep the next day but it wasn’t ready, then the following day still wasn’t ready, I had to follow up with Dan the salesman. No response from him. Awful communication from him can’t even respond to a text or phone call. I believe they were holding out because they sold it to someone else who was willing to pay more. Don’t do business here take the extra drive to Nashville my father even warned me after he had an awful experience buying his S-class from here.
We visited MB Hsv.three times over a 4 day time to see specific used SUVs and drive them. We were greeted by Greg Horton who I cannot say enough about his knowledge and no pressure approach each time we visited. He provided info on each car, allowed us plenty of time to drive them and never pressured us in any way. I highly recommend Greg to anyone looking for a vehicle at MB Hsv. This was a very complicated deal which took some time due to a repair which was made to my trade in. My purchase was for a rare cabriolet which would not be around very long if this was done a conventional way. Mackenzie Sturm went above and beyond to make this happen. She and Max, a sales manager, worked with me and NEVER made me feel like a bother or a lost cause. We finally pulled the trigger and I got my vehicle ! This would have not happened if Mackenzie had not busted her butt and worked so hard ! She’s a great person and is of high integrity and honesty. I will make the drive from Nashville for all my vehicles from this point further ! Great dealership with great people !!!
Every time I come here, each experience is progressively worse and worse. Julie is one of the most rude people I have ever met in my entire life. Every time I have to schedule an appointment or drop my car off she is unnecessarily rude and ALWAYS has an attitude. I am unsure of the reasoning but I am honestly sick of Mercedes. I wish there was a different Mercedes shop in Huntsville, as this is easily the WORST Mercedes shop. Not to mention that they always try to claim that your car needs this and that, just to try to get you to spend more money. Absolutely sick of this place and their staff.
I had an awesome experience with my sales rep BRIAN !!!! I live in Atlanta and we did this entire deal over the phone.....(SL400 ) negotiation pics videos etc!!! Car was even delivered to me fully detailed full tank of gas and delivered in an enclosed trailer!!!!!! I wish there was a negative rating system for reviews. Went to this dealer on Thursday or Friday…found the car I wanted. Was told to hurry because an employees brother was “looking” at the same car. I submitted the application the same day for the car after I was told to hurry….credit report ran etc. was completed on a Friday was told Sunday afternoon sorry the cars gone. Followed up with the salesman about another car as an option and he told me a “deal was working on it”???????? I thought I had a deal working on the vehicle I wanted too. I was told by the salesman “I told you an employees brother was looking” so I guess nepotism trumps good business practices. I’m now left with a hard inquiry on my credit report and no vehicle options. Use any dealer in Huntsville, Al except any associated with the Landers McClarty group.

My parents and I have both purchased new cars from this dealership. The women service managers are awesome! In April of 2017, my mother and I were hit from the rear on South Memorial Parkway by a man with previous DUI arrests. It totaled my mother’s Mercedes Benz S550. That car saved our life. We were at a full stop and he hit us full on from behind. Mercedes called us, asked if we wanted an ambulance and stayed with us until they arrived. They also called my father and alerted him of our accident. I love Mercedes. Because of their customer care and safety, I will always drive their cars.

Getting service on a vehicle and paying for it is always good BUT! if they do not do a job right and the vehicle has to go back for something that they are at faught for, it can take more than a week to get resolved and no one will call you to keep you in inform of satus of it, very difficult to get in touch with service advisor to get anywhere, atr this point I have very serious doughts of ever getting another mercedes or even keeping the one I have. Mercedes of Huntsville! you have alot to improve on or get some people to do the job that they are getting paid for!

The service received was absolutely amazing. This car buying process by far is the best ever hands down. From the moment we stepped onsite all the way to closing the deal. The Business Manager/Sales Consultant Genna Cecil has won us over completely. She is so personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. We had 2 rowdy children, and let me tell....she done such an amazing job keeping them calm. In fact, the entire experience felt as if it was all about me and my preferences. I was looking to trade in my M8 Convertible for a CPO 2018 GLE63s that they had. The internet sales team was awesome to work with! Mackenzie Sturm was very helpful in assisting me with a deal even thought I was located all the way in Florida. While we ultimately didnt work out a deal due to the value of my trade, Mackenzie was extremely patient with my many questions and responded to all of my questions super fast. I felt that she really went above and beyond to try to get the deal done, working late into the evening.Id highly recommend her to any of my friends if MB of Huntsville has the car theyre looking for!

