The site only allows for one star, if it was up to me I will give minus 5 stars. Worst customer service ever. my delivery was cancel and re-schedule 3 times and each time I spoke with a service rep it was a different story. They had an attitude like I do not care and you are going to have to wait regardless of how much I explained of the effort I went to ensure that the delivery will be going smoothly including reserving parking. cancelled doctors appointments and work so I can accommodate the delivery but of course, that didnt matter to them. I end up cancelling my order, it was to stressful to cancelled another day of my life as they didnt know if the 4th schedule will take place. Went to HomeDepot and my order was completed for less price and schedule delivery within in 5 days.

Tried home depot no wall ovens on display. Liked what pacific had and bought an oven

Lisa Eddy Nelms in plumbing Department is very knowledgeable and helpful. She is the best person for faucets sinks and all plumbing accessories. She was excellent and in one trip she took care of everything and the price is equal or better than most other including Home Depot, Amazon Lowe’s Walmart etc. They also price match to any competition except build.com. No need to waste time anywhere and just go to Lisa for all kitchen and bathroom fixtures.

Knowledgeable helpful staff and good selection. But since Best Buy took over, they have gone downhill. We are doing a kitchen and bath remodel and ordered new sink and tub and accessories on June 5, over a month in advance. We even delayed the delivery date by 10 days. Delivery date comes and driver shows up with hardware, but no sink or tub. Driver informs us they are on back order. Shouldnt the store have told us that prior to delivery? Now my counters cant be installed on time. Also, they forgot to put the bath faucets on the order, and we are still waiting for the bath/shower fixtures as of July 22. Total fail. Thanks Bust Buy.

What can I say about Caesar except that the employees make or break the company and Caesar certainly makes Pacific Sales a great company to do business with. We are in the house buying and flipping business and weve been buying appliances from Caesar for many many years. He always does what he says hes going to do when he says hes going to do it. He gives us great pricing and guidance. He knows whats trending. We bought our appliances for two of our personal properties from Caesar as well. And since he knows He knows the life expectancy of the various brands, he helpsguides us with our budgets and needs. We highly recommend Caesar. Excellent customer service and prices, which is why we keep coming back!!!

I really like that you can look at products without sales personnel bothering you. The sales force are there if/when you need them. Beautiful high-end products.

You really cant go wrong with this place. They have a wide selection of quality equipment. My niece loves the refrigerator we got from here. And by the way, if you can, get Steve the guy with 30 years of experience: he is a wonderful consultant. Yes he is, of course, a salesman to an extent, but they dont work on commission and he is so deeply knowledgeable! Good parking, good people; probably really 4.9 stars: they dont have a bowl of chocolate at the front.

Wendal Baker is the best! Hes always willing to help us find what were looking for, and hes always got good advice. His knowledge and experience has really helped us out on our projects when we couldnt figure out how to make something work! Store has really nice items for sale.

I have purchased many items from here as I remodeled a bath and then 2 years later a kitchen. The sales and customer service are friendly and wonderful but the store does not back its products. A $400 toilet still leaks after having to contact the manufacturer myself several times and try several new parts. Pacific Sales says oh well... And now my new dishwasher was installed incorrectly and Pac Sales claims I have to take it up with the installer yet they cannot tell me who that was.

Decent service and a large selection. It is affiliated with Best buy so you can compare the products and prices. Delivery was on time and Ive been using my new range ever since. No complaints.

Employees in store not wearing a mask but required for customers to enter, ok. Ask me what Im looking for, then tell me I need an appointment to come in because they had nobody there to sell me a BBQ. (My Vague answer) Meanwhile theyre leaning on the front counter talking to each other and one guy outside smoking by the front door. Judgemental much?. I spent 28k on kitchen appliances here in January. So I went to Backyard Expressions on Goldenwest and Warner. I spent 17k on a Lynx 42 grill, a cook top, warming draw, burners etc. I suggest you go there. Mom and Pop business and super nice.

We purchased a home in sunset beach that needed a full remodel. I came into pacific sales Huntington Beach, and was instantly greeted by the wonderful front counter staff. I started my appliance journey with Brian. He immediately responded to my needs with brands and recommendations. I needed installation and modifications and his counter part Albert was able to give us installer info as needed. My appliances showed up damage free, and the installers where prompt and professional. Go pacific sales!

