Michael was so nice and helpful. Helped get my Dyson standup vacuum back in working order. I will definitely take vacuums back and he also said he repairs small appliances. This is my place now!!!

Mr. Shenkman, the manager, took the time to help me with my old air purifier, and even pulled out a bunch of dusty parts to show me what I was up against when I said I wanted to try to fix it myself. Both he and the girl were very pleasant, informative and super helpful. I highly recommend buying from here. Will be using them for service and purchases in the future.-Ed

This place goes above and beyond for their customers. I had the best experience as a first time customer. I initially spoke to Dylan on the phone. He answered all my questions and was so friendly. They weren’t able to help with my repair but they did not let me walk away disappointed. Mike was able to get me a replacement for my vaccum that suddenly stopped working after 5 months. He went out of his way to make sure I was a happy customer. I would recommend this place to everyone.

I live 41 miles from the Closest Oreck store. I called in and spoke to Dillon. He told me exactly what to do to repair my vacuum over the phone and I saved money and about 2 hours of driving to and from. Excellent customer service. Thanks Dillon for great customer service.

Dec. 3, 2020 I needed help in assembling my new Miele cordless vacuum. Mike was so kind to spend 30 minutes helping me and explaining all the functions and care for this vacuum. He is extremely knowledgeable about his products and generous with his time.

There is no other place i would take my vacume. I am a pet owner so i am pretty hard on vacumes and these are experts in all the ins and outs of every part on every type of vacume. Great customer service, extremely professional, fast turn around, great prices and quality services!!!

My Oreck is 14 years old and I have taken it for service to the dealer where I bought it for years where it went down hill becoming less useful every time. SO, based on reviews I found Michaels shop in Huntington Beach and he and his assistant are SO very helpful and conscientious. My machine is like new thanks to their thoughtful care. The owner Michael is really great I took my vacuum in there a few weeks ago didnt know that it had a warranty and he brought it up so he says yeah you got a warranty youre good to go and got me a replacement part and took it in today. he explains and shows you things you wouldnt even know. Pretty darn good. Vacuum is super light and works well. I would of given 5 stars if it went for the worlds most annoying salesmen, who think I need to see 15 demonstrations about carpet stain remover every time I go in. “ No thanks fella just need to drop it off to get fixed.” As they are throwing Cheerios all over the floor and marking up carpet with sharpies. Just stop and fix the vacuum

I have to go to this store,cause local one in Torrance closed. It is short drive about 20 miles,but there service is top notch & appointments kept and vacuum done on time so makes it very nice,we have lunch or go shopping and they are done

I have a few allergies dust, pet dander to name of few. If not for the Oreck, my allergies cause day to day irritations. Not a fan of meds when I have the option to literally Clear the air I breath indoors.

The most uneducated, rude and disrespectful owner I have ever seen in my life my advice for every one please dont buy from this shop the owner is a lier there is no warranty and return when you buy he is so good with you but if something happen and you bring it back to him then you will see his real personality.
