We were told by sales lady we were getting promotion of $500.00 each for the I phones we traded in. We received first billing and found we had only gotten $50.00 each. Thinking it was a typo went store conveniently the sale lady wasn’t there spoke to manager. He denied the promotion even after I showed him on their website. I asked to cancel contact and get our old phones he claimed to no longer have them. I called T-Mobile customer assistance who agreed promotion should be honored. I went back into the store again spoke to manager who said it would be applied but would take a couple of billing cycles to show up. The $87.00 monthly payment went to over $200 then down to $20 the next time thinking all would be good waited. Next few months were $87.00 showing deductions for the two phones. Then billing for $124.00 stated once again operator said it was fixed next month same billing operator said promotion didn’t exist the best she could do was the buy one get one free. Believing this to be our only option I reluctantly agreed bringing our billing to $97.00 . We were told that T-Mobile and Sprint were merging so we would have service in a couple of months that hasn’t happened we aren’t getting service at our home in Lovely Ky. where sprint has excellent service. The billing is back to $124.00 with no service to speak of steer clear you can’t believe anything said by T-Mobile or this store in particular. Apparently now the month that was 97.00 in now also 124.00 so all deals are off. We have been cheated!

Called all four local stores and let ring up to three minutes with no answer with a question about air buds for wife’s new phone-no answer at 2pm on a Friday. Salesman at the Huntington store was a great guy, but afterwards needs to be worked on.

Went over to change sim card, even busy we received excellent service, ask for Mike.

Went to add a line to an existing plan. Mike was AWESOME in helping get our new phone set up with screen protectors and all, as well as helping to set up all of the services included in the plan. We couldnt be happier. 11/10 recommend.

Great service and tried to find the best deals

Lady with 4 kids screaming in the store, went by just to pay a bill. Sat there for half an hour for nothing. Had to go pick up a card at sheetz instead, which cost me more than if Id had money in my bank account, or if they valued current customers and expedited bill pays.Worked for a mobile company myself (boost) and I would always accept bill pays even when working on activations (which they should learn to do) to help keep current customers up and running.

Staff was very courteous and helpful. There was a serious issue, but it was quickly resolved.

They was very patient and polite.

I had a terrible experience with them they raised my bill and cant figure out why I was going to switch my other three phones but I decided to stay where Im at thank you

I I cannot get a phone because my credit is not good and they was going to charge me $200.00 +tax like I told the young man that I was on a fix income and I didnt have that kind of money for a phone. So I just stay with Verizon.

This is the premier T-Mobile store in West Virginia! The staff is top notch and they make sure you understand every step of the purchase process and that you know what to expect from your device and its capabilities. I come to this store over the other (in all fairness Ive never been there), because of the staff.

When it first opened, I went into the 3rd Avenue location with a family member.The young lady that assisted us, was apathetic and appeared uninterested.She failed to give nesseccary details. Even appeared board distant and disengaged. To me like shed rather be elsewhere.She lied to us about the monthly reoccurring charge, claimed that even after taxes and sir charges the amount would be 86 dollars. I asked two to three three times to confirm.She had little details as far nesseccary things needed to know with products and services.We got the bill and it was $115 dollars, reoccurring. And the bill didnt have any obvious detail as to why the charge was mire than what was discussed. Additional to this irritating factor, this location was not helpful when we arrived to discuss the matter. And was obvious that representative made a sale to meet concussion then acres like we didnt matter beyond the date to point of sale.. she indicated T-Mobile was paying into college education while employeed with the company.It was clear she was buying time riding the wave doing what minimally necessary, and had a terrible I dont care attitude.When u came to speak with her when y found these issues, she avoided me staring out the window and not with any costumers. And sti standing across from me listen to me speak with another representative dealing with my poor experience with her. Still with the very obvious I dont care attitude..I will not recommend this store now T-Mobile to anyone ! Your service is not very good here and your costumer service reflects the same .. additionally, she argued with me with what she thought she knew. Ans

I just want to share that my experience with T-Mobile coverage has been excellent, but the customer service in the Huntington store was very appalling. Purchased a few items and during the few hours it took to complete the purchase, overheard a bald skinny employee (who seemed to be a supervisor/mgr.) making a sexist and disgusting remarks about womens rights. Being a woman, i will NOT be going back to that establishment after his DEPLORABLE behavior! In fact, i have already taken the time to warn people in my large social circle (including thousands of friends/followers on FB). If he is, in fact, a supervisor, my question is...how?!? Completely unacceptable in a workplace. Good luck to you T-Mobile!

The best customer service of any cell phone place I have ever dealt with. I did not find out the phone I ordered online was out of stock for almost 3 weeks until after the order was placed. I went into the store to see if it was in stock. Mike went above and beyond to get me out the door with the same phone the that day. It was a bit of a hassle to get the online order canceled but he made sure it was taken care of. He even helped put my case on. I was short on time so he told me to just come in anytime to get my screen protector out on correctly. Brandon helped me with that a few days later. I cannot recommend them enough!! They go above and beyond for their customers!
