Zero stars if I could. Called them to bring my vehicle in per State Farm to get the frame damage measured and they basically won’t do it unless I guarantee them I will have them perform the work. The guy hung up on me when I told him I was going to tell State Farm about he was telling me. Would never take my vehicle to this shady place.In response to your reply, you hung up on me and your response is your at a loss for words! If a customer just wants an estimate for body work you should not force the customer to sign their vehicle over to you to be the only shop that will do the work. I should be allowed to get a second or third estimate from other body shops and not just take your word for it. Bad business.

Low, low price. Been there forever. I recommend. I did not get the repairs done due to covid. So cant report on quality. I just got an estimate.

I had such a great experience at Imperial Auto Body. I Highly recommend their services to friends and family. I came in with a broken tail light thinking it was going to be very expensive without going through insurance. It turned out to be affordable. Theyre very professional and accommodating in getting me in and out in a timely manner.

I have been going to this family owed shop for years. And they always exceed my expectations. My car is always taken care of and they do stellar work. If there are any insurance issues they take care of it for you too. I highly recommend you try them once and you will want to only go to them for now on.

Silly me I backed out of the driveway and crashed my quarter panel on my 2016 Honda Accord, and I’m very picky about my car. But IMPERIAL AUTO BODY made my car look like new again. Great Service! I stopped in after reading the google reviews because I had what I thought were some serious scratches on my BMW. Kai was able to clean the paint away from hitting the edge of my garage with a skilled touch. I will definitely use Karrys in the future.

Sadly, we have had to take several of our cars to Imperial Auto Body, HB and each time we have been pleased with their friendly/family service and great work. My husband is extremely meticulous when it comes to our automobiles. This is the only place we go to.

Imperial is the only place to go to get excellent work done on your vehicle at A reasonable price! Whenever I need any touch ups on my cars I never hesitate on taking them here!

I just had some body work at Imperial Body shop in HB. They are awesome… Went there because someone hit me & State Farm referred me to them & when I was there I asked about another damage to my car that I was putting off getting fixed. They gave me such a good price I told them to do it. They got all the work done fast & plus they washed my car… I highly recommend Imperial Body shop in Huntington Beach…

I brought my truck here to get fixed and they did a great job made it look brand new again. They also worked with me on the price and had great fast service. Thank you again.

Absolutley terrible service. Constant run around and no follow through. Suprised they are still in business they way they operate.

Came in for a quote, was received very rude and was told to come back in an hour cause he needed to take a lunch and that there was no one else to help me. Was told to go some where else and it was not that he didnt want the job but of course thats exactly what he ment to say.

Terrible place. I decided not to get some work done, and the owner put a lien on my car immediately. Made me pay him just to get my car off his lot. He’s a crook.
