Decent selection of kraft brews and wine available here. Good due to proximity to where we were staying, but it is liquor store prices. Found same and more economical prices at grocery store. Will drop by next time I need beer and not able to drive to the grocery store.

One star because my credit card info was stolen by the cashier at this store. I’m very confident that it happened here for a few reasons. I live in Nevada, visited HB on the 28th and used my card only at this store, paid cash everywhere else I went in CA. Fraudulent charges started up on the 29th all over LA. The last time I had used my card before this started was in Reno.I remember as I was checking out the cashier took my card from my hand to run it at the register rather than having me use the credit card terminal at the counter. Reviewing my charges with my bank after they flagged the fraudulent charges we realized I never even got charged for the beer I bought there, though charges I made in Reno after returning from the trip did show up.I don’t have perfect proof but I’m pretty confident the cashier stole my card. There was no other opportunity for my card to have been scanned in LA and all of the other recent use was 9 hours away in Reno. If you do shop here be alert, maybe pay cash.

Great selection of craft beers for me and wine for the wife. I’ve lived in the neighborhood for 30 years, seen lots of owners come and go. Current owners are great. Always great you with a smile and a friendly word.

A local favorite. easy access by foot sometimes car depending on the day of the week. Good people and good vibes here only. I will return
