I was in earlier to stock up on my soaps (LOVE LOVE LOVE THE FALL SCENTS) but, the sales associate that helped me was ridiculous. I had a young blonde woman follow me around the store HARASSING ME and PRESSURING ME to buy EVERYTHING I picked up. So so so pushy and I felt guilted when I decided not to purchase the $30 candle I just wanted to sniff. I will not be returning to this location

Went in with my youngest. Its B&BW, they are all the same. It has a large selection of items, but much of it is too pricey for what it is. Yeah they have deals where you buy 3 and get 2 free, but who the hell needs that much. Just give me one for a fair price. A 1oz hand cream was $7. Really?I guess someone has to pay for the 18 employees I counted just in the front of the store, maybe a few more in the back?

I havent been to this store in 15 years!!!! Someone gave me a $25.00 gift card for my birthday! OMG! I got Mango Mai Tai room spray, and anti-bacterial gel and Tiki Island Margarita!!!

Major sale today in my email per advertisement so I swung by. Too bad the salespeople decided they were done dealing with people more than a half hour before closing. Earlier than 6:30pm and we were chased out when we tried to enter. Asked what time they close and they said 7pm. Convenient on a day of major sales for Black Friday.The salesperson had a sour look on her face like she bit into a lemon. What’s the point of working sales if you need work on sales technique?Fan of bath and body works but I won’t be going to this one again.

Lots of items at 50% off, dedicated entry and exit to the store . Purchased a couple of small items for home and hand sanitizer to keep in the car.

This was my first time in a mall since COVID began and I have to applaud the entire staff at this B&BW location. They were all so kind and adhered to all the required regulations, etc. Honestly, best B&BW experience ever.

This place really put safety measures & social distancing in place! Very clean & organized, and most importantly has soaps and sanitizers in stock! Will definitely come back!

It was EXCELLENT. There was a new fragrance I wanted in the travel size. I asked a sales associate and she advised me that it was not made in the travel size for that fragrance. I asked another sales associate by the name of Kaitlin do they carry that fragrance in the travel size because I didnt see it. She immediately went to the back and retrieved it for me then went above and beyond by asking if it was a gift and supplying me with a ribbon and wrap. As long as BBW continues to have associates like Kaitlin that took the extra time to try and satisfy my needs. I will make that my home store although it is 30 minutes out of my way.
