Huntington Kroger: really busy today but fast check- out truly is so helpful, the prices are fair here, and the employees very friendly, professional too! They make all non vaccinated customers wear mask along with all workers here.very clean well stocked store, and signs make shopping here easy, and enjoyable. Very nice selections of the meats, pharmacy, and general needs. Excellent shopping experience today! Thank you Kroger#841 really rocks!

Ok tell we got ready to check out. The checker was great but the bagger was not the best at all. To much self in the bags to heavy and only one bag for all of the self. Never had him before and hope never have to have him again. Ask him to put two bags or double them up and his relp was WHY. Because l ask you to please he rolled his eyes and never did. It was hard for me and my sister to load and unload them we are both disabled and over 70yrs old. I have cancer ovarian stage 4. She walks with a cane. I use a electric cart. It is hard for both of us. Most part the people are nice but today this guy needed to go home and learn his matters .

A lot of unstocked shelves. No one seemed to be in a good mood that day.

They did not carry the product I was looking for. They had the medium and the wide Inn Maid egg noodles. I am looking for the fine ones.

I love Kroger! They beat Walmart in many different aspects. Their produce is so much fresher, their employees so much nicer, their store is more organized, and their brand (v.s. Great Value) is so much better. The deli/bakery has a huge variety of goodies, snacks, and food. They also have pet food, home decor, medicines, bathroom items, a pharmacy, and several u-scan systems.

Had to use customer service. Friendly and nice. Just had to exchange milk. Smooth and easy.

The south store was closed in Huntington. People from the south side of town have to travel 4 miles to get to the north side Kroger. The isles are narrow and with your displays in the isles there is room for one cart. The check out lines are always packed with customers. It should not take that long to pay for your groceries. The only reason I shop Kroger is because I dislike Walmart. I must say, if there were another option I wouldnt shop at Kroger.

Not as good as the store at conventry. They need to carry sushi and have more sales. But they have what you need as the basics

Overall a good place to shop. My only complaint is that they never have enough checkout lanes open. Why make do they make so difficult to checkout and PAY for your groceries.

Sherry was a great cashiers super friendly! But I did not really appreciate one of the other associates Megan criticizing her right in front of me as shes checking me out talking about how she needs to clean better. Save that for the break room.

This Kroger store (actually called Owens in this town) is usually well supplied with items I need. I occasionally shop a Kroger Superstore in Ft Wayne, IN if I am up that way. I have found prices comparable to other groceries and the employees are very helpful. I have seen them help many customers and the tall ones are especially appreciated as I often cannot reach items on the top shelf or even in the back of the lower shelves.

I found everything that I was looking for and I receive Kroger coupons relevant to items that I buy all the time, which helps me save money.

The staff here is always helping me and mom because we shop for 5 different families at a time and it gets crazy with all the karts we fill up. They do it with a smile and treat us with respect.

Insufficient check out lanes open

Store was nice and well stocked but the employee that waited on me was disgusting. Her mask was nasty looking and so was her apron. They both did not look like they had been washed for months. I was shocked to see such a thing. Since cleanliness is important now days.

Lines were short, selections were plenty. Nice variety of Christmas stuff too. Wasnt too busy a little after 5pm

Nice,clean place to shop. The produce is fresh and displayed well. Only downfall is most cashiers have an attitude and arent friendly.

Found what I needed but they are NOT enforcing the mask mandate. Only 2/3 of the shoppers were unselfish and supporting community health. There was only one checkout lane open at 6pm and the self check person was also staffing the customer service desk.

I found bargains in the produce area, & also in the meats & seafood area. Love this store !!!

Used to go to the Huntington south store.tried north store out multiple times..i found the Best time to go in is late morning. Very helpful staff. Parking close a issue at times. Take advantage of the points system when getting fuel at east side of the lot.

Its a nice grocery store. The layout seems a little strange, but nice overall. I really love the pharmacy. I have always had great experiences with the staff, even when there was an issue.

Busy store with a decent variety of groceries, cleaning supplies, health and beauty, pet supplies, greeting cards, magazines, and even a pharmacy.. Recently remodeled, but still is congested in most aisles. Additional square footage would have helped this issue, but the store is landlocked. Employees are friendly. Produce department is great and much preferred over Walmart for variety and freshness. Glad to have Owens and Aldis in Huntington. Walmart needs the competition!

The new store layout is not pleasing. Aisles are too close and arrangement of items has been optimized for strolling and searching. While I understand the reasoning, it creates more spur of the moment buying, it does not bode well for quick trips. I am utilizing Aldis more often now due to the re arrangement.

It would be nice to maybe clear out some of the stuff out of the entrance way so may be we could have a little more room for some motorized handicap carts with batteries that hold a charge for more than 2 mins. And when something is on sale to have it.
