Horrible customer service from the cashier. management needs to train some of these people better, how to greet customers & how to be polite. never had a bad experience until i came to this location.

The phone customer service is slow, I waited 15 mins on the phone, just to know if there was a fenty foundation in stock.

If I could rate negative stars I would she did a horrible job and rushed doing my makeup my eyelashes were half on when I got in the car my lips looked uneven my false eyelashes were half on What I asked for vs what I got wasnt even cutting it close my boyfriend said my eyes looked like yin and yang it was horrible save yourself the money and time

Very nice if a need a mens cologne this is my destination they let you test and take your time all the fragrances and if you ask for samples they will give them to you and my wife just love everything else about. The only thing I have to said negative is the staff use to be better in this particular location.but they are not bad.

Janel who was the assistant for my 30 min facial is absolutely amazing! Shes so sweet and so down to earth. Educated me in the products I purchased and explained carefully of every step she was doing. I didnt feel rushed and she answered all my questions, esp not making me feel dumb as I dont use much makeup. I def will be returning for all my future services through Janel. I left in such a good mood and with clean skin! Speechless at what a 30 min facial did; dont underestimate it! Definitely worth it!

Specifically asked for cruelty free product. Before purchasing $50 worth of cream, specifically asked again if the product was cruelty free and assured it was. Came home and checked three sites, all of which had a warning that the product absolutely DID Test on animals

A virtual candy store of color and surprise, not to mention the best in skin care options. Great place to learn about new product launches and chat up the lovely ladies and gents who totally know there stuff and can help anyone zero in on skin concerns or suitable makeup choice and application. Definitely take advantage of the multitude of classes ... so fun ... the take away inspired and beyond ! Love the new store format. Easy flow ... always someone to greet and assist. Absolutely disgusted with the service. I went up to an employee ask if she had any time to color match me since I wanted to try the new hourglass foundation. I didn’t like how she made me feel like I was bothering her by asking that. Anyways color matches me we gong the right one and then I come home to try it out which I’m excited for and the color is not the one she tried on my face I am medium and she gave me a 4 tones darker. I’m so unhappy ! I will never shop at that location ever. You have one job to do and that is to make sure your customer are 100 percent satisfied well not in This case.

Located inside the Walt Whitman Shopping Center located off of Route 110 servicing Huntington Station and the adjoining areas of Suffolk County. Clean facilities with a wheelchair accessible entrance to. Close to stores and restaurants. Reasonably priced. Credit cards accepted. Staff is ok. We will most likely be going back.

I went to Sephora looking to match myself to a specific foundation. When I realize the store was out of the product and didn’t have a tester I was very disappointed. I try to have one of the beauty associate help me but she seemed to be bothered by me needing help. Then as a second try, I had a beauty sales associate named Amanda (with a little heart after her name on her tag). She was unbelievably helpful and showed me other options and even offered to make me a sample of two colors to try. When I go back I will always look for her to help! Thanks Amanda!!

Love this store, Janella was my go-to makeup assistant, but i havent seen her for a while. All the staff are helpful and friendly. However, I feel the employees need to be trained a lot more on makeup products, new and old, and should advise customers based on their specific needs, such as skin tone, skin type and face shape. Each brand offers different selling points and each new product is not going to suit everyone. Sephora employees do seem to lack this knowledge, and I have noticed at this particular store there is a high staff turnover which i do not appreciate as i would like to work with staff who know me and my style. Also when you see high staff turnover, it usually means the working conditions are not satisfactory and so that does concern me too as a customer.

I was just saying the same thing to someone today that others have already said here. To add to the other comments...don’t go to this location if you’re above 55. They just are not interested in helping senior women look their best.

Great store, wasnt crowded like the NYC locations. Was able to try the samples placed by the staff --no one asked if I needed help. I was free to roam about smelling the perfumes.

Pretty blonde girl went so out of her way to help me match my discountinued LaPrarie tinted moisturizer. By the time we were done, we were both covered in tinted moisturizer. She was patient and so kind. Also gave me a sample of another one they didnt have

What an awful expierence. I have never felt so judged and disrespected in a beauty store. The employees were uninformative and mean. I will NEVER be returning to this store.

Not really satisfied with their customer service. I went fir a make up foundation match had to wait more than 34 minutes for someone to help, and then they told me I had to wait for make up person.which the wait was even longer. Couldnt find anything.
