I love this spot and the laborers are largely exceptionally pleasant. I appreciate coming here and it would mean a great deal to me on the off chance that we can do everything and anything to save it. The Book Revue owes cash and Im only one individual and cant do anything to gather sufficient cash. Yet, on the off chance that we meet up as a local area to save the Book Revue that would mean something to a many individuals. I know $400,000 is a great deal however as a local area I figure we can essentially attempt to pull it off. So Im requesting you all to fund-raise to save the Book Revue.

Books as far as the eye can see on two levels, nice little cafe, staff picks and notes everywhere if youre not sure what you want to dive into next... breathe in that sweet local bookshop smell, folks. (but through your mask and not too deeply come on now you know whats going on). If you thought local bookstores were a thing of the past youre wrong, but you need to support them if you dont want them to become history.

Really nice book store with lots of different types of books. Great selection and a nice place to sit and relax. They have a small cafe area onsite too.

Stopped in late at night before closing to kill some time before out dinner reservation.. my mother left her cell phone inside after they locked the door n where in the process of closing. Employees where nice enough to go out there way n find it. I wanted to show my appreciation in the form of tipping the associate a few dollars and they wouldnt accept. Very honest people n great selection will be back again

Great store. Has a huge selection. The used section on the mezzanine is a bit disorganized, but the rest of the store is good. At my first visit, another customer informed me the store will be closing, possibly due to declining numbers of customers. Its too bad because there are no other stores like it near my home.

Very surprised to find a real used book store. Books were in very good condition with reasonable prices. My GF and I both were able to find books to buy. Glad to be able to support a retail brick and mortar store. Place was clean and well organized.

Ive been fully vaccinated for over two months but the COVID death cultists that work here chased me out for not wearing a mask. Ill take my business to Amazon or B&N in the future. Virtue signal your way out of business.

I love book revue its a charming bookstore right in Huntington village with friendly staff and a nice layout. I really enjoy the staff picks info cards under the books in case youre unsure of what you want. I will keep coming here for a long time

Within 15 minutes i found 5 must haves.... and the prices were crazy inexpensive. Staff was friendly and knows their stuff... huge selection. Cozy nooks and seats... cafe... like get off the couch potato routine and meet some cool nerds like me!

Best bookstore on Long Island! Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, and fantastic book store. Its a great place to get lost in and I love finding used books next to new ones, especially when you can accidentally find signed ones! They also have great events and an amazing cafe.

Always a great idea to support small businesses! The Book Revue offers a large selection of books, neatly organized, and even provides phenomenal access to outstanding authors and celebrities, when everything is normal of course. The staff is knowledgeable and there is even a little coffee shop!

Wonderful book store with a good selection. Quite a large selection the store harbours, so one can fine basically everything one wants. They also have a selection of older / rare books . The cafe corner is also nice to go grab a drink from on occasion.

Beware they don’t buy used books they buy brand new books as if they were just published. The lady was being very dismissive of most the books (over 75 books). All were good to excellent conditions. No rips or tears. All were sellable. Wasted my time and effort because they were so many and only offered 9 dollars for 15 books. As for the rest I have to find another store who isn’t so dismissive because I took really good care of them. All the worker was doing was making so many excuses. I 100% don’t recommend this place to sell your valuable book to inexperienced workers. Very unprofessional.

I cant express my healthy obsession with Book Revue enough. This independent bookstore is a must see whenever you are in the Huntington area. I always enjoy discovering a new book gem or receiving the new tote bag that I am really enjoying walking around with.

Lots of my favorite writers for a fraction of the cost. Books are always better in rotation and this store helped me recognize that.decent poetry section and lots of the beatnik writers featured too.

One of the staff members had a very bad attitude. She was not at all accommodating of my underlying health condition making it hard for me to breathe and insisted that I wear my mask over my nose. I will never patronize any business that displays such utter arrogance and sanctimony and blatant disregard for the health conditions of its patrons.

Brick and mortar bookstores are magical places and this one is no exception. They have a great selection.

Book Revue is a bibliophiles delight. Its a sizeable store but not quite as big or as bright as the B&N I usually frequent on Old Country Road in Carle Place. And thats what gives it its charm. Its an old fashioned book store that has been there forever. I urge you to support this staple of Huntington. Bookstores are going the way of the wind because books are going the way of the wind. Small brick and mortar businesses have been struggling for years and the fact that Book Revue is still open despite COVID is deeply gratifying.A small cafe is incorporated into the store. And there are numerous places to eat in the surrounding area. Staff is helpful. Rare, first/limited editions can be purchased here. Check it out!!

Book Revue is the kind of store you can wander around for hours if youre any breed of bookworm. Theyve got tables worth of books that are on clearance if youre feeling frugal, and a never-ending row of shelves for their full priced stuff. Everything is well organized and the feeling of the store is nice and relaxed; like you can really go at your own pace browsing everything.

This is the best book store on Long Island. Huge selection. If they dont have what youre looking for, theyll special order it for you. Most books discounted off retail. Great staff and coffee shop. My personal favorite.

One of the last bastions for local bookstores here on Long Island. This place has been here all 32 years of my life and I hope it never goes away. It is a landmark of Huntington Village and a part of its history.

This has been my favorite Independent bookstore since childhood. Variety, vibe, and cost are all perfection. Nowhere I’d rather spend a day than wandering around in Book Revue.

I had a hard time finding a book to purchase, so I asked the friendly staff to recommend me a love story. One of them recommended me three books he thought I’d be interested in, and I selected the one I thought seemed the coolest from the synopsis he gave me of each one. I’m glad I had this place recommended to me by my Hispanic Literature teacher.

Great bookstore! It reminds me of the old bookstore I went to in the city as a kid. Staff members are very helpful. Venue gets many wonderful authors for signings and talks.