I have purchased many appliances from the store in the past. However I am deeply disappointed with my current purchase. I was sold $1000 electric cooktop, I was told it would be very easy to use . I was shown a picture only on the Internet, the salesman is no longer with the store, I have been trying to return the cooktop because it is very difficult to operate, there are no knobs and consequently you must cycle one through 20 and push an arrow to get to say number 15. I wanted simplicity as my husband has Alzheimer’s . I have called the store now six times. I have left messages, I was told the manager would call me back on three different occasions. I have had no phone calls whatsoever. I did call and say I wanted to return this item during the required 15 day time frame, even though I was told it would cost me $80 to return it, a restocking fee. I agreed to the restocking fee since I had no other recourse. I was just told today after calling again that the manager said it was too late to return it! This was from a pleasant sales girl still have not returned a phone call back. I am 70 years old and it is difficult for me to get to the store.

As a result of Rick Henkes patience and assistance I was able to get the best products and prices for a complete package of kitchen appliances. He was the best. Make sure you ask for him.

My husband and I have used Pacific Sales to purchase various kitchen and bath items and have received excellent service. Wendal was our sales person and he was very helpful and knowledgeable of his products. He did not try to sell us the most expensive items, but listened to our needs and found the right items for us. We also bought our washer and dryer from them and again received good sales support and advice.

I love my new oven and dishwasher. My appliance expert Rich H. was very knowledgable showing me a wide variety of models at various prices. He pointed out the features that each brand offered and allowed me time to open doors and explore the appliance alone. The Platinum Installation company was equally professional.

Looks like the appliance section of Best buy. The online offer we went looking for was out of stock. They did have good open box deals and installation available.

Typical Best Buy bs. Salesman will say whatever to get the sale, at time of delivery it is a different story.The management at this location was less than acceptable in handling my problem. The manager I spoke with pushed me off on an out of state customer service rep.who would not return calls or emails in a timely manner.The delivery people refused to fill the salesmans commitment and I had to pay an outside party to come in and finish the install.For years I have refused to shop at Best Buy because of their total la k of customer service, unfortunately I discovered Pacific Sales is a Best Buy owned company.The price on my appliances were nothing to rave about, but the promise of free delivery and installation was a deal maker.I would not recommend doing business with the Huntington Beach location, used car type sales people and management that doesnt care.

I cant say enough about their customer service, and I wouldnt buy an appliance from anyone else even if it was cheaper. Long story short, we ended up with a washer and dryer too big for our laundry room and we had already used both of them because we had been without a washer for about a week and they said go ahead and use the ones you have for now and speak to our manager next week. I called and spoke with the manager Cesar Caravantes and I was really upset. He told me dont worry about it, we will make it right for you. He said come in next week and pick out a new washer & dryer. They took the ones we purchased back and the new ones we picked out were cheaper and refunded us the difference. I even offered to give the refund difference to them because they were taking a used washer and dryer back, and no way could they sell them for new they were just stuck with them. My wife gave Cesar a new name and declared Hail Cesar. This company is first glass, and I cannot recommend them high enough.

Do yourself a favor and do not do any business at this store. Just one example of how poor their customer service is: I went in to buy an oven that would cost approximately $1,000. I waited around for 20 minutes for someone to help me. Its unclear to me why it took so long given that two of the salespeople were just sitting around talking to each other. In any event, one of the sales people ultimately deigned to help me out. In the middle of explaining to me in the oven, however, he picked up his cell phone and started talking to somebody else without any acknowledgement of me whatsoever. Incredibly rude! The only reason I gave them one star is because there isnt a zero Star option.

Sales personnel are quick to answer any questions you may have.

Ceasar is absolutely great. I love this place... getting through on the phones can be a challenge so I recommend doing business in person when possible.

I purchased an expensive (for me) kitchen faucet as part of a lengthy renovation. They switched the faucet I wanted for a less expensive one, and I did not notice it at once since everything was taking so long. I called them, and they said they did not have that faucet in stock, although I had seen and tried the faucet at their showroom. They would sell me the right faucet at a discount, but give me a break, I had already overpaid, and would have to pay for installation. I just had too much going on to be right on top of them all the time. Tough break, and will not use them again.

I bought refrigerator from pacific sale, when they delivered to my house and damaged my new entry door, called them and talked to them, they said will take care the damaged. But since December,2016 till now they still not fix my door yet. Tried to call them and email them, they didnt answer back.

Meh, this location is not like it use to be.
