A few bolts from my driver door were stripped and I couldn’t remove the door. I had taken the my car to a different shop and right way they denied me service. I stopped at K brothers and they were so helpful. I will definitely come back and recommend all my friend to here.

Honest, not going to up-sell you, not going to nickel-and-dime you. I have purchased a couple used cars and I always take them to K Bros before committing. They give it a good look and will honestly tell you if its a good buy. Recently I was shopping for a used car to take camping and drive off the highway he rejected two cars and finally said the third one was a good buy. Its been a great vehicle! K Brothers has been a godsend for me. As a lady who does not know much about cars it is hard to find a mechanic you trust. The owner of K Brothers goes out of his way to find the most economical way to fix your car! He lets you know all of your options. On a budget this is nice because knowing I could not do the big fix he had options for me to get by until I can. There is no reason for me to take my car anywhere else.

The best place to take your car

Ive been coming here for a decade. They always give great advice and I never feel pushed or sold on a service. My truck has lasted much longer than I thought thanks to their service and expertise.

To tell you Mr. Bill I am afraid of my life and I refuse to come to your establishment because of the past experience I had with you and your friend. You are fully aware of what took place, because of your friend I ended up in the hospital for chest pain. I was diagnosed that I had a first stage of a heart attack called Angina and I had to under go surgery. I know you and your friend will not give anything about it because it did not affect you two. It only affected me and my family. Comments I left on Yelp is the truth nothing but the truth Mr. Bill. I did not lie on the comments I left on Yelp.*Mr. Bill when I dropped off the car 03/30/12 right after the smog check from your son’s smog place you took 1.5 months to diagnose and tell me it needed valve job. Why? You are the one who runs the auto repair business not me. 05/15/12 is the day I came and settle your check. When I told about how you took 1.5 months diagnose my family friends were shocked to hear? On top of that you did so many smog checks. Proof is with me Mr. Bill. Even the BAR questioned it from me. You are the so called auto expert not me. How come you took so long? The time you took is enough to replace a brand new engine. How many times I called you to check on the car. You said you are still diagnosing the problem. WOW. You cannot neglect your customers Mr. Bill. Need to have the efficiency and to deliver your service on time.*You knowingly sent me to your friend Mickey when you knew he fixed your C230 (Mercedes Benz beige in color) transmission twice and it did not move after that. It was sitting in your joint for many years Mr. Bill. You knowingly recommending a customer to your friend, who you know cannot perform. I feel like that is a crime. Could it be your poor management skills or poor judgment on your part? Or does not care for your customers? Value your customers Mr. Bill. You need to learn a lot about everything. You are the one who told me after all this mess started falling down that Mickey fixed your C230 transmission twice. If I knew it before your recommendation, I would have run out from your shop. Mickey is not my friend (Hell No) it is your friend who messed me up. I know you sold the car and I am the one who took the pictures and sent it to your buyer Mr. Bill. Even that so, you told me you sold it for $1000. I have all the records of it. You are the one who recommend this guy to me Mr. Bill. You made the call from your shop and I spoke to him. To tell you Mr. Bill, if my friend or my business buddy does that to me specially I will never ever recommend or allow him to step in to my establishment. So, you can see I did not lie on Yelp. I just told the truth where people can see.There is so mcuh to write. And it will be an award winning book about this joint. There is a thing called Karma.

I have actually been going to KBros for over 15 years, so I trusted them when they sold me a Toyota Camry for my daughters first vehicle/college car. The car had an over heating problem from the get go, which he blamed on my daughter not checking her water regularly (I never check the water in my car). We had the car towed to them no less than 4 more times, whenever the car was boiling over on the freeway, on on her way to school. The kept the car for days at a time, replaced this and that time and again, and we always had the same problem. After returning from overseas (I gave my daughter my car and put hers in storage) O got the car and immediately had the same issues. After spending over $1,000 on KBros, I took it to a friends mechanic, that found the car was running on 3 cyliners, and that one spark plug was a little over finger tight, while another almost took a pry bar to get out. He also found that the cooling system was set up completely back-assward, and that some of the lines were clogged soild... no flow. In about 30 minutes and less than $50, the car was running better than it ever had, and has not overheated once. Additionally, I had the drivers power window fail and was quoted $250 by KBros. I called my other mechanic who replaced the regulator (part was $45 at AutoZone) and installed it for $40 in less than a 1/2 hour. I paid the guy $100 for everything, and still spent less than half of what KBros wanted.Overall, dont be fooled by the friendly jive and joking at KBros, they will rip you blind, particularly if youre a female.