I had an experience buying so bad. So dissatisfied about the unprofessional attitude from this employee of Mercedes Benz. She tried to put the hidden fee in and I suggested explanation but she was so rude and walk away while I was still there to talk to her. After that; she laughed at me and show unrespectful to me - customers bought 2 cars from your company. It was so ridiculous and your company had bad luck to have that employee. I don’t know her name but somebody said she is Genna - one talk to me to finished the deal to buy car.
The Service advisors are tentatively to your needs and they have always call me keeping updated of my repairs.
The service team treated me like royalty. They periodically asked if I needed anything and offered me a drink. The service manager whom assisted me upon my arrival was super professional and made me feel like an Allstate customer (in good hands). He quoted me a price for replacement of a low beam light bulb in my headlight, but later realized that he quoted the incorrect price for the type of bulb that I actually needed (he quoted a lower price for the standard bulb, but my car has halogen lights, which are way more expensive). He advised me that he would honor the lower price, since he made the mistake. They also made my car look spotless after the maintenance.
I have come to realize car dealers in Huntsville suck. this one is no different. say one thing do another, this is why you have such a bad reputation and why you are still where you are, wheres that new building we talked about a year ago? . expect a high end experience from a high end dealer and get a high end disappointment. this brand is to good for the people that work here. emails calls texts go unanswered from the sales person to management to upper management. i will gladly drive 2 -4 extra hours to purchase and service a vehicle from another dealership. thanks for nothing

I purchased my 2014 ML sight unseen, never driven, never sat in, from an online search. Mackenzie, Ann, and Amir, worked with me and Mackenzie was my eyes and assured me of all the comfort and luxury I would appreciate in this car. Ann even brought it to the hospital where I’m working with covid patients and haven’t had an off day to visit the dealership. She went over all the gadgets with me! I’ve never owned or ridden in a Mercedes-Benz but after just talking to her I said “Yes to the dress!” and am the happiest owner ever!! The staff is impeccable and the best!!

ROB M. IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT SAVED WHAT WOULD HAVE OTHERWISE BEEN A 1 STAR, SAD, POOR AND DIGUSTING SURVEY!!! Although the salesman Brice was wonderful, MACK the “Manager” totally ruined the experience of the purchase of my son’s first car. I was with him and voiced concerns about the two front tires and was told they were fine - I disagreed and knew they (MACK the “Manager” and the little tire man that came outside) were lying. I was unable to accompany my son when he signed the papers and picked the car up, to my surprise they did not fix the tires. I called and spoke with MACK the “Manager” and he stated “I should be satisfied because they went down $6K so that my son would be able to purchase the car and that he could buy 4 new tires with that much” (REALLY?) I then advised MACK the “Manager” that my son’s life was worth more than $6K and I didn’t want him risking it by driving around on bad tires - my son paid $20K for this dam car, MACK the “MANAGER” didn’t know I did my homework - the car value was $17K to $20k anyway! So really he knew it was overpriced, this was the reason why we turned the dam car down a week earlier IN THE FIRST PLACE! After putting air in one tire four days in a row and two trips to the service department Rob M. came to our rescue and replace the tire and I will be forever grateful. I plan on purchasing a vehicle for myself next year, maybe MACK the “Manager” will be gone by then...Ijs

Great customer service!!!! -I found this dealer online and they had the exact car that I wanted to purchase. I sent an online request for more information and received an immediate response. Genna contacted me and I received a quote within two days.... other dealerships that I contacted took an entire week and did not seem to really want my business. One of Genna’s first responses stated that she wanted my business and wanted to earn my business.... she was extremely motivated and proactive. As far as the actual transaction of purchasing my new vehicle, it was perfect..... they sent most of my paperwork before I arrived so almost everything was already done. This was one of the best car buying experiences ever!!!! I would definitely recommend Mercedes Benz of Huntsville ... and especially Genna!!!!! She is a hard worker with an incredible work ethic! :)

