This was my 1st time back in several years and I loved it! I felt comfortable and everything was fully explained to me.

My technician is fantastic. I have never been a fan of waxing before i found EWC. Thye wax is smooth and not sticky AT ALL. They clean and prep very diligently and are very accommodating for issues. The only reason for the 4 stars is for the front reception team. They need more training. Seems that almost every time we are there they cant figure out something with the system for payments. Also not a fan of the late policy. That really should be adjusted. If the guest ahead of you is 15 minutes late but you are on time, they will take the late person first therefore making you wait much much longer than you should. If that happens again i will go elsewhere. My time is scheduled for me not waiting on someone else. If youre late then you should be made to wait. Please change this policy.

They do a pretty good job here but they get people in and out as fast as possible. Some of the girls really do a good job and offer you highlighter for your brows or fill them in for you when you leave but some offer nothing... that treatment should be standard.

My wife loves this place very nice staff

High quality and quick service. It only took 20 mins to finish all treatment and payment. All staffs were friendly.

Mary is hands down the best aesthetician I have ever had! I have had over a dozen in my years of being waxed. She is kind, gentle and so great at what she does. She greets me by my first name and always remembers my wants and always makes sure I am happy and comfortable. I have bought the unlimited pass three years in a row just because of her services. She always makes me look and feel like a million bucks! The Bella Terra location is my favorite because the front desk girls are always so sweet and always remember me. Thanks for the great customer service!

Nicole has been my waxer for abut a year now or more. I love her. My friend and i have 7 children between us so we always make appointments one after the other so we can watch each others kids. The girls at the front desk are always so sweet to our kids. They always remember us and check us right in. The girls often come out and talk to all the kids. The receptionists are always willing to help accommodate my friend and I needing appointments together. I love this place. If youve never been here before, you get a free wax, or half off a more expensive wax. Try it, youll love it. They also offer unlimited waxing for a year or buy so many of a particular wax, get so many free. Makes the wax even cheaper.

Such a wonderful experience! I had same day engagement pictures and the staff was so accommodating! I needed an eyebrow and lip wax; since it was my first visit, my eyebrows were complimentary! The wax specialist sculpted my brows to my face shape and showed me how to align my brows with my bone structure, which no one has bothered to do before! I’m one happy customer!

I am giving it 4 stars because their customer service was great, even tho I was late, they didnt press me and took care of me ASAP. However, as much as I have been there before their wax I dont like it so much. They cant pull past. They do it by sections and not do a swift pull or else the wax break apart. This is not cool when you are doing a brazilian. I will for sure come back for my under arms.

I’ve been waxing here for over a year now and I usually have a wonderful relaxing 😌 time. Grace is awesome. But I did not get to have Grace one time and the girl I had did an ok job. It was so much more painful than with Grace. Then she said she had her own home business waxing and tried to get me to come there. I found this very unprofessional and rude. She also just decided on her own that my upper lip needed to be waxed and just did it. I have little to no hair on my face. When I left I was so mad and did inform the front staff and they took care of it. I still love love ❤️ this place and the after care products are amazing 😉. Thank you 😊 for your kindness especially to Grace. I love 💗 her !!

Tiffany is maven of her craft and she is a delight to boot! Her room is always clean and orderly. During rush hour restaurant or shopping times, give yourself about 10 to 15 minutes to park and walk.

What a relief to have finally found a consistent place for my beauty needs! I have consistently every month for years now and European Wax Center always provides great professional service. I know I will always be taken care by whomever I set an appointment with. This company truly takes care to produce consistently professional estheticians. The only drawback is that their App is currently only available on Apple. Still, phoning in for appointment corrections have always been easy and quick.

Be careful what you read. Do your reasearch. I did not and regretted it. Waxing can and most likely will give you ingrown hairs. When the wax pulls your hairs your hairs can sometimes break off, allowing your skin to cover the hair and create an ingrown hair. They are so painful and are not easily to get rid of. Unless you are doing small areas for touch up, I do not recommend. Lazer is way more clean and easy, also long lasting. Waxing does not make the hairs go away for ever, just temporary.

Quick and friendly service. The price is pretty reasonable. They also offer nose wax for free for the first time visiter.

I called from inside a salon, so understandably there was background noise; the person on the line said they couldn’t hear me so I stepped outside and asked if it was any better. The amount of sarcasm and irritation in the tone of her voice instantly changed my mind! Customer service is number one, and there is absolutely no excuse for the lack of professionalism. Please train the staff here to do their job and at least pretend they would like clients.

I love European wax center! Their wax is amazing! Their products are great too just wish they wouldnt increase the prices so often.

Love love love my waxer. Previous experience, different salon was HORRIBLE and extremely painful. Now its relaxing and pain free, I am sooooo addicted! The salon is clean and neat but .. the front office girls are always trying to help 5 people at once and they never answer their phone UGH! Please get more help or let your calls go into a call center which can handle your appointments and questions.

Usually do walk-ins and have never waited more than 10 minutes. Really nice staff.

Worst place ever! I have never been to a place where my wife and I have treated like we were Poor white trash at a Middle-class mall. Treated my wife horribly! This set up a appointment and then told us that the appointment was not at that time that it was at another time and that they were unable to help us and that we would have to come back in a 3 1/2 hours. Extremely rude extremely unorganized extremely overpriced. My wife was look down upon because of the way she was dressed walking in by all the stuck up snobby want to be rich people that worked there. Avoid this place at all costs.
