I bought furniture here in mid -August. The furniture I got is good enough for me with the price I paid. I got a living room set ( sofa / loveseat) and a dinette set. Its faux leather and is good enough for me. I dont know much about the furniture but If you want to buy furniture, its a good place to check out.

I was very disappointed in there customer service. I walked in on 10/23/21 morning to buy a matress for my home and I walked in the store and no one try to help me. So I asked a lady standing there, I ask her where they have the matreses? She just pointed her finger where they where. I went to see m, she wasnt there to help out. I was looking for a particular matress (e.king), and I ask her if she had it. She said they dont carry it, but it was a special order. I said ok. She said her computer was down. I felt she was not trying to help out all the time. I felt discriminated. She probably thought I had no money. But I was tbere to spend $2000 or more. Her lost. Her name was Patty. I made my buisness some where else. Got my matress the same same day...

Really Good Furniture i Bought My Sofas From Here And also great service 5/5

Some of the material of the parts of the furniture its really bad quality. We bought a set of sofas that becomes bed and the wheels didnt last long to get mess up. They last about 5 months and are broken by now.

Furniture is super cheap and defective,and expensive, not worth it, even if you get warranty from them as well no help whatsoever,it’s a scam avoid this place at all costs.

Michaels are the worst they sold me a defective sofa bed which has been in my home for 2 weeks. It is ripping and the all they are willing to do is pick it up and repair it and then return it after 2 or 3 days, to make things worse the girl I was taking to hung up on me. Never buy anything from them. go anywhere else. They get 1 star because without it I cannot post.

SHOP IN THIS PLACE IS EASY AND THE AGENTS SO AMABILITY, FOR MI AND MY WIFE SPECIALY MANUEL, BUT EVERY VARY HAVE NICE ACTITUD.

The only place I know that will charge you 1200 for a washing machine that do not come with the washer cords then to charge you $130 to deliver and if you pay your monthly payment off too fast you get charged more 🤬 talk about having a banana put in your tailpipe🤔

This place was terrible and the service was horrible. We got stuck in the elevator and it doesn’t even work. Nobody helped us and we felt horrible. Please fix your elevators and better service !!!!

Worst experience I’ve ever had. These people only have good customer service with Hispanic people. I walk in, one of the salesperson approach me and my husband. She immediately tells me I need to apply to even see if I qualify for anything there (because I was black in Huntington Park). I tell her I want to at least see the merchandise to see if there is anything to my liking that is worth applying for, she insists that I need to apply to see anything. She sits me down and “pretends” like she put my info in the computer and tells me “well you don’t qualify”. I have good credit and a good job but she just didn’t want me to do business there so she said anything to run me off. She didn’t provide alternatives, she was perfectly fine with how she treated me and didn’t care that business was walking out the door. Her supervisors were sitting right there watched the whole interaction and didn’t even bother to chime in to defuse the situation. I went to the location because I always receive text talking about the good deals they have with a $40 down payment which is false advertisement because they only offer that to HISPANICS. Such a shame that I even had this experience at this place. The experience was so bad that I will never go in that area ever again because of that experience I believe they don’t like black people over there period also considering that there are none in that area which is why the first black persons they saw, they ran off. Crazy smh.

This store is the best place to shop at for your furniture and house appliances. We went to Best Buy and probably 2 other stores but ended up getting our new stove here. Mario Gonzalez gave us the best service there could be. He explained everything and made sure we were satisfied with our order. Took Care of shipping and we got a nice little gift. Dont shop here. The customer service is terrible, they take forever delivering the furniture to your house even after an extra charge. And i had to keep calling asking when they would bring it and the guy just wouldnt answer my phone, but he answered when i called through a different one and the pretended like he was busy but yet had time to answer a number he didnt recognize. I also had a problem with the furniture they didnt build it right and now they dont answer back. Overall a bad place to spend your money at.

Went there when we needed furniture for our first apartment as newlyweds yes yes. The customer service is great very attentive and respectful. So far we have gotten our daughters twin beds with mattress and our sofa bed. With more purchases to come!!!