Bought a used car unseen from out of state. Marcus was fantastic to work with and even delivered the car meeting me half way. Got a great car at a great price and the buying experience was fantastic.
The absolutely worst car buying experience I have had in my life!! I had to go up there and do paperwork 4 different times because the sales manager didn’t know what he was doing. I was quoted a 2.99% interest and did paper work that reflected that three times. After that mistake was never fixed I unfortunately continued with the purchase. Trading out of the vehicle has been equally painful. They do not refund back maintenance plans that I purchased I can only transfer to another Mercedes. Why would I want to buy another car? I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. Drive a mile down the street and get the other German engineered vehicle. Way better service!
Out of all the Mercedes Benz dealerships I’ve dealt with this has to be the worse. First off you have to constantly call back to back to reach anyone and then when you finally talk to someone they are extremely unprofessional. If you’re lucky to get an appointment (without them canceling it later) be prepared they NEVER have loaner vehicles for your convenience. I’ve lived in three major cities and all have had loaner vehicles but this dealership....never! I honestly think someone owned a shabby used car dealership and slapped some Mercedes logos on the front called it a Mercedes dealership. This place is not one to be considered to take your Mercedes for service your better off driving to Birmingham for better service.

I have owned a Mercedes for 33 years and this is the worst dealership that I have ever dealt with. I own several foreign cars so I have to deal with a lot of international dealerships. If you have a Mercedes that needs repairs, do not take it to this dealership. They let my Mercedes SL sit in their lot for 6 months without undertaking promised repairs. In the end, I had to have the car transported back to my home. They even had the audacity to charge me $700 for a battery, fuel filter and draining the gas tank.
Don’t let the construction get in the way of stopping by a 1st class dealership! From sales to financing, top notch service with friendly & highly knowledgeable staff who genuinely care about their customers. I can highly recommend MB of Huntsville.

Great experience! Purchased our new Mercedes-Benz on 12-1-2018 from this dealer. Treated with respect from everyone and negotiated a fair price. Sales and management appear to work together for the customers benefit. Our sales rep and finance manager stayed 2 hours beyond closing to complete our sale, impressive.
I contacted a sales person about a vehicle I wanted to buy. Offered $500 to hold it until I could arrive. Sales person said vehicle was in detailing, and they could not hold it until it was finished. The next day, we contacted the same sales person, and he said it was out of detail and ready for sale. We AGAIN offered $500 to hold it until we arrived (live an hour away). Was told they can’t do that (even though I have seen evidence on these comments that they do...). However, he said that he would have the vehicle ready for us when we arrived.My husband took off work early so that we could take care of everything together. On the way there the salesman, Will Garner, said another salesman had just sold that vehicle...Smelled like an old bait and switch, so we told them we were no longer interested in doing business with them. We kept getting emails and calls from the dealership about whether or not we enjoyed our car buying “experience”, and each time we politely told the person contacting us no to do so again. Today we received an email from the SAME SALESMAN asking if we are still interested in buying a vehicle.... Finally called the GM and demanded we no longer be contacted. I had refrained from posting here but ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!Buyer beware at this dealership...
This is my second vehicle purchased thru this dealership.My sales woman Christina Straw and the management team bent over backwards for me while I looked thru multiple vehicles over the course of the last 3 weeks until they found something that satisfied my needs. Also the finance manager works hard to get you the best rate he can.
Polite salesman, Adam, my wife just wanted to test drive a car that was in the used inventory, he handed us the keys and we were on our way in 5 mins. My wife didnt like the car and he understood and simply offered his card in case we needed anything in the future. This is the type experience that I enjoy from dealerships.
Bought a 2020 GLE, paid extra for a prepaid services plan. Traded vehicle in for a GM after poor customer service. Was later told by Mercedes dealer and national corporate Mercedes, that the pre paid service plan is non refundable ( unless in state of California. ) How can one justify not refunding a prepaid service that has not been provided. I have been a loyal Mercedes customer for decade. Will never trust them again. They over sold me service without full disclosure. This is dishonest and straight out steeling. And to do so in such hardship during this pandemic covid. Be aware of dealer, and indifference to customer concerns at local and corporate level.
The Sales Manager, Doug, is a great balance of friendliness, and professionalism! Honestly, I bought a car from him 3 years ago at another dealership and I specifically looked up his name to see where he was at currently because my wife is in need of a new car soon. Im a big fan of loyalty and providing business to people who without a doubt take care of me. From the moment we walked into Mercedes-Benz of Huntsville we were treated like absolutely respected and genuine customers. We only walked in to look at a used $8000 vehicle, and Clinton Long acted like we were ready to spend $50,000 on a brand new Mercedes. The customer service was phenomenal and there was nothing we could do to prevent ourselves from becoming 100% completely satisfied customer. We will definitely be looking with Mercedes-Benz of Huntsville for vehicles in the future.
We had excellent service at Mercedes Benz of Huntsville with our old Mercedes, so when it finally was time to get a new one, there was only one place to go. They went out of their way to make the experience as easy as possible. I shared with Mr. Long the requirements I had in the car I was in search of and he fulfilled my order. Not only was Clint professional and efficient, he was kind and easy to work with. Purchased a car there in May 2019 and I still can’t get tags for my car because they won’t send the correct paperwork to my state. I have never dealt with such incompetence. I would not recommend them at this time. It is July and I still have no tags.

