I came in for an eye exam and to get new glasses. Shadi helped me pick out glasses, as well as sunglasses. She immediately knew exactly what would look best on me. I bought 2 pair of glasses based on her recommendation. Shadi and the store manager Tom create an incredible store atmosphere. We have purchased our glasses here for the past few years. Just came in for a nose pad repair and to purchase lens cleaner. The repair was completed quickly (and at no charge). Overall, an excellent experience and great service.

I went here to check out new glasses and found a couple I was interested in. Kevin was very helpful in showing me certain styles that would be suited to my facial structure. Additionally, they even molded a pair to help me feel how it would feel and look for a better fit. Unfortunately, they do not take my insurance for the eye exam, but once I have gotten my prescription, I will be sure to return to get the glasses I had my eye on.

After having plenty of bad experiences at Cohens and their pushy sales people, I decided to give LensCrafters a try. Boy, am I happy I did. I think what got me in the door is that its right by the south entrance of the mall. This is great since I hate walking through the mall. As soon as I stepped in, I was greeted by a lovely gentleman and even though the store was busy, I still felt like I was given the proper attention. I told them what I was there for and they looked up my insurance and signed me up for an exam. The last time I went, Jeny made the whole process very easy and she was very helpful in helping me choose my frames. Not pushy like other stores. This is where I go to get my glasses and I wont go anywhere else. They always adjust my glasses with no issues anytime I need it. I appreciate the wonderful service!!

I have to say every time that I need something or I’m in a pinch lens crafter a Huntington in Walt Whitman Mall has absolutely been the best with their customer service in terms of getting my glasses adjusted lens cleans any damage to any of the frames.Liz one of the associates and all for that matter, at the location has been absolutely amazing and all the years that I started going to LensCrafters.I feel like they are friends and I’ve known them for years since I’ve been getting my frames and lenses from them their cheerful happy personality when entering makes for an amazing welcoming experience

I was at Lens Crafters last week looking for new frames and I must say this was one of the best experiences I’ve had at an eyeglass store. From the moment I walked in everyone was super friendly and welcoming. Jenny, the sales associate who helped me, was amazing. She didn’t just ty to sell me any pair of frames. She took her time and suggested what would work best without pressuring me into buying anything. She was very patient with me and made my experience there wonderful!

The representatives at the store is wonderful they are polite courteous and professional they understand your needs and are experts in the field and an expert in each insurance company and what covers when they don’t know they rely on each other and collaborate and research and well during their power and training to get to the answer even if it’s not then they will follow up with you one thing I will say is that I wish Minecraft offer at home delivery Wednesday the glasses are done but I’ll send it to fit everything up but maybe they can work on that and also may be a better breakdown of the receipt and I got a better tracking when you order is done

Went to get new prescription sunglasses and Liz my usual lady was not there but Rebecca was wonderful and helped me pick out new glasses. She took a pic of me in all the frames I liked and then showed me how I looked in them to help me to decide. She also pointed out some frames on sale. My husband and I always go here for our eye exams and our prescription glasses. They are all very helpful

Stopped in Lens Crafters to repair a sunglass frame that had lost a screw. They fixed that pair and straightened out the frame on the Ray Bans that I was wearing. Cleaned both pairs and was on my way in 5 minutes. Awesome service

The employees here are friendly and super knowledgeable. I have been coming here for years and I wouldnt go anywhere else.

They are ready to set you up from the get-go. I just mentioned I have a scheduled appointment and was greeted nicely and lead to the reception. I came in early for my appointment and was seen by a really friendly technician and then a doctor way before my time. Prices are very affordable, the staff knows what they are doing and enjoy it. Heck, they even made an effort to try to make me the glasses the same day, looking for lenses in their stock, and they didnt have to! They are not to intrusive when you try out different glasses, but notice when you need a tray, or are confused and need to ask a question. I honestly believe these guys should be appreciated for the work they are putting there, especially now during the pandemic. Great work! Keep it up!

Horrible pu glasses After wearing them and realizing they werent correct I went back .They asked what was wrong admittedly I was a bit descriptive about it .Salesperson said shed would get the eye dr.Who proceeded to check the glasses There where 2 pairs one clear one sunglasses .She tried to catch me in a lie description of what was the problem I had said clear glasses seemed to be fine Sun glasses were hazy .She said they did there job and I needed to go back to my rye dr.I said again tbe clear ones are ok its just the sunglasses She reiterated her position I picked up my glasses and left .It was clear they would not remake the glasses 360$ ripoff.Do not go there go to a family owned business.

I have been a loyal customer for nearly two decades. My entire family have bought dozens of prescription glasses from them. Elizabeth is wonderful to work with. However, my last visit was horrific. Aside from having to return my latest pair of sunglasses three times ( I purchased three pairs at the same time), the Assistant Manager, Rebecca Bier was unprofessional, not helpful, angry, argumentative and discriminatory. I have been wearing progressive lenses for decades and understand how they work and how a proper fitting should fit. They werent sitting correctly on my face nor could I read and see without making significant head movements. I requested that I would like to exchange them since they have been adjusted three times. The Assistant manager was displeased in my decision and assured me she could make them work for me. I told her I would be more comfortable exchanging them for a different pair since it was the third time for them to fix it. She became more agitated rolling her eyes, huffing under her breath and stating wheres the other pair you want?. I replied, I havent looked for them yet. As I got up from my seat, to look for a different frame, she murmured a discriminatory, offensive expletive under her breath at me and my sister who was with me . My sister stated, what did you say? She became more aggressive and angry. Her behavior, demeanor, body language, and words were unacceptable and hurtful in the exchange. I requested a refund and will not be doing business with them again.
