Im astounded at the poor customer service here. I asked for help and was given advice. I purchased the product that was recommended and instead of bewitching blue I got NOTHING. When I tried to return it they acted like I was a liar (my stylist had Aqua left from a previous visit so used that, but they said it was just proof that their product works.) Beliw photos show color after 20 and 30 minutes of processing.

I asked the owner about locking gel for dreadlocks. She gave me a nasty face and said we dont have none of that and walked away... None of that meaning any products for African American consumers. Shop at your own risk at this establishment!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

Love this store! Always find what I need and much more! They really know the products they carry and are always willing to help!

Felt like I was being stalked the whole time. Asking once if someone needs help is fine, asking twice is sufficient, asking more then that while following them up and down the aisles.. thanks for making people feel welcomed awesome job guys!

This is the worst beauty shop i have ever been to! And there is this one asain worker that is extremely rude! She thinks she owns the shop, and i bought eyebrow color for 20$ and i asked her i need a light brown color but she gave me en extremely dark color. My hair was bright and my eyebrows turned very dark. The day after i bought the color i went to return it because they have a 10 day return policy, but she didnt give me money back or store credit and she was very very rude to me. I will never come back to this store and i ask that other people dont come here because they are rude and liars.

They are plainly racist and extremely rude. During a 20 minute visit staff would slowly walk by us eyeing us and our bags up and down. They only asked if we needed help three or four times while they collectively passed us by at least 25 times not even pretending to mess with the shelves or anything. When they told me to stop playing with a fancy glass nail file you could tell in their voice they were proud to correct my behavior.Apparently they are the only store with a good selection for miles and thats the only reason we came there because this attitude was expected.They have loads of stuff and a salon in the back though.

Bought Cailyn Line-Fix Gel Eyeliner in Charcoal (color) yesterday (Friday, September 25th), but when I went to use it, it was very difficult to apply. Never had this issue with Cailyn gel eyeliners before, as I have bought some in the past at Pro Beauty Center. And ALWAYS had excellent results. These particular liners have incredible staying power, the color stays true, and best of all you can get either a thick or thin line. This had to be a fluke with the gel drying out prematurely.Anyways, I returned this am with the eyeliner and my RECEIPT, and the owner and staff were so gracious about letting me swap it out for another one that wasnt dried out. In fact, Kandi, a charming young woman with great customer service skills, was kind enough to check the other Cailyn charcoal gel liners for me to make certain I wouldn’t have the same issue. I trusted her judgment on the matter. After I arrived home, and tried the swapped one, it WORKED GREAT!! Easy to apply and this is absolutely my new favorite color.I enjoy shopping here, they have a high assortment of beauty products at fair prices, extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff, plus, I always use my Pro Beauty Center preferred card that gives me a 10% discount, so what’s not to love about this place?** Okay, so if they offered free donuts with every purchase, Id love them more!! : >
