Great Experience. I couldnt find a dryer thermostat anywhere in Huntsville/Madison. Not only did A-1 have the parts I needed, but Mr. Lamar printed me a copy of my old dryer schematics and walked me through what I needed to do. Superb customer service! Id highly recommend utilizing A-1 as your first option before going to one of the big retailers. Grateful to have a small business in town that not only has what I needed, but the expertise and willingness to go the extra mile for the customer. An EASY 5 Stars from me!

Michael was very helpful to me in finding my replacement oven element yesterday. I walked in and he made a joke about the broken nature of it and then proceeded to pull the new one off the wall for me. He answered a few questions I had about installing the new one. It all works well.

Needed a replacement part for the upper rack on our dishwasher. Daniel didn’t have it in stock, but ordered it/got it in from out of town in less than 24 hours. Excellent service...I highly recommend them.
