I don’t normally post reviews; however, our experience at this dealership was so negative I feel the need to warn others about their sales tactics. Be aware, you will not be paying the advertised price for your vehicle. The advertised price is only their starting point; the fine print in their advertisement states that the total cost of the vehicle will include a dealer add in package that includes items such as a paint and fabric warranty, GPS tracking and other items. They refused to sell us the vehicle we were interested in without the additional package, which appeared to total approximately $4,000. We offered to pay the advertised asking price with an all cash offer and the sales manager told us “I don’t have to sell you a car”. Well, that’s the one thing he was correct about! Don’t waste your valuable time or money at a dealership like this one.

Im here to let others know to shop around.As far as buying, sales, and trades go;Tried to sell/trade in my 2018 Ram 3500 here, where I bought it new in 2018, and got low balled after being made to wait for over 90 minutes more than my estimated wait time. Took it elsewhere and got the money I wanted less than 24 hours later. Got offered the lowest end of blue book by Roh, 40,000 miles on the clock, then got $5k more up the street the next day. No wonder they dont have any nice used diesels in stock, just a few basic ones. I even gave him the chance to beat the price I got and he basically told me Im lying unless I get it in writing, so I gave him one last chance then hung up and sold it. All I can do is honor my word, when other people make it personal and think Im lying I just move on. Again, Im here to let others know to shop around.As far as service goes,I got the touch screen replaced here under warranty, and get random error messages on it now.I also got a backup sensor replaced under warranty, and Mark in service didnt care that I wasnt happy with having one sensor mismatched in color thanks to them. I expressed disappointment, and was told it would get fixed, but never heard back from them, which i knew would happen when we were having the conversation judging from his attitude. At least everyone here gets treated the same.... It doesnt matter if you just bought a $75,000 truck or if youre a walk-in with a beater Honda Civic. Expect to be treated like a number. Speed, time, and volume are their bread and butter here, not quality, care, and cost.

Was met quickly after arriving on the lot. Syd was very helpful with showing the vehicles I was looking for. Very helpful with all questions I had and getting a vehicle in my budget. They were willing to answer all questions and had it freshly cleaned while purchasing! Would recommend

They sell Jeeps and trucks for cheap and make their money back on service and added warranties. Take the vehicle and run, dont accept ANY extras from the dealership. Take advantage of their prices and get a third party warranty or just use the factory warranty! Their service is cheap too, i had a backup sensor replaced and they put the wrong color in so now i have one thats a different color and got blown off when I asked if it was going to get painted or changed to match. Service guy Mark never called me back or took me seriously. Not a good feeling when I paid them over $70,000 for the truck.

Smiles is what you get when you walk in. Every one is friendly, so sales customer service is great. I bought my truck two weeks ago and I am embarrassed to say I was pretty much tricked into thinking buying the used truck would include all the warranties they advertise. Well you do get them but they are added to your price tag, so be careful when signing and ask questions. Also they thrive to say that there cars are sold safe and the comply with CA policy. The tires on the truck barely passed the minimum requirements. I should have checked before I bought the vehicle but I trusted them, which was a huge mistake. I went in to see if we can do anything about the tires. The sales rep pretty much said that we bought a used vehicle so what do we expect. Well what I expect is for your standards of safety to be higher than normal. I could have taken my business somewhere else but I trusted this dealership, which I regret. After speaking to Marcos and Setting proper expectations what I’m looking to pay for a vehicle and a monthly payment range. Marcos saying it’s possible after I explained the situation. I drove an hour to this location and once discussing numbers with the manager and it’s the complete opposite of what I was looking for. Starts playing the game on why I didn’t buy the car at the other dealership. I know what I want and how much I’m willing to pay and what I qualify for. Why waste my time just tell me no it’s not possible. I’m sure There’s no accountability that is going to happen after this review Because the looks on yelp there’s a few complaints for a similar situation for the lies.

From the second you walk in you could feel the great energy of the place! All of the workers here are incredible to work with. The team assured that I walked out of the dealership with exactly what I was looking for that fit my price range. Franco has been incredible from start to finish. Safi assured us that all of the paperwork was handled properly, and even stayed overtime to do so! Lasso and George both did fantastic jobs at helping us find the car that suited us best. I recently bought a Used Nissan pickup truck here, overall ok experience. Everyone was friendly. My only gripe was that during the process I repeatedly asked for the out the door price but was bombarded to look at the monthly price which was not what I was looking for, and they let gave me the truck with a less than a half tank of gas. I was straight forward with what I wanted but got disappointed at the end. I love my truck but I have no good reason to recommend this dealership. Ron Cruz at the finance department was the most helpful person that helped me out during the transaction.

I should have believed the reviews and I regret not doing so. I had called ahead to schedule and Apt to look at truck 1 specifically and the truck I wanted had already been sold. I had specifically told the sales representative that I would be driving 3 hrs to come at the truck and they went ahead and booked my apt knowing the truck had been sold. Its a total bait they have you come in knowing the car advertised is not there. When confronted they just made excuses. I wouldnt recommend this place at all dont wouldnt trust thier sales associate Francisco.

I went to Huntington Beach Chrysler after shopping at three other Chrysler Dealers. Thank goodness I did. I met Chase Corning who helped me all day with test driving various models and showing me why the vehicle I thought I needed may have not been the best option for my family.A few hours later I drove off with a new Jeep Grand Cherokee with the correct build to suit my needs. Chase even bought my family some In N Out burger, and helped to deliver my new Jeep to my house thirty five miles away.We are 100% pleased with our new vehicle as well as the amazing deal Chase was able to negotiate on our behalf.Thank you Chase! As a first time buyer, I definitely was taken advantage of. BAIT AND SWITCH for sure. I should have written this review sooner but I am sure they are not willing to talk about the extra $10k they charged me without telling me. They will find their way around it just how they distracted us during financing. During the financing process, we didnt realize he didnt go over the numbers, hence being tried, hungry, waiting for hours. He told me to sign on the giant touch monitor while he talked about his off roading experience but its only zoomed in to the signature area. We trusted him, he seemed very nice. It wasn’t until I checked the usb drive when I got a hold of a laptop a few days later, since they don’t provide paperwork, that I noticed they added on items that I did not ask for, they did not inform me about, and so you do not have the option to opt out. They are not honest and nice people after all and should not be trusted. I originally gave a 5 star rating but had to change it to 1 after finding out the truth.I love my jeep but sometimes I get sad driving it knowing I was taken advantage of. It’s a daily reminder of these deceitful people. I would have given them a zero if I could. We should have read the reviews of this place before coming, it would have saved us time and money.

Waste of time. They charge you an additional $4000 of add ons which you dont need. This includes GPS tracking device (which by the way you can get from Best Buy for a fraction of the cost), and painting durability coat on a cars that are so new that they dont need them. They wont take this off, so you are forced to pay an extra $4000 on every car. They wont tell you this until you sit down with them. I wasted my time and gas to drive over there when they could have easily told me on the phone when I asked. They also are very laid back and not professional.

I had called the dealership regarding the car I liked and when I went in to look at the car the sales representative told me a different price altogether with a $5000 ad on for $12000 car. This felt like a shear dishonesty.While the negotiation for the car the sales manager also got extremely loud and made fun of my budget.I felt extremely embarrassed and shaken at the same time. There might be better experiences for other individuals but for me this was nothing less than a nightmare.
