I was extremely impressed with the HB Big Lots at Beach And Atlanta . John as well as Sean were so helpful helping me to find a product which was hard to find. As well as the female employee at the front helping with checkout too. Great teamwork, clean store, easy to get help. I highly recommend this store.It’s nice to see there are still great stores with 5 star service!

Went into store today. It was messy and poorly stocked. We did not wait in line at all. A very nice young man from New Jersey helped us. He was happy and personable while he worked. The blonde behind him stopped helping her customer to tell ge to be quiet and work. He was completely embarrassed. I asked him a question and he answered me and she did it. I proceeded to tell her she was rude and she told me she wasnt being rude there were customers waiting. I told her that I was a customer and appreciated his happy attitude in this trying time. I love big lots but if I walk in again and see her at a register I will leave. She turned into what was a positive experience into a 1 star. The young man would have gotten it a 5 star.

I came in looking from outdoor lights the manager was very helpful and help me save the 15% and was very friendly.

Clean and organized

I enjoy Big Lots. I purchase a lot of things there they save me quite a bit of money. This time I was looking for a new mat, for my front door. Looking online, Big Lots had a lot to offer. There were having a sale. I saw a mat I liked. Went there and got the last one for $10.00. Was asked several times by staff if I was finding everything okay. Store is clean. Much parking. I also bought a candle in a jar on clearance. Will go back for coffee mugs. I really like this store.

Looking for a phone case and found it here for $5.00 (all the phone stores and big box places wanted $25/$30./$35./$40.) An arm and a leg for a phone case. this is where you buy chargers and ear buds( GOOD QUALITY for REASONABLE $).

This store is always well stoked has pretty much everything that I need and want. Prices are great, you defiantly get items much cheaper here then u would at most other stores . The sales clerks seem friendly and they are really helpful as well.. Overall the shopping experience each time I go here is great.. DEFIANTLY RECOMMEND DEFIANTLY GOING BACK WHEN EVER IM IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD.. THANKS 4 THE GREAT EXPERIENCE.

The staff had great attitudes. Very helpful. Louie went out of his way to make sure we knew about all the options they had in pool and patio accessories.

Nice store. Some of the items ate really a good deal...proved significantly lower than other stores. Some items about the same.We purchased our new patio set here at the start of summer. I was surprised at the quality for the price. We had looked at Lowes, Home Depot, Target, Wall Mart and the set we liked the most was at Big Lots. The price was great too.Staff is always friendly.

Its your traditional Big Lots. Good pricing and a limited selection on items. I will say the staff was much better than what I expected and was very helpful. They didnt have what I was looking for but I ended up purchasing some of the things that were useful and inexpensive.

I always find something in this store...fun to shop here.

Helpful sells people and clean store

Not gonna lie, this Big Lots is surprising in terms of what it offers in comparison to its counterparts (and even competitors.) There is usually a lot of items stocked and the prices wouldve made my frugal grandmother say Oh, good deal! Wish the displays and stores appeared more vibrant (and that their POS systems joined the rest of us in the 21st Century) but those are pretty minor complaints when you realize that the trade-off comes with the deals one finds when they shop here.

Prices are low and they have a lot if stock. I especially like there unique chips they carry. They have a good selection of electronics and furniture! Other than the low prices the other plus is that I have never had any kind of issue returning items. Big lots definite plus!

Its great if you do not know what you are looking for. Go in expecting nothing and come out with some good deals. You do need to watch the price as some items are really not cheaper and are much older.

Love Big Lots! Im there every week. They have a little bit of everything and up to date with the latest trends for a fraction of the price. You cant beat that!

Hardly ever crowded! Easily in another pretty fast I have tons of stuff just know what youre shopping for exclamation white good quality I have some of my home décor from there and you would never know its from big lots