Base model inventory galore. Too much talk, not enough action. Expressed concern about customer service after the transaction - no response. The sales team seems nice, but isnt very efficient/effective. Everyone seems to know the same sales pitch very well. However, most of us prefer to hear the history of Mercedes only once - more time should be utilized focusing on the customers wants/needs.
My wife and I just purchased a new E350C from Mercedes Benz of Huntsville and we couldnt have been more pleased with the experience. That says a lot considering we both hate everything about buying a new car.Clint Long guided us through the purchase with the most professionalism we have ever experienced in a car salesman. I will not purchase another Mercedes Benz because of the poor service I received from Mercedes Benz of Huntsville.Not sure what happened to Mr. Rob Callis, but he was a great General Manager and actually took time to listen and resolve all customer complaints. They should bring him back!
Excellent!!!We have been buying cars for over thirty years, and our experience with Max Martin was by far the easiest, fastest, and most enjoyable experience weve ever had. Max is an incredibly well-mannered, straight forward, knowledgeable, understanding, and hard working salesman. He did what it took in a very short amount of time to get us an amazing deal. This is our first Mercedes after owning other luxury cars, but Im sure not our last. The staff was also very helpful and kind; however, we will always ask for Max! My wife noticed a fluid stain on the passenger floor mat. Scott had the car promptly diagnosed and repaired. When my wife picked up her car, it had four new floor mats. As usual, it was a very pleasant experience. I really enjoy doing business with these people.

Polite, Fast, Professional and most important they listened to me in what I wanted and didnt force other cars or anything on me like other pushy dealerships trying to make quick buck and get rid of cars they want gone. Very impressed and never had such an amazing experience in car buying in my life. I worked directly with David over the phone/text regarding my purchase of a new Mercedes vehicle. He was responsive, helpful, and very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was purchasing. As an out of state resident, the dealership took the extra step to take care of us as we flew in to pick up the car. My experience thus far with Mercedes-Benz of Huntsville has been amazing, the professionalism of Mr. George Burton (Service Advisor) was great. I must say I dont have any complaints, I got a courtesy ride to where ever I needed to go, and the customer lounge was clean and comfortable for my wait. On top all of that they washed my car and vacuumed it for me. You guys are awesome. Keep up the good work.
Seems to be a trend with this dealership from the reviews. Went through USAA car buying. Called and confirmed car was there. 1.5 hours later arrived and car was gone. A cash sales takes longer than that. Sales people did not seem interested at all in selling me a vehicle. Showed me one other GLE and told us to make sure we checked back for more inventory.We drove to Birmingham and were treated as I was told by others to expect from Mercedes with a tremendously larger selection. Bought a perfect CPO GLE from a great sales staff that continues to bend over backward for me. I plan on driving 90 minutes from Huntsville to do my services in Birmingham. Sorry my cowboy boots did not impress you enough to give me the time of day.To add to the poor communication and service of this dealership, they continuously email and call about every few weeks about my interest in buying from them. Have now spoken with 3 different people from the dealership and responded to a salesman via email that I have already bought a vehicle. Calls continue. That prompted this rating.I dont expect a reply or explanation to this as the owner seems to only respond to pats on the back.
