Francesca T was amazing. I avoided salons my whole life because no one could manage my curly hair. Its very unique. Most salons, even high end expensive ones, would either fry my hair or they just couldnt figure out what to do. I could not believe how beautiful my hair came out at Ulta. Francesca knew what to do and she was so friendly. I am impressed. I have found my new place.Update, had my second visit here and still love them. Francesca colored my hair and was able to cover all the grey. Fantastic job. I also saw Cirila who was able to fix the mistakes I had made with my eyebrows. She did an amazing job. Once again they dont pass judgement, they just help solve the issues. That is huge for me. So now adding her services to my routine as well. Thank you guys once again.

Beth is seriously the fairy godmother of all things hair. Another salon DESTROYED my beautiful hair and Beth took what I came in with and performed a complete 180° transformation. I seriously couldnt be happier with how my hair looks now. I will definitely be coming back here for all my follow ups, treatments, and EVERYTHING. If youve never been here, my advice is to see Beth 110%.

I am giving this Ulta location 2 stars due to the fact that is impossible to shop in comfort. The store was boiling hot. The poor girls working their were sweating terribly. I find it reprehensible to treat your customers and your employees with such disregard. From here on out I will be taking all my business to Sephora.

I went to this location today trying to see what this fest they were having was. What a cool time! It was loads of fun. I was greeted by Britney who was so smiley and happy her energy was contagious. She had all these people around her and everyone was enjoying it. I got some free stuff and 1 coupon to use in the store. When I checked out I got another one. When I left finally Britney was not there so i just wanted to say thank you and keep up that energy! The whole store from top to bottom was so nice.

Bethany answered the phone when I called in and I’m just going to say that she was AMAZING and such a sweetheart she got me in last minute and I got treated amazing by Eileen who did my hair. She was great and so sweet she did amazing on my hair I absolutely love it and I will be going back to do my hair and other services as well everyone was truly nice to me while I was there it was AMAZING

Go see Julianna in the hair salon here! I can’t even explain how amazing she was. She was attentive, caring and very sweet. Her #1 goal was to make sure I was not only satisfied but knowledgeable about my hair and the service. I’d reccomed her to anyone who is looking to get their hair cut, colored or styled.

Ulta employees always very helpful however, I didnt get my birthday bonus gift. Birthday was less than 2 weeks ago. Maybe I needed more points to get a birthday gift?

Had my hair cut and colored at Ulta Huntington by a lovely girl named Doreen. She was very professional and took her time understanding exactly what I wanted. I was very happy with the results. My haircut was perfect and the color was better than I envisioned. I will be using Doreen as my stylist from now on.

This store is very nice and conveniently located in wall Whitman mall .they have large variety of the beauty products. i bought some perfumes for xmas presents, they gave me a very good prices and discounts and also give me some free samples. Staff is very nice and helpful.

Customer service is not only mediocre is overall rude. The manager has little to no customer service skills she is dismissive and has a very careless attitude. I thought maybe she just didnt want to help me personally but she behaved in this manner with other customers inside the store as well. I decided to take my business elsewhere.

I got my hair cut here a couple days ago. The girl who did it (Doreen) was nice and conversational, but I dont think Ive EVER received a worse haircut and style in my entire life. I literally came home, washed my hair again, looked in the mirror at my haircut and cried! I wish I could upload a picture and show you, but I think I would be too embarrassed. I had a very important interview the next day, too! Shame. Definitely canceling my next visit.