Looking for nice good quality furniture this is the place.! Ask for Eduardo, super patient and very friendly took our time without feeling like someone breathing down your neck... good guy.. my advice to anyone buying always ask for a little discount! Theirs always a little they can cutoff.... always... but this place is good... ps youll always come across the lazy employees I saw a few at this place... but Eduardo was not one...

Really liked this place and Hugo took care of me all the way through delivery. I checked out Living Spaces first but ended up buying here. Way better quality and prices!

I had a very good experience here. The salesman was nice. The prices are good and the quality of the furniture is good as well. They really do try their best to get you approved for credit but if they are unable to get you approved, they offer other payment options as well. I definitely recommend anyone in search of furniture to stop by and see what they have. Im sure youll find something that you like. There are 3 floors and they sell appliances as well.

Will not honor a price they had for some couches i wanted to purchase Original Price said $1,999Sign said 20% off sale but had a price reduced of 1,799 thats only 10% off when there sign says 20%The sales person said it was a misprint when more than one item had the sign with 20% off

When I first arrived to Michaels Furniture I was greeted by Fabiola Alva. She was very helpful by letting me know about the payment plans and she was very clear about the whole process while purchasing my furniture. They have great deals !! She had extraordinary customer service and shes a great sales representative!

DO NOT buy mattresses at this place. I bought one at over $1k, in less than a year later the mattress had a big hole on one side, now the whole mattress feels like a old one. I call the store and just because the mattress had a little tiny stain they didnt want to change it. IKEA has better quality and cheaper. Never shopping at Michaels again.

This store had a Memorial day sale and we were the first customers thru the door and upon purchase the dang recliner was not in store. Okay so we pay and agree to pick it up Wed.On Wed. the store doesnt have our chair ready for pick up. Ugh. So dissatisfied even though the manager resolved this by delivering without fee but not until Friday

I purchased furniture through financing. It was delivered to my home the guys that came to deliver damaged my floor the guys were old and they were not paying attention to what they were doing. I contacted the store and Juan came to see my floor he took a piece of the vinyl that was on more floor in my home and never returned. I went two weeks without hearing from them and i received a letter in the mail stating the contract i sign states they are not liable for damage to the floor or other items. I will be filing a lawsuit against them for damages they did the first day i moved in my apartment. I WILL SEE YOU IN COURT JUAN AND PLEASE BRING THE CONTRACT STATING YOU CAN DELIVER GOODS AND DAMAGE PROPERTY AND NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR IT..

Nice furniture

Flimsy, cheap materials and overblown prices. There are definitely other stores with better quality and prices. We left almost immediately after finding that most of the furniture had the durability of cardboard. Sales rep was also rude to my mother and made her very uncomfortable.

Whats the point of attempting to buy on credit when you have to give a 35-50% deposit on what you are buying? Omg, if for any reason you happened to be one day late on your payment get ready to be harass from this Salvador guy, who thinks he can be abusive and rude to you for been late, hey life happens and sometimes you cant make it to the store on time. Honestly, I was a good customer since 1999 and since 3 years ago or so there service and everything else has declined. Two thumbs down for Michaels furniture store.

This furnitures politics sucks the are very irresponsible look out if you buy more than one item on promotion they will create a second account without letting you know then guess what when the due date for payment comes on that account you are not aware and there you go you incurred into a late charge the store will blame it on the bank which is wrong because the bank only lends the credit they do not create accounts.I even spoke to the Store manager Steve he wasnt willing to help me at all bad bad service.Finally i called synchrony bank and got it solved but again they told me it was the furnitures mistake anyway PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR. BUY ANYWHERE ELSE BUT THIS FURNITURE THEY DESERVE THIS NASTY REVIEW

This place is has horrible customer satisfaction and their laptop devices are not good.I personally do not recommend it. I have been dealing this issue with them for a while and I wouldnt wish the same thing for you people..

Just purchased my bedroom set 2 weeks ago had trouble from the delivery up until now.. now that im sweeping under my bed the legs that support the matress came off..And just a couple of weeks someone called me to ask about my review explainned the problem because im still unhappy w my 3000$ purchase i spent 4300 though, and she asked me what can they do, i said you guys can come and adjust that support from my bed,she quickly gave me the cold shoulder and let me go,and still nothing was done... i want to buy more stuff def not going here...
